Excelente hotel y servicios, el personal en general son de 5 estrellas!! La ubicación es muy buena aunque el metro está lejos pero tiene muchos autobuses y tren overground a una esquina del hotel. Los detalles en decoración y la limpieza también es de 5 estrellas ⭐️ realmente es un hotel boutique con encanto y excelente servicio. Calidad precio vale mucho la pena. El desayuno está muy bien aunque me había creado expectativas con los comentarios pero es bien completo. Volveré aquí seguro en mis viajes a Londres!

Agradable y bien situado.
Hotel muy bien situado en el distrito de Kensington. Ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Habitaciones no muy grandes pero con mucho espacio para almacenamiento de maletas, ropa y enseres. Con fregadero y juego de cubiertos para poder cenar en el hotel comida preparada o fría. Lo peor, los desayunos. Poca variedad y pusieron los 4 días lo mismo.

Muy contento
Todo ha estado perfecto. Todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable. El desayuno tipo buffet con tostadas, embutidos, salchichas, huevos revueltos, zumos, agua, etc. Además, el overground andando a 3 minutos y las paradas de autobús unos 5 minutos.

I have given this hotel a five star review based on value for money. We had a great stay here. The standard room is not large but it is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet so meant for a good night’s sleep. It’s close to Kensington Olympia Overground which is very convenient. The public areas were spotless. The simple buffet breakfast included in the price made our stay excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

L’hotel si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Olympia, sicuramente un bel plus. La camera era leggermente piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno, pulizia abbastanza buona. La struttura dell’hotel in se era molto carina e accogliente. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere ed esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Unica nota negativa è stata il buffet della colazione dove erano poche le scelte alimentari e soprattutto quasi unicamente salate con pochissimi cibi dolci. Tutto sommato il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e comodo.

Die Zimmer sind 15 m² klein. Es ist kein Platz für 2 Koffer. Im Bad gibt es keine Klobürste. Also muss man da etwas improvisieren. Die Dusche hat lediglich einen Vorhang. Dadurch steht das Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Die größte Enttäuschung ist jedoch das Frühstück. Als Aufschnitt gibt es nur Käse, der lieblos auf einem Teller gestapelt ist. Die Auswahl an brot ist auch sehr sehr übersichtlich. Das Rührei läuf weg wenn man nicht aufpasst. Man kann einen blick in die Küche werfen, wo auch das Geschirr abgewaschen wird. In dem Waschbecken entsorgt die Reinigungskraft auch das Dreckwasser und reinigt den Eimer dort. Lediglich die Lage des Hotels ist ganz ok. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel definitiv nicht buchen.

We had a lovely stay at the Kensington Prime Hotel. Even though the room was a bit smaller than expected, they were clean and comfy. The only downside was the breakfast area, it was too small for the amount of guests staying there and some people had to wait, not very welcoming or organized.

Well-priced but you get what you pay for
This is a small hotel (about 14 rooms?) with TINY guest rooms. The pictures don't show how small they are. I was travelling solo with a large suitcase, and the room was just enough space for me, with my suitcase taking up half of the bed. With 2 people, it would be miserable. Impossible to have 2 people with 2 suitcases in the same room. The finishes were nice, but very much like a flipped house--pull too hard and you might dislodge a poorly-attached installation (like the bracket holding the hand-held shower wand). The toilet paper holder was broken and they didn't attempt to fix it, just put the roll on the vanity counter. The TV remote didn't work, and instead of notifying staff and inviting them into my tiny room, after I had deconstructed for the night, I just went without the TV. And the linens were cleaned, but looked like they could have been laundered better. The included breakfast was actually the best I had at about 7 different hotel restaurants I stayed at between England and Italy. GREAT location, just around the corner from Kensington High Street's many shops, restaurants, and bus lines. One a quiet and safe street. Overall, this hotel was a nice, seemingly family-owned joint, but do not go in expecting luxury.

PESSIMO (titolo) *metti 2 stelle su 5* Gli unici lati positivi dell’hotel sono il personale gentile e la zona in cui si trova, tranquilla e ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto, ma per tutto il resto direi che è un grande NO! Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con finestra e quando siamo arrivati la finestra c’era MA ERA BLOCCATA, quindi 4 notti senza mai poterla aprire!! La doccia era senza una tenda o una porta, dunque ogni volta che veniva utilizzata il bagno si trasformava in una palude! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una poltrona con un piede traballante che il giorno dopo è completamente crollato, dunque siamo rimasti senza poltrona su cui poterci sedere. Nella stanza a disposizione c’erano latte, caffè e thè, peccato che il latte fosse scaduto da ben 15 giorni! Carta igienica, bagnoschiuma e shampoo non sono mai stati riforniti! Stanza veramente molto rumorosa, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze. Colazione scarsa e, per di più, nella stanza ogni mattina c’era una puzza di cibo davvero sgradevole!! STATE ALLA LARGA!

Easy to find off the Kensington Olympia tube, clean lovely room, comfy bed, nice and quiet, on what seemed to be a residential street so no noise at night. Lovely breakfast included, hot and pastries. Would definitely recommend!

Service at reception not very good. Tv not working properly, reported it but nothing done. Lift not working for 1.5 days , bad as a 70 year old on 3rd floor. Beds comfortable, breakfast fine.
