Se encuentra bien ubicado muy cerca de la estación Paddington. El personal amable y la habitación limpia. Las instalaciones muy viejas y en el pasillo para entrar a mi habitación olía muy mal. Se escucha el drenaje de otras habitaciones. El sitio para desayunar es pequeño es mejor llegar muy temprano. Enfrente hay una plaza en donde por la noche los jóvenes se reúnen y se oye su plática y gritos.

Un lugar excelente, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. La atención del personal fue impecable, quiero remarcar muy especialmente a la señorita Floriana en ese aspecto, muy amable y atenta, cumpliendo a la perfección su trabajo. Hotel super recomendable.

MUY recomendable.
El registro para la habitación fue muy fácil, cerca de la estación del tren, ahí dejamos las maletas y después por WhatsApp nos llegado las claves para ingresar al edificio y a la habitación, así que no tuvimos que preocuparnos ni de llaves ni maletas.

Très bon emplacement pour l'hôtel pour visiter Londres, seul réel atout. Malheureusement l'établissement est trop petit que ce soit les chambres avec une salle de bain très étroite et un lavabo pas très pratique. Pour le petit déjeuner, il manque des places, l'endroit est très aixigu, et la qualité du petit déjeuner est à revoir, il n'y a pas assez de choix. Malgré tout cela, nous avons pu visiter Londres à moindre coût et c'est pas si mal. Merci.

Die Einrichtung des Shakespeares Hotel (eigentlich im Dolphin gebucht), ist einfach. Leider fehlte mir eine Nachttischlampe, und die Zimmertüren sind nur Schwingtüren und bleiben daher nicht auf, d. h. um ins Bad zu gehen musste ich ständig die Türe ständig auf machen, was ich umständlich fand. Dafür gab es Tee und Kaffee sowie einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Das Personal und auch das Frühstück waren gut. Die U Bahn stört allerdings etwas.

Great location. Nice Hotel in London style. No lift, that is heavy with laguage. All clean and easy to stay there. Breakfirst 6£ Continental. Super good. Fresh Fruits. Only minus star: not enough space in the Breakfirst room, and waiters a bit pushy in adling you, if you are ready with breakfirst.... other guests are waiting for places. But everything else perfect in the hotel.

This hotel was run very well. Staff were very helpful and kept the place very clean. The 6 pound breakfast was a great option. Very close to Paddington station so easy to get around

The heating in the room did not work, there was only a small electric radiator. The faucet on the sink is nice but inconvenient as the waterfall is too big for the small sink. :)

Dear Kerstin,We are sorry to hear you did not have heating. Some of the radiators are manually regulated, yours could have been manually turned off, we also have heating in intervals due to complaints from the rooms without the option for manual regulation. Guests have complained their rooms are too hot, therefore we started practicing heating in intervals (off during the day unless the outside temperature drops and automatic heating in intervals during the night). We understand some guests stay with us due to proximity of the hospital and we provide electric heaters for those guests during the day. Service au top, chambre confortable mais pas beaucoup de place pour les valises, salle de bain minuscule, pas d’ascenseur et escaliers très étroits. Sinon hôtel très bien situé, chaleureux et à proximité de tout ce qu’on a besoin. Un peu de bruit entre les chambres, et tremblements de Underground jusqu’au 4eme étage.

we arrive late due to a flight delay, our room was given to other guest, we were relocated on another property but the first night the room was not what we have pay for. They gave away our room eventhough we pay in advance for it. Besides that the hotel area was convenient near to paddington metro stop.

なんと言っても駅から近いのが良かったです。駅からホテルの間にお土産物屋やレストラン、コンビニ的なショップも一通り揃っていて、朝から夜まで賑やかです。 フロントの方はにこやかって訳ではないですが、淡々とやる事をやるって感じ。 シングルベッド3台での宿泊でしたが、ベッドの幅の狭さにはちょっと驚きましたし、テレビのチャンネルにアダルト表示がいっぱいありました。部屋自体は広く天井も高いし、年代を感じられて良い感じでした。 テレビのリモコンはセロハンテープで電池が固定されていたし、電話は触る気にはならない代物でしたが、冷蔵庫やポットは問題なしです。 朝食は混み合う時間帯になってしまい少し待ちましたが、スタッフがじゃんじゃんトーストを焼いて積み上げてくれるのがなんだか楽しかったですし、牛乳があったのも良かったと思います。朝っぱらから甘いビスケットやクッキーがあるのも雰囲気がありました。 ホテルステイを楽しむつもりはなく、立地とお値段のバランスで選んだので充分満足です。
