Poor cleanliness very dusty and got locked out on first night kept ringing the bell noone came husband had to go round the back and forced his way in staff apologised next morning,staff were friendly.

First impressions isn’t great, the hotel looks very run down and stuck in the 1970s. But the staff were fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor had no wardrobe or drawers for clothing. Room had an extra small tv and a vanity table and chair. There was only two plug sockets in the room which there located behind the bed. Also light switches were located behind pillows and during the night they would switch on. Room wasn’t cleaned the best, I found one green nail one pink toothbrush one sliver and pearl ring 50p and a £20 note. Bathroom had a few hairs on the sink and in the bath and lots of diy touch up. Room was warm and had a large window. Hotel is in a great location plus free parking and I can’t fault any of the staff they were all very chatty. I think if the hotel had a renovation it would be fantastic also I thought the bar was a bit expensive £14 for a glass of wine! Would I stay again? Yes !

The lady on reception was not welcoming, the hotel is very run down which is a shame as it is such a lovely building. The rooms are run down and felt dirty, the walls were paper thin we could hear every word of next doors normal conversation. There was no plug near the bed, no shower gel/shampoo in the shower or even soap at the sink. The shower was temperamental, it either scolded you or you were freezing. It says it is a budget hotel, it certainly didn’t feel budget at £63 a night and it certainly wasn’t worth that. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to our stay in Llandudno.

Close to amrnenities. Hotel dreadfully run down. Staff nice, clean enough. No poolnopen nor will be lack of funds. Bar wasnt open. Sink cracked. Needs new mattresses. Ceiling paper coming off. Its a cheap bargain hotel... staff friendly but really tatty place .... you get what you pay for.

First of all this is a 'Budget hotel' and it doesn't profess to be anything else. I paid £70 (seventy pounds) for two nights B&B in Llandudno. It was more than adequate, yes it's a bit run down, the carpets threadbare in places, the floorboards creek, the walls are paper thin and the shower can't make up it's mind whether to run hot or cold (mainly cold, but does warm up after 10-15 mins). It has a 5 (five) star rating for cleanliness and the breakfast choice was very good and was good. Yes it's run down and needs revamping , BUT (and it's a big BUT) £70 for two nights B&B in Llandudno is incredible. It's probably NOT the place for a romantic weekend but, for a cheap weekend away it can't be beaten. I shall definitely staying there again and again. It has free entertainment in the evenings in the basement so cannot be heard from the second floor where my room was, it has a lift and is dog friendly.

This was a great overnight stay for me at a price that couldn't be beaten. The price included a full breakfast in the morning, I even had a bowl of Cheerios too! The hotel is dated but this will be perfect for people that don't mind the more humble dwellings.
