The worst place I have ever booked
I recently stayed at this property and, despite its great location, I was thoroughly disappointed with its overall condition. The pans were scratched and sticky, making cooking unpleasant. The kettle was covered in limescale and grime, and the glasses were not clean. Shockingly, there was no toilet brush available.The shower curtain’s bottom was mouldy and filthy, adding to the discomfort. The wardrobe was oddly organised, with one side crammed with over 50 clean pillow covers and three large plastic bags full of clean sheets and towels occupying the main section, while the small containers on top were empty. The curtains were ripped at the bottom, stained, and appeared dirty. Additionally, the building’s entrance was extremely dusty and unkempt, giving a poor first impression.While I appreciate Mr Yavuz’s prompt responses and willingness to address issues, the overall situation of the property was far from welcoming. It’s disappointing that cleanliness and basic maintenance were so neglected.
