Me gusto la ubicación y alrededores. No me gustó nada que: -El plato de ducha estuviera sucio y sin aclarar. Esto hizo que me escurriera en varias ocasiones y en una de ellas me golpeé fuertemente en el tobillo. -El lavabo estaba igualmente sucísimo. -Tuve que pedir gel de baño y loción corporal porque no habían. -La caja de Kleenex era decorativa, había uno y aunque deje claro que tenían que reponer, no lo hicieron. -La papelera del baño no la vaciaron. - la tapa del inodoro se la dejaban sin bajar. - La cama no la hacían. Solamente estiraban por fuera el edredón. La sábana de abajo estaba totalmente arrugada. - Solicite que me pidieran un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y no me informaron de que habían pedido un coche de una empresa particular que ni siquiera se podía pagar con tarjeta. Esto me ocasionó un gran trastorno. El conductor no nos dejó bajar, tuvimos que pasar por la empresa para pagar con la tarjeta. En fin un desastre.

La ubicación no es muy cercana al corazón de Londres pero vale la pena disfrutar de sus alrededores así como de sus instalaciones.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the Night Manager, who went "above snd beyond" to help me with a problem with extensive bird mess on our car (not picked up at the hotel). So at 11 pm he willingly brought cleaning materials and helped get rid of the worst, before paintwork was damaged. Exceptional level of service. Reception clerks very friendly and helpful.

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly the check in was easy and without fuss. The room was lovely and spacious and beds really comfortable. I asked for different pillow due to being allergic to the feathered ones and they were brought to our room instantly. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was lovely and plenty of choice again the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The let downs for us were there were a few minor dusty areas in the bedroom, the sink and surrounding tiles weren’t wiped down and the car park had a lot of litter, empty gas canisters and empty medicine bottles. These were picked up but were there for two days and when you have impressionable children with you asking why they where there it’s not a good look when your paying over £800 for three nights. Also there were groups of teens in cars playing music in the car park and again not what I would expect for the price we paid. Also a big let down for us is the use of the swimming pool. This is one of the reasons why we booked this hotel but it wasn’t made clear until after we the free cancellation date that the children or under 18’s were unable to use the pool. It previously stated that no under 18’s were allowed in the spa but it wasn’t clear that the pool was part of the spa. Over all we would stay again but maybe not with the children

Rest assured all your comments about cleanliness of the rooms which will be discussed in todays management meeting.Alas, the car park is a public one and we have no control over maintaining it.Regarding your experience with the cost of the Spa, I am very sorry to hear it made you feel annoyed, and I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.The access policy is stated on the welcome message and in the letter that you receive on your arrival and the information can be found out in advance from our official website under Amenities and the access to the Kallima Spa is chargeable to ensure a relaxing Spa experience for all the guests. The adults only policy along with the pre booking system are also there to guarantee not too many people are using the facilities at the same time so that they all are available for the guest to utilise in relaxed manner for the duration of their booking to have true Spa experience. This information is also found on the various booking sites in the hotel information. And of course, there is always the option to book your stay here as a Spa Package which will then include the access for the Spa and that information is also available on our official website under Offers. What a fantastic experience! We stayed there overnight for a wedding. Staff was brilliant, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was problem free. The hotel was lovely and I had a fantastic room. The staff were very helpful. However, the bed was like a brick. It's the hardest bed I've slept on. I did not sleep very much and now have a bad back and shoulder aches. The staff said they have just had new mattresses this last week. If you love a solid bed then you will love it, I like a softer bed and these mattrsses had almost no give. Ultimately, the hotel is about the bed, so I can't recommend it from my experience.

Really enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Rooms were super nice, bed was very comfortable. My wife commented that it was the best sleep she had in a hotel bed for a long time.

Situated in Syon park you feel you are away from the built up areas Sadly the hotel is under the flight path for Heathrow although the noise is muffled you still hear each plane

As hotel was very happy and break fast staff are very good But the front people are miles away of customers service i m not sure if they do training but they should First thing I walked in not even hello or whatever just straight away do you have a booking! And many things not happy at all with them the both shift of my stay they need a training And can someone tell them this is work place not home leaving customers waiting tell the both ladies finish their story…. I do normally spend 60 to 90k on hotel per year i will say this is the first time where i felt really bad and been judged by the cover maybe because i was tired and not wearing very well
