Pasamos una muy mala experiencia con la reserva, nos cobraron algo que se suponía ya estaba pagado, el servicio del lobby fue pésimo y con poca disposición de ayudar, expedía tampoco ayudó mucho.

La atención del personal del lobby es increíble, nos apoyaron en todo con mucha disposición y nos recomendaron lugares para ir, la habitación muy cómoda, el hotel en general muy moderno, limpio y agradable. No me gustó que en los 5 días de nuestra estancia, no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y creo que el baño de la habitación no es tan privado como debería, ya que son paneles que se alcanza a ver un poco desde afuera hacia adentro, aunque te terminas acostumbrando.

I was warned when I checked in that the hotel was loud but nothing could prepare me for the loud banging, screaming and music playing until 4am on some days. I barely slept during my stay and would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you like sleeping in a nightclub.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tommie. It’s a nice, clean hotel with an excellent location - walking distance to so many things being literally one block over from Hollywood Blvd. The staff was friendly/helpful. I absolutely loved my room and how cute and clean it was, although a mini fridge would’ve been nice. I’m actually surprised at how clean the hotel is considering how busy it is. About the noise - I feel like people always complain about noise in hotel reviews, but this time it was actually accurate. It gets LOUD on Fri/Sat nights. I could definitely hear the music bumpin but I think it stopped around 2am. Noise doesn’t really bother me though AND they did give a warning about the noise at check in which I appreciate. I did valet for the 3 days I was there - fast and friendly service. I would stay here again! I felt safe and comfortable for a solo female guest.
