Cumple con lo esperado.
El hotel en general cumple con lo esperado lo unico es que la persona que nos recibio en el check-in se equivoco y me cargo lo de otra habitacion pero inmediatamente lo corrigio y me hico el reembolzo.

Buena ubicación y el precio estaba justificado, Amplia habitación pero la cama aunque parece comfortable es demasiado blando el colchón y me dejó dolor de espalda al dia siguiente. Reservaron bien y sin problemas todas mis compras on-line que llegaron al hotel. El teléfono ni la caja de seguridad de la habitación funcionaban, tuve que bajar 2 veces para reclamar algo al counter.

El hotel es bueno y tiene buena ubicacion
El hotel es pequeño, con pocas habitaciones y sencillo. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplias, comodas y bien equipadas, lo unico fue q nos toco hospedarnos en la de fumadores (a pesar de que no somos fumadores) y huelen mucho a cigarrillos y todo se impregna de ese olor, pero con un ambientador solucionamos el problema. En el hotel hay un restaurante pequeño pero muy muy bueno, el chef cocina excelente lo recomiendo 100%!! En general me volveria a hospedar, pero en las habitaciones para no fumadores. El lugar donde se encuentra es muy tranquilo y 100% recomendado tambien.

We were put in a room that didn’t have a working TV. We didn’t get here until after 6pm and had to leave to meet a family member. Tried calling the front desk but no answer so had to go down to the front desk The women her checked us in came up to try and fix it but couldn’t and offered to have us change rooms. We were unable to do it right then because we were already late so she said we could move when we get back. We got back after 10pm and instead of moving next door to lm me we

Fine for short stay. Reasonable price. Dated but clean rooms. Staff was polite and accommodating. Not sure about safety/24/7 front desk staffing. Didn’t see anyone at desk most of the time I entered. So anyone could come in and go up elevator to the rooms at night. Excellent restaurant next door.

This is a good property. And the price was reasonable. However, the traffic noise was only outdone by me being on the second floor and on the third floor somebody decided to be dancing all night long. So if you’re going to stay here and get the truly inexpensive rate for LA then you should be on the third floor so that you don’t hear people dancing all night, other than that, it was great. Thank you.

I requested for an early check in and was charged $50 for a 2 hour early check in. I had checked with them on the phone if I could check in early and one of them said there are many rooms available and that it should be no trouble to do an early check in. But the other staff that checked me in charged me and I had to wait till some arbitrary time for a room that was clearly cleaned days before. I had done early checkins to other hotels. The staff are usually accommodating to early checkins and don’t charge any extra if there are rooms available. If no rooms are available, they would just say that upfront, so that I can plan my travels accordingly. I ended up overpaying for a horrible room and service.
