Decepcionado con la habitación
La habitación 5061 es demasiado pequeña para dos adultos, no hay espacio para las maletas, ni para utilizar el armario. La TV no funciona. Las camas son incómodas sin espacio entre ellas. El cuarto de baño es también muy pequeño, no hay lugar para colocar los productos de aseo, el suelo del baño está roto con peligro para hacerse un corte en los pies, el techo del aseo sucio como si tuviera hongos, o similar. Los ascensores son lentos y muy pequeños también. Vestíbulo y recepción elegantes y amplios. Muy caro para este tipo de habitación.

Muy mal servicio del personal en general. Siendo un Hollyday Inn esperaba una mejor atencion. Falta supervicion del personal

Grande, completo, acceseble a pie para el metro y a calles con varias tiendas y restaurantes, puedes caminar desde ahí a varios puntos de interés si es que te gusta caminar, nos gusto bastante la ubicación, aunque nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña para acomodarnos a los dos, no teníamos mucho espacion para movilidad y colocar nuestras pertenencias, la cama muy cómoda, nunca nos hizo falta nada, el dasayuno bufé (el cual tiene un costo adicional, pagalo anticipado para que salga más económico) bastante completo y delicioso. Totalmente lo recomiendo y sí regresaríamos ahí.

Se suponia que la habitacion tendria cama king, cosa que no ocurrio (con las justas fue una cama doble) Habitaciones la verdad de espacio muy reducido, ni que decir de los baños de la habitacion

The staff that I dealt with were lovely, very polite and friendly. The room was basic, as we were only going to be there for a few hours after a concert. The bathroom was minute. Had an issue with the sink not draining water. Twenty minutes for it to drain less than half a sink full of water! Reported to reception staff. The hotel was quite busy but very quiet at night. Good choice of food for breakfast

Our room was on the top floor and had no air conditioning for the entirety of our three night stay. London was experiencing higher than normal temperatures and without a/c we were unable to sleep. Very uncomfortable.

This was a very accessible property. The platform for the Circle Line was a few hundred yards away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We have no complaints!

Very small room, bathroom had a wash basin that was cracked, vanity unit had peeling paintwork. Basin was also leaking. Lock on bathroom door fell off. Never stay there again.

Adil was extremely helpful, he got our bags, arrange transportation and assisted with checkout.. had us squared away in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service! Will definitely return in the winter.

It was my first time staying with holiday inn and I was very happy with everything. The only thing I would say is the bathroom was a bit too small. The breakfast was amazing.

Standard room was small and cramped. Bed comfortable but duvet too small for size of bed. No water in room . Swimming pool changing rooms were brig updated but poor nicely warm and cones without extra charge to guests. Overall okay for two or three nights as very convenient. Did not eat there so cannot comment on food but it didn’t look that good.
