Las habitaciones son pequeñas y antiguas pero está limpio y el baño reformado. Nuestra estancia fue bastante agradable. No funcionó el agua caliente el primer día y el casero lo solucionó esa misma mañana. Hay cocina, nevera y labadora. Hay muchos enchufes. La estancia habría sido perfecta si no fuese por las literas, chirrian mucho al moverse y era un poco molesto, pero una vez todos estabamos quietos se pudo descansar bien. Hay bastantes lugares para desayunar cerca y a buen precio, además de tener la estación de tren y metro de Paddington al lado. Está bien comunicado y en el centro de londres. Yo volvería.

Perfecto si quieres viajar con amigos y con poco dinero. Nosotras éramos un grupo de 5 estudiantes y era justo lo que buscábamos. Cerca del metro, una buena zona, un personal atento, y una habitación sencilla con baño y una pequeña cocina. Si tengo que poner una pega es que el edificio no disponía de ascensor y que no estaba en muy buenas condiciones, pero para el precio, no se puede pedir más. Muy buena opción para conocer Londres de una forma barata y segura.

La ubicación es perfecta. Y la persona que nos hizo la recepción muy amable. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, camas que se clavan los hierros, muy ruidosas, ducha en mal estado.

Familiar, amigable y bien ubicado
Excelente ubicación, zona linda y cercana a todo. El hotel, pequeño con camas cómodas y buena ducha. No tiene placares, así que hay que arreglarse con las valijas, pero tiene un práctico microondas, heladera y pava eléctrica. El baño es pequeño y está separada la ducha del toilette, pero el agua caliente sale muy bien y, como éramos cuatro, nos resultó muy práctico que ambas oartesestuvieran separadas. La dueña muy atenta a todo, nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Sin duda volveremos.

never again !
Room was untidy, towels dirty, bed sheets were not clean. The door was shared with clean room and it felt very insecure! We paid three nights but we left the place after first night!

EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN SITUADO, LA HABITACION MUY JUSTA, HAN HECHO DOS HABITACIONES DONDE HABIA UNA...IMAGINA... EN LONDRES TODO ES MUY CARO, PERO EL ABUSO POR EL ABUSO NO CREO QUE SEA LA MEJOR FORMA DE GANARSE LA VIDA, LA GENTE NO VUELVE ALLI DONDE NO SE DA EL MINIMO DE CALIDAD, TAMPOCO SE ACONSEJA A NADIE SI NO SALES SATISFECHO. Is a good and clean pleace to rest. Also, is near from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Litza is a nice person and recommends you nices places to get food. I will come back to Atlas soon.

Hotel muy céntrico, muy bien conectado con todo.
Nos alojamos en una habitación doble en la planta baja, habitación pequeña pero bien organizada, con nevera, microondas y fregadero. El baño era espacioso. Como punto negativo solo el estado del colchón, por lo demás nos llevamos una grata sorpresa, muy céntrico, con parada de metro y bus directo al centro en menos de 3 minutos. Los dueños muy agradables y siempre atentos.

Un hostal con falta de chapa y pintura global.
La habitación era grande, pero las camas muy incomodas. Sobre todo una, me clavaba los muelles por todos los lados, la calefaccion la encendian poco, no estaba siempre conectada. Muchas cosas por el medio en el pasillo. Los propietarios muy amables. Nos recomendaron un bar a buen precio.

Very friendly service in a low cost hostel.
This is a hostel in a tipical london house; that means that the spaces are reduced, the building is old but clean and improvements are going on. The best characteristic of this hostel is the service. The owners take care that you are well settled and look for the needs you have. On arrival they offered us to upgrade the room for a very low cost. Since we were staying some nights in a shared room and some in a private one, they gave us all the support for moving between rooms. They allways offer you a cup of tea or coffe, and a very nice conversation. The second good characteristic is the location. It is close to Paddington train station, wich makes that getting to the hotel from any point of the citiy is easy, since many busses drive through Paddington. The private rooms are small, and so are the bathrooms; so if you are looking for plenty of space, this is not your way to go. Big people might have serious problems fitting in the bathrooms. The shared rooms on the contrary have enough space; and the shared bathroom is big and it even has a bath tub. All is very clean and in order; but there are no luxuries at all; in the case that you need them. So, this is a hostel very modest in the building and rooms, clean with an exceptionally friendly staff. Another good point: spanish and greek are spocken!!

