The best the hotel has is the location! 2 blocks from Oxford street and walkable all around. We status 5 nights and wifi never worked! They keep on saying it should be fixed but didnt herped us at all although we told them we really need it. The room was really small (which we saw on pictures) but it was not confortable. No Where to hang anything not even the towel in the toilet.

NO RECOMENDABLE.FAKE PICTURES.TERRIBLE.
NO RECOMENDABLE.Nos engañaron y mandaron a una individual y obviamente, nos quejamos. La mujer de la limpieza nos dijo que no nos tomaran el pelo y que ella estaba limpiando una DOBLE (como habíamos contratado) que ya estaba libre y que lo indicara en recepción para que nos la dieran. Bajamos a reclamar y la de recepción (No entendemos por qué nos trataba así... aunque ya hemos leído varios comentarios sobre ella...)nos dijo que NO, que esa estaba ocupada (* TOTALMENTE FALSO, ya que la mujer de la limpieza nos enseñó hasta los armarios vacíos y nos dijo que los huéspedes ya se habían ido. Y es cierto porque eran las 15h de la tarde y no HABÍA NADA DE NADA EN LA HABITACIÓN). Bajamos otra vez, cansados del viaje y de la tomadura de pelo, y de forma muy grosera, la señora de recepción, NOS DIJO QUE NO y PUNTO Y NO NOS LA QUISO DAR. LO PEOR DE TODO FUE: Nos mandó al quinto piso donde había una HABITACIÓN AÚN PEOR. Habitación enana y súper antigua, ducha y wc asquerosos y viejísimos y en un estado pésimo. No dábamos crédito a que nos mandara ahí porque después de la individual, esta era aún peor. Lógicamente, volvimos a bajar a reclamar y encima, muy enfadada nos di otra con el baño SÚPER PEQUEÑO. Mi pareja casi no cabía y toda el agua por el suelo. Finalmente, dejamos de insistir y nos conformamos con eso... Aunque NO CORRESPONDE A LAS IMÁGENES. Además, aunque eran dos noches, NO NOS LIMPIARON LA HABITACIÓN NUNCA. ESTAFA.

Just for a few nights
It’s hygienic and very well located but, rooms are tiny, some of them have no windows (I was given a room in the basement, despite it was never advertised when I booked), awful breakfast, LOUD Russian housekeepers and unhelpful desk personnel, bad wi-fi reception (except for the last 2 days).

Me senti estafada. El hotel tuvo inconvenientes con la electricidad y nos acomodaron en un hotel en la zona de excel. Para llegar al centro teniamos que hacer combinacion de 2 trenes y recien poder tomar el metro, lo que implicaba mas de 45 minutos. Es dificil explicar la frustracion que se siente cuando esperas estar en el centro y te mandan tan lejos. Luego ni siquiera hubo un acercamiento del hotel para disculparse. El hotel que nos enviaron tenia tarifas casi a la mitad de la pagada, por lo que espero que Hoteles.com intervenga para reintegro de esta diferencia

Mis experiencias
El hotel está muy bien situado,el desayuno 12 libras creo que un poco caro ya que al lado y enfrente hay restaurantes a la mitad. Las habitaciones micrometricas no cabe 2 personas circulando. La limpieza no se nota porque los muebles son viejos y rayados. El elevador chico y muy lento da inseguridad. En fin lo mejor su excelente ubicación

Had two single rooms for a one nights stay. The rooms and beds were much bigger than I thought they would be from looking at the photos on the website. Perfectly adequate for a one night stop over, great location and easy to find food and taxi when needed. Excellent value for money in the middle of London, what more can you ask!

The doppel Beds are for one person not for two. Mold every where in the Room. Windows dont close and are full of mold and dirt. The mattress is broken inside. The Elevator is not working. The Room Chip Card has to be loaded every single because they have Problems.

Pleasantly suprised
After reading some of the reviews we were a little anxious. But we would really have problems faulting our room and the location is amazing. We booked a triple room and got the one in the photo, first floor corner room, big spacious and clean, no issues at all. Some of the common area's need or are being decorated. As previous reviews say, carpet needs replacing in corridors. Only real gripe is that they take a £200 deposit to stay (which was refunded on departure) and will not let you check-in without photo ID..... I've stayed in 100's of hotels and not had to do this!!!!!

Negative experience
The room is tiny: -WiFi didn’t work at all for us. -The windows wouldn’t open and there’s no air conditioning unit. The room was so hot. -the room was right next to the lift and people tried opening the door to get in the room. -the general upkeep of the hotel was poor. -the bathroom and shower was good.

Billigt och bra läge men det är väll allt bra. Dåligt utrustat rum, inte ens en toalettborste… duschen ramlade sönder under användning. Lite konstig personal som hetsade något oerhört om att boka taxi och ringer upp till rummet stup i kvarten. Skulle rekommendera om du vill ha något billigt och bra läge.

It was an okay hotel nothing special no frills, wallpaper hanging off the wall carpet was dirty mould on the ceiling and don’t even get me started on the Wi-Fi, even if you don’t want to use Wi-Fi there’s virtually no signal in the hotel unless you want to keep your phone pressed up against the glass, Will not be stopping here again didn’t find the place overly clean although the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice the lady at reception I didn’t find very helpful at all,

The property has bedbugs. I tried to talk to front desk staff during my stay and was brushed off as ‘no manager was available’. When I had left I tried again to contact them after going to my GP and confirming the bites were that of bedbugs and when I called I was hung up on twice and once told that I was lying, dispute the fact I was pleasant and not asking for anything in return, simply letting them know of this issue. I would not recommend.
