We enjoyed our stay, but it was clear that the property manager, Mason, relied upon feedback from Clients, i.e. broken toilet seats, missing cutlery, no Kettle, no Iron. All of these matters were resolved quickly, but the Owner should have been more proactive. It was also clear the bedding & Towels are getting old and worn out. Property also sparsely fitted out e.g no bedside lights
