I just stayed there this past weekend for one night. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and nice but the issues were in the actual room. My girlfriend took a shower and after getting done the ENTIRE bathroom floor was flooded. It turns out there was a broken seal in the shower and it literally forced water onto the bedroom floor also.
And as she was drying off, she said a woman's hygiene pad just randomly appeared out of thin air, and was not hers. She thinks it was somehow in the towel and flew out of it. But either way this pad was just floating in the pool of water on the bathroom floor. It was a weird experience. Also in this room the floor was squeaky too which was just annoying. Fortunately, the guy at the front desk was still there and we called and he gave us a key to a new room which was an inconvenience but we didn't have issues with the new room thankfully.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone although it's quite cheap. If you are interested in staying in this town for whatever reason, stay at the Hilton Garden literally across the street from this one. We looked it up after we realized it was there and saw that it was only about $50 more to stay there for the night and would have most likely been cleaner and saved us a big headache in the process.
