Excelente lugar muy cerca de la mayoría de las cosas. Tienes el big ben a 10 minutos caminando, un supermercado a 5 minutos, cafetería a 4 minutos y estación de tren al frente.

Nos fue excelente
Pasamos una estacia muy agradable, el cuarto nos pareció muy cómodo, es amplio y limpio. El baño muy completo. Su desayuno incluido es muy variado, abundante y bueno. Tienes una estación de metro enfrente y rutas de camiones cerca y es posible llegar al london eye y big ben caminando.

Trato pésimo en la recepción al momento de hacer el check-in, la recepcionista no quiso atendernos por no hablar el inglés que ella entendía y no nos quiso atender. Entendí que el trato es por racismo. No recomiendo el lugar si no hablas inglés londinense pues te despreciarán. No intentes ser turista aquí pues no te atenderán!!! No recomiendo este hotel El manager no quiso atendernos a pesar de haberlo solicitado expresamente. Pésima atención! Terrible treatment at the reception at the time of check-in, the receptionist did not want to assist us because we did not speak the English that she understood and did not want to assist us. I understood that the treatment is for racism. I don't recommend the place if you don't speak London English as they will look down on you. Do not try to be a tourist here because they will not attend you!!! I do not recommend this hotel The manager did not want to assist us despite having expressly requested it. lousy attention

Nuestra estancia en Park Plaza London Waterloo fue excelente, hotel acogedor, limpio, cómodo y principalmente la amabilidad de la gente fue extraordinaria. La ubicación de igual manera muy buena y cerca de muchos lugares importantes.

El bufet esta bastante bien y la situacion estupenda Muy mal que la limpieza de la habitacion la hacen cada tres dias. Teniendo en cuenta que estabamos tres personas en la habitacion y que la categoria del hotel es la que es me parecece algo en lo que sin duda se debiera mejorar. Si me tengo que hacer la cama yo todos los dias desde luego no me merece la pena pagar el dinero que me cobraron.

Stayed for 7 nights with a family of 4. We loved the proximity to major sights and transit. Room was great, a little tight for 4, but completely manageable. King bed was extremely comfortable, pull-out bed, not as much, but to be expected. Staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig. Die Beleuchtung könnte allerdings besser sein im Zimmer. Es war im Bad und auch im Zimmer zu dunkel, bzw. es gab zu wenig Lichtquellen und da unser Zimmer im 1. Stock und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet war, kam auch nicht genug Tageslicht hinein. Die Tür im Bad (Dusche und Toilette) war schwer zu verschieben. Das Frühstück war sehr großzügig und lecker. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top!

Grundsätzlich ein modernes und ansprechendes Hotel. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen zu verbessern. Neben der nur oberflächlichen Zimmerreinigung ist auch die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum und den Aufenthaltsräumen mehr als dürftig. Auch im Stockwerksflur lagen über mehrere Tage Papier und Plastikreste, die nicht aufgesaugt wurden. Hervorzuheben ist aber der freundliche Service der Haustechniker, die die nicht funktionierende AirCondition innerhalb von Minuten reparierte.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Overall experience is great. Pros * Friendly staff and good service. I had toilet issue, staff was able to fix it quickly. Request for additional amenities was also addressed quickly. Luggages were handled very smoothly and quickly. * Breakfast is good. There are a lot of varieties in breakfast, with good mix of meat / carbon hydrates / vegetables / fruits. To my surprise, the hotel even provides smoked mackerel and it tasted good. * Transportation, buses and underground transportation are within short walking distance. Waterloo station is also very close.

I arrived by 8am and requested early check in (usually an additional cost attached). I was told that the rooms were occupied but that the staff will call me when it’s available. I checked back at 11am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm. Never received a call or email from anyone. At 1:30pm the supervisor told me the earliest I’d be able to check in was at 3pm. The offered me no concessions or alternatives. At 3pm they were not sure the room was ready. This is the official check in time….My stay started off with a bad impression. The room was ok. Location was convenient and walkable to various attractions.
