The room was nice and the people at the desk were nice. That’s where the hood things end. First night the duvet had a few blood droplets staining it. The next night I spilled juice on the duvet. When I got back to the hotel the night after they hadn’t cleaned the room. They remade the bed with the same dirty sheets and duvet. Orange stain on it super obvious. And they didn’t give me fresh towels. They refolded the wet used towels and put them on the rack, including one with juice on it I used to try and dry the bed. After bringing that to the desks attention the cleaning lady was rude to me the rest of the stay. She kept asking if I needed the sheets changed over and over again and kept taking down the keys reschedule sign from the door. Eventually she took it away instead of just putting it back on the other side of the door. She entered while I was gone multiple times after being told I don’t need anything in the room today. The shower drain was clogged when I got to the room. At 9 the first full day we told the desk about it and told them we would be gone all day after 10. They said that after we leave they would fix it. The maintenance guy came up a few minutes later while we were still there and came in even tho the let’s reschedule sign was on the door handle until we left. One of the front desk personnel kept telling me repeatedly I should have booked through Hyatt and questioning why I used Expedia. And lastly they ran out of bags and I couldn’t get my laundry done.
