The courtyard house

Una casita completa dentro de una edificación rural auténtica, que cuenta con un patio y una piscina. Su alojamiento incluye 2 habitaciones, 1 baño, 1 salón y 1 cocina. El ambiente es 100% andaluz. La configuración es ideal para alojar a 3 o 4 personas.

Este cortijo rural centenario está estratégicamente situado para visitar Andalucía, a una hora en coche de Granada, Málaga y Córdoba.

La casa esta construida en dos niveles. Se entra por el salón y el comedor. Al fondo de la estancia hay una chimenea. Una puerta da acceso a la cocina. Una escalera sube a la planta superior, donde se encuentran dos dormitorios y el baño. La puerta del salón da directamente al patio donde se encuentra la piscina.

Para conservar el encanto rústico del cortijo, hemos optado por una decoración sobria. Las paredes son blancas y rugosas. Las puertas de madera son pesadas y de color marrón oscuro. Las vigas están a la vista. El mobiliario y la decoración son minimalistas.

Dispone de una cocina equipada con placas de inducción, una pequeña encimera y un frigorífico de tamaño medio con congelador. Los accesorios de cocina indispensables están a su disposición: microondas, vajilla, cubiertos, copas de vino, ollas, cafetera, hervidor, tostadora, batidora, condimentos básicos, etc.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama doble. El otro dormitorio dispone de dos camas individuales. El mobiliario de almacenamiento es sobrio y básico. Hay contraventanas de madera originales y mosquiteras en todas las estancias.

En el exterior, dispone de pequeñas mesas de madera, movibles, así como sillas y tumbonas con cojines.

Una pérgola de hojas de palmera ofrece sombra. También dispone de dos sombrillas individuales básicas, movibles, bajo fianza. El patio es espacioso, con una barbacoa a su disposición. Se compone de una parte con piedras antiguas y una parte con azulejos (alrededor de la piscina).

La Era es un lugar de desconexión, que no dispone de televisión. La red telefónica (datos) suele ser eficiente, lo que garantiza un acceso a Internet satisfactorio para la mayoría de nuestros visitantes. No obstante, si desea un acceso WIFI más intensivo, por razones profesionales u otras, le rogamos que nos lo solicite previamente.

Las sábanas y las toallas están incluidas. Las cambiamos una vez por semana. Una lavadora puede ponerse a su disposición para estancias largas (más de 8 días). Dispone de un tendedero y cuerdas con pinzas. Bajo petición, podemos proporcionarle una tabla y una plancha.

En cuanto a la energía y la calefacción, fomentamos un comportamiento ecológico: las paredes de las viviendas son gruesas y mantienen razonablemente el frescor en verano y el calor en entretiempo, de modo que muchos visitantes deciden no utilizar calefacción (salvo durante el pico del invierno). Proporcionamos mantas adicionales si es necesario. No obstante, comprendemos perfectamente a los grupos y familias que desean mayor confort. Por esta razón, hemos previsto varias opciones de calefacción.

OPCIONES de calefacción disponibles bajo solicitud:

- Radiador eléctrico = 10 euros / día

- Carretilla de leña de olivo para la chimenea = 10 euros

- Calefactor de gas portátil (con bombona de gas recargable, sistema muy común en España) = 20 euros por bombona

- Set de varios radiadores eléctricos = consumo real refacturado en base a la lectura del contador a una tarifa de 0,3 euros por kW.

P.D. Estas tarifas se proporcionan sujetas a una variación repentina y significativa de los precios de la energía.
