This is a great hotel!
I went with my family and we really noticed that this is one of the best hotels We have been! Amenities, service, free cookies and complementaries in the room are so great! I definitively recommend it, and is so close form the St Paul Cathedral and the subway!

El aire acondicionado no funcionó durante toda nuestra estancia que fue de 8 noches ¡fatal! El personal de limpieza son personas que hablan muy poco inglés y sin la adecuada capacitación para realizar su trabajo. Era muy frecuente que retiraran toallas y no pusieran limpias; no retiraban la basura; no reponían el agua embotellada; jamás pasaron la aspiradora, en fin.

Estuve alojado 10 días. Sorprendentemente, durante toda la estancia no funcionó el aire acondicionado; las habitaciones estaban a temperaturas de entre 24 y 29 grados. Además, los procedimientos y control para una limpieza efectiva son muy deficientes. Desde que me asignaron la habitación, en el baño habían uñas del huésped anterior, sin embargo a lo largo de mi estancia jamás las limpiaron o aspiraron; las recamareras olvidan dejar toallas limpias, reponer agua, tapete para baño, reponer pañuelos faciales y papel de baño. Mal servicio de limpieza!

Beautiful rooftop garden - and a kind staff member found us a spot despite it being fully reserved. Room lovely and well equipped although room view was out to a side street. Gym was super as were the saunas and steam rooms. Pool is lovely but crazy busy during children's hours (lots of dive bombing to avoid). Breakfast was plentiful and small queues even at the busiest time on a holiday morning. The best thing for us was the location - right next to St Pauls. It is a wonderful base for exploring that, the Globe, the Tate Modern and pretty much all of the South bank. Cross the bridge and you have a super walk along the riverside to the House of Parliament and beyond.

Nice Hotel, very comfy beds but a bit far from everything for my liking. My own fault though, would stay again, the staff was great.

Cleanliness got 4 stars for what appeared to be dated carpeting. While the room was impeccable, I couldn’t help but wonder if the carpeting was dirty or just old. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating all around. My family enjoyed their stay all three nights. The food was quit good too! For our first time in London, I thought the location was very advantageous to every place we wanted to go. Within walking distance to several underground tubes. I would definitely stay there again.

Great comfortable queen beds. Beautiful pool. Nice gym. Great location!!! on the pedestrian bridge to cross the Thames. Bus and multiple underground stations close. Very nice and helpful staff. Would stay there again!
