The key pick-up and drop-off is a good 10-minute walk from the apartment, which can be challenging when you have two small kids and luggage to lug around town. The apartment is nice and spacious, but it hasn't been invested in in a long time, by this I mean the bathroom doors that don't slide shut completely, the window blinds that don't come down all the way, and most of all the TV stand with broken plywood and 2 large screws sticking out challenging for children to navigate around. The dishwasher doors had no stoppers so they'd just fall if they weren't completely shut. The cleaner has been waiting in front of the apartment an hour before the actual check out time, while you have to return the key to the same location by the check out time that's again a 10-minute walk from the apartment Most of all why I'm giving such a low rating is complete lack of communication apart from requesting a security deposit that was over half of the total paid. Once we paid that, the renters went dark. We left the apartment in impeccable condition, and 10 days later, they haven't returned the deposit or answered any messages they received through Expedia, their preferred email, or WhatsApp.