Exelente conexión y trato super amable
Llegamos el dia 10 de diciembre y nos recibió la gerente la cual no habla español pero nos hizo muy amablemente la recepción incluso horas antes de lo previsto, incluso nos trajo té con galletas, la habitacion privada la cual contratamos no es que estuviera nueva pero si bastante limpia, (la cama si que el colchon esta bastante estropeado) pero la relación calidad-precio es super buena ya que no es facil encontrar esos precios por esa zona, aparte teniamos 2 bocas de metro cerca a 5 minutos andando, alli vive-trabaja, norma una exelente persona la cual nos trato muy bien y nos aconsejo en muchas ocasiones y lo mejor habla en español que para los que estamos pegados de ingles es una alegria, en conclusión bastante contento

La gente es muy amable. Hay de todas las nacionalidades. Es seguro, ya que varios de los que están ahí rentan de forma fija porque trabajan en Londres. No es un lugar muy cómodo por compartir cuarto con varios, pero tiene una excelente relación calidad - Precio. La cama limpia y las sabanas y cobija.

Nice hostel, close to most tourist attractions
I had a really good experience in Atlas Hostels, London. I booked a double bedroom with public toilet, and when I got there it ended up being a double bedroom with private toilet and even a small kitchen! That was an excellent surprise. The staff was friendly, no noise problems and the room was clean. The location is also very good. It's relatively close to most of London touristic attractions (30 to 40min walking to Buckingham Palace), and less than 5min walking to underground stations (Padding Station) and bus stations (St Mary's Hospital). The only problem we had was that the WiFi didn't get all the way up to our room, but we didn't really care much since we were out all day exploring the city. Plus, at check out, I commented this to the staff and they said they were going to work on that. I'd definitely recommend it!

Easy Check-in. Helpful staff, always there for you to help. Many restaurants nearby and many transport links are available. Right across Hyde Park, some minutes away from Oxford Street and less than about two minutes away from the Paddington station where my train got me and took me back to the airport. The location is very convenient and the kind owner is always there to offer sightseeing advice as well as a hot cup of tea. As for the rooms, they were clean and quiet. The only bad part was that a small park/garden which is exactly in front of the place was closed for gardening so I couldn't have a break there but other than that, because of their down to earth attitude whenever I will be back I will be choosing them and If they are fully booked I'll still be paying a visit to Mrs Litsa, the lovely owner.

As a woman alone on my own and as I arrived at the hotel where the check ins are being made, I've met a very nice woman named Litza the owner who offered me a nice cup of coffee and offered me some traditional sweets she had from her country, baklava. Then I went to my room which everything was perfect and clean. All the staff was very helpful. During my stay I had an issue one night, I had severe headache and I was out of paracetamol amd every pharmacy and shop was closed at that time nearby, even if I didn't want to bother it was very painful so i went to the reception I called Litsa who helped my by providing me with some paracetamol and she sat with me there offering tea until I was better and went to sleep. I had an excellent time and of course, I will be back in the future. The owner was, above all a human!

Truly the most awful experience. please please please do not book, we ended up having to find another hostel after being laughed at for feeling unsafe. the owner or whoever runs this place is the least comforting and helpful person. the energy in the place is creepy and scary. and we experienced awful awful awful things while being there for only a few hours. this place should not be considered a hostel but gives off the vibes of kidnapping and that we were being watched. do not stay

No frills place to stay for a night or two.
Great location, a few minutes from Paddington Station. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but good, clean and safe place to spend the night when visiting London. There was a mix-up with our reservation and we spent our first night in the "penthouse" (up 82 steps with suitcases!). The second night they moved us to a much nicer room. Bathrooms are tiny, but clean. Staff was very friendly. Check your email for instructions to check in, it's at a location around the corner, not at the hotel. But only a 3 min walk.

Very basic room, a tiny toilet/shower cubicle if you can call it that...the decor very old and needs a good refurbishment, along with the carpet on the stairs very old and shabby, i know people say you get what you pay for in london, but i have stayed at a lot better hotels in london for the same price.

