Moldy and Musty
The property needs a deep clean, to say the least. What it needs is a complete overhaul. It was dirty, musty and dusty. One of the bathrooms had mold on the walls. It was dank and damp with no ventilation. It didn't seem like anyone had been there in years. The wallpaper in the living room was peeling from moisture or water damage, and the kitchen stunk terribly. I developed a bad allergic reaction from the environment, and ended up getting a hotel room nearby, which was the best decision. I called HOUST, and was told someone would get in touch with me about the apartment. I also emailed pictures, but didn't hear back from them after that. This experience was very disappointing. Do not book this place.
