Great little Inn with delicious Indian food in the pub below. Rooms are spacious with newly renovated bathrooms with rain forest shower and heated towel racks.

Struttura accogliente e ben strutturata.. ottimo punto di collegamento sia per fermate autobus che per la metro. Pulizia buona, e colazione inclusa nel prezzo ottima, molto ricca e personale sempre cortese e molto disponibile. Unica pecca la grandezza della stanza, se fosse stata un pó più grande sarebbe stata top. Tuttavia, ottima struttura nel complesso, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Hôtel et chambre très propre . Rue d'accès à la gare pas forcément rassurant au premier regard, mais absolument aucun souci ni à aucun moment nous nous sommes senti en danger.

No hot water.....
The problems here started when I tried to get access to the hotel at night and phones remained unanswered. But the real issue was there was no hot water for the duration of my stay and I could not wash. The hotel refused to give any form of refund and management refused to speak to me and were unavailable when I asked to speak to a manager. Hell would have to freeze over before I stayed in this hotel again.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! Stay anywhere but not here. No WiFi in the room for the 4-5 nights we stayed. Supposedly they reset the router, which obviously didn’t do anything for us. We had to buy a UK SIM card to buy the internet package. It’s a smart TV in the room but the management claimed it’s not a smart TV that’s why it wasn’t working, mind you it has YouTube, Netflix, and the option to connect to the WiFi so needless to say it’s a smart TV. We weren’t aware of this ahead of time and had we known I wouldn’t have spent over one thousand pounds on this place: 1. This place doesn’t have a reception like a traditional hotel so once the pub is closed, there’s no one to contact. And the phone number listed on Expedia blew my mind because I called to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the usual time and that my flight was delayed. When I called someone answered saying “Hello?” Like I was bothering them and they definitely did not want to talk to me.2. The place is not a real hotel, where you can stay comfortably. It has a pub downstairs and it’s always LOUD and uncomfortable. The cleaning lady yanked our door every morning to ask when are we going to check out of the hotel, after telling her 2x we had to put a note on our door to please not yank or bang on the door. I asked the management team to assist us and she pretty much said your room is non refundable. Worst experience ever.

Cozy place in the heart of London
Super clean! Small, but for the price and location, very cozy and nice. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. No complaints really.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless and a good size with an en suite shower room, just what we needed. The hotel is located near the tube station and bus routes which was great for exploring London. The staff were very helpful and polite. We queried about breakfast being included and were reassured it was. The breakfast was a lovely Continental with lovely choices. On our final evening we had dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful food! Would definitely recomment the hotel and restaurant!

Kleines, sauberes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für London wirklich gut. Super bequemes Bett und sehr gutem Bettzeug und alles mega sauber. Die Lage muss man kennen, um sie schätzen zu wissen, für Oxford Street und die Parks sehr gut und nahe an Paddington. Jederzeit wieder!

NO HOT WATER!!!!!
NO HOT WATER!!! Paid +£200 to stay in a hotel without hot water, this is a basic requirement!! Hotel staff werent very apologetic. I will say that the pub itself is nice and they have tried hard to create good looking rooms and bathrooms but maybe to much in a small space. Cupboards under the wardrobe with hairdryer and iron in cant even open as too close to the bed so whats the point?

Disappointing
Check in was bumpy as they didn’t have me on their register and had to wait a good 20 mins for them to sort it out. And I got a not so great room with an odd bathroom configuration. The sink was very low and small. Overall, disappointing. And sadly not great value foe what I paid.

We checked in and had to stand in the middle of the pub with a cricket match being shown on a large screen - there didn’t seem to be a dedicated check in area. The room was ok but there was no mirror in the dressing table. There were power points being the bed but they made drying your hair a bit awkward.

Great stay
Really lovely pub serving Indian food. Very clean. My only criticism is when you shut the door it's a hell of thump so it does wake you in the mornings when people are leaving. I would definitely rebook here.

What a cool pub and hotel! Walking distance to the Bakerloo line which was great for a 30min journey into SoHo for my meetings. Room 19 had a King size bed, windows that opened and provided lots of light and a great breeze. Check in at the pub, elevator for your suitcases. Pretty easy and great. Room was larger than a Superior Cozy at the Strand Palace which cost 70 GBP more a night.