We were guests in this hotel. When we arrived we were first told that our room had been given to another due to a mistake. We were nevertheless friendly as visitors and accepted the fact that we were given an extra bed in our room. But when we came into the room and first wanted to use the toilet, the toilet was obviously broken. Because water came out everywhere. After the second day in London we were told the loo would be fixed when we got back to the hotel. When we came and saw that the toilet was "repaired", we ran out of patience. After discussions, a plumber finally came and actually fixed the toilet. If you just need a place to stay, this is the hotel for you. But we didn't want to stay in there any longer than necessary. As described, towels were available but a hair dryer, for example, was not on site.

Dear Sara Thank you for staying with us I do apologise that you were given an other room than the one you booked with us The reason was not that we made a mistake to give your room to an other family but the door of the other room was broken by the previous clients Then the toilet of the room we gave you started loosing water from the water tank I called an emergency plumber he came he said he fixed when he left the problem came back I called a second emergency plumber an hour after he left the problem was still the same Then I called a third emergency plumber he found the source of the problem and he fixed it Since then we have no problem at all I'm a very responsible person I'm in these business all my life I'm doing every special effort to keep my customers happy but some times it's one of those things that you can't handle it Concerning the hair dryer all you had to do you just ask for it and you could have immediately The studio room was very clean we do cleaning and changing of towels every day you said it in your review I don't think you should judge me so bad and give me 1 point Just bear in mind that something will break down in your house and then you will see how difficult is and how expensive i's to call 3 deafferent emergency plumbersWish you all the best

Hvis du er vild med støv, husdyr, beskidte håndklæder og hotelpersonale der lige pludselig er på dit værelse uden at banke på, så er dette det perfekte hotel til dig. Sådan overordnet var værelset bare beskidt og støvet, derudover fik vi nye håndklæder hver dag, hvor mindst en af dem havde brune pletter på sig. Hver morgen ved 10 tiden låste personalet sig ind på vores værelse, hvor de skulle hente håndklæder og sengetøj til de andre værelser. Da deres vaskerum var inde på vores værelse. Dette var vi ikke blevet informeret om ved leje og der blev heller ikke banket eller lavet aftale med os om hvornår vi ikke var hjemme på hotellet. Husdyrene bestod af kakelakker, hvilket var det første vi så da vi trådte ind på værelset. Der var også lidt små dyr at finde hvis man kiggede tæt på i sengene

I needed a room for 1 night before my Heathrow flight and this hotel provided a very good affordable option. It's in a perfect location with a short walk to Hyde Park and to the Elizabeth Line (at Paddington station) which takes you straight to Heathrow Airport. Check in is actually around the corner at another little hotel but it was very easy and Litsa was great, she emailed me with check-in instructions and then offered me coffee and biscuits when I arrived. The room was very basic but the bathroom looked fairly new and while I only had a bunk bed the room was warm and I slept very well so I have no complaints. Just be aware there is no lift so I had to take my luggage up to the 3rd floor so this will obviously not appeal to everyone.

Not like the photos but would stay if needed.
Not like the photos! But was an ok stay! We had the quadruple room, was clean and welcoming. The only issue top bunk mattress needs reneweing you feel ALL the springs! Bunk beds really squeaky too. The bathroom is not in the room its a seperate room, mrs didnt feel safe due to other rooms around our rooms. Would stay here if needed too and for the price it wasnt horrific. But the photos aint what you get. Shower was terrific tho!

A n utiliser que pour dormir car propreté zéro des trous dans les murs une chasse d eau ou les bouches d évacuation sont a la vue de tous. Les matelas sont horribles pas d isolation et la douche est tristement infonctionnelle...on y est resté qqs jours en famille mais heureusement que c était uniquement pour la nuit ... Sinon assez bien situé et personnel agréable qui garde les valises après avoir rendu les clés.

Smutsigt hotell. Kändes som det skulle komma en kackerlacka när som helst. Ingen reception utan man fick springa till hotellet bredvid 5 minuter bort. Enda bra med hotellet var läget. Hade inte velat betala för detta hotellet.
