Beautiful Get Away
We loved the layout of the home. We had a group of friends stay for the weekend. House was very clean and beautiful. It was equiped with everything we needed. The access to the beach was well kept. Would love to stay there again.

Annual birthday celebration for Mom
The house was beautiful and spacious. We had room for our whole family of 12. Great location. The quick 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. We made many many trips. Beautiful Sunsets. A Wonderful place to spend time with our huge family.

Great Gathering Spot
This property is more a gathering spot than a bunkhouse. It's two potentially separate (lock-off) living areas. If you have old knees, take the downstairs unit. Each unit has a full kitchen. Kitchens are well stocked and provisioned with the basics (coffee, tea, oil, spices, etc) There are spacious living/dining great rooms in both. With comfy beds and good pillows, what more could you want?

One of the best places in Long Beach
I can’t recommend this house enough. Tucked under the blanket of tall trees, little away from the main road, you will admire this beautiful house. This house has its own private access to beach which is just under 10 mins of walk. It has full kitchen on both the floors, loaded with almost like new appliances, to make your journey as comfortable as possible. You will enjoy this place!

Beach Wedding with Family
Very spacious and great location. Easy, short walk to the beach. Comfotrtable and clean. Well stocked with dishes, towels, tea, and games. Everyone in our party was pleased with the accomodation.

Premier Long Beach Property
We were extremely pleased with the home. Very private and access (via a 5 minute walk) to the beach, but really nice to have a view of the ocean from the top floor. Very comfortable for all 12 of us, and the property owners are obviously very conscientious , thinking of many small but nice add-ons. Great wifi and tech is up-to-date. I would love to stay here again and would recommend to others.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was exactly as described. We had everything you could need including pantry staples such as sugar, flour and spices. The house was warm and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Stay
We had a blast at rod run this weekend and the house was great! We had a little issue but the owner Leann was really helpful. We are business owners and to see the customer service the owner provides makes me feel privileged to stay here. We didn’t expect that kind of treatment but the world still has great people like Leann. Make sure to stay here it’ll be worth every penny.

Great house and location
We loved our stay here. The house was extremely well stocked including pots, pans, spices and everything you would need for a stay. The location is also awesome. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we originally thought but once you do it once, it seems short.

We loved the house and location! Not far from Long Beach and Astoria. Plenty of room, clean.
We were on family fishing trip, 12 members, 8 adults, a 14 yrs, two 13 yrs and one 7 yrs. There was a bed for everyone with extras, if we needed. Great location and all amenities we needed. Beautiful home and very spacious. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Long Beach
The property was clean and well stocked except it could have used a few more than 3 beach chairs. Evolve was horrible to deal with. Hours spent trying to resolve a large overcharge and then once resolved they went back to attempt to overcharge again! The house is about 3 long blocks from the ocean which should have been better disclosed.

Great house
The house was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs for the four families involved. The house was so well supplied with every kitchen tool and item we needed. My only comment was it was a little further of a walk to the ocean than I expected, but the path was mowed and well kept. Over all an excellent experience!

Great for families
The property was great for our family of 9. Upstairs and lower level are both well equipped with kitchens/entertainment space, etc. so it provides good opportunity for the kids to to play and give the adults some quiet space. Kitchens were well stocked with spices, cookware, etc. Large supply of K cups for the coffees makers was a pleasant surprise. Ocean view is a bit more limited than expected but there is very easy driving access to the beach ( driving on the beach was a big hit with the kids). The neighborhood deer were also fun to watch. Overall, great 5 day stay.

Great mini vacation
We all had such a good time. The house was large enough for 12 people. It was so well stocked with everything you could want. The path to the beach was flooded but it is just a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. I know the owners can't control the weather but it was perfect. 60 on Saturday.

Family getaway
The house was a little difficult to find off main road, but that was the only downside. We had a great family time between the beach activities and downtime playing games at the house. The double kitchen/living room was great. Able to send the kids downstairs and have adult time upstairs.

Long Beach Retreat
Great home with private walking path through the sand dunes to the ocean beach! Two kitchens and two living/dining rooms provide lots of options for a large group or family. Excellent setup with bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchens were very well stocked with everything you need.

My son said this is the most well appointed rental he's stayed at!
This place was incredible! We had a group of 12, ranging in ages from 3 to 78. Every couple had a room and the dual kitchens really helped because Grandma and Grandpa didn't have to continually climb up and down the stairs. This place had EVERYTHING! A step stool that we used for our 15-passenger van so Grandpa and my 3-year old grand daughter could easily climb in and out, plenty of folding chairs so we could go to the beach for a weenie roast and s'mores, plenty of kitchen utensils, and music stands (we didn't need them but thought that was an awesome touch). We also loved the collection of hymnals and Bibles. We love Jesus too and it was very comforting to know good things happen at this place. We even did family photos while we were here in the beautiful surrounding forest and beach path. We were visiting from SoCal and enjoyed the cool weather and beautiful green scenery. Every bed was very comfortable and the individual room heaters was genius. The location is super easy to find, yet totally hidden away from anyone else. We will definitely stay here again and thank our hosts for their hospitality and sharing their beautiful vacation home. O! And one more thing. My granddaughter's Woody (from Toy Story) doll was accidentally left behind -- just like in the movie! Our property manager, Dawn very sweetly sent us a photo. Poor Woody! But Dawn packed him up safely and shipped him to me so they could be together again.

A large house for a perfect getaway
This house was amazing! The pictures were an exact representation of what the house actually looks like. There was more than enough space for us, we had 2 families staying. Every detail and amenity had been thought of and I can honestly think of nothing I would add. We absolutely loved being able to walk the beach everyday and the walk is easy, my 2 year old daughter could do it. I cannot say enough about this house we will absolutely be back! Thank you, thank you!!

great spot to get away from it all
i had a great stay at here. the hike to the beach was a bit of a haul, but if you have stamina, it is ok. or you can just load up the car and drive to the beach in front of the property. wish i had beach chairs, but it wasn’t a big deal.
