This BNB is the best the price is perfect and the host is great !! Place is clean and feels like home.

Very nice hotel for the price
Very nice hotel with swimming pool. Rooms aw nice and clean with comfortable bed. Parking is right in front of the room. I didn't notice any noise from outside or room next door. I think room have good isolation.

Quite disappointing. Staying at a bed and breakfast that barely offers coffee yu have to make yourself in the morning :(

Carefully read before you pay for you reservetion!
I have always trusted this web-site to find the cheapest hotels & some time find deals at the very last minute as well, but now that b&b places are starting to pop up I am definitely going to use this site as a last resort because the hole reason to stay in a hotel is for the privacy, which you aren't going to get in this not so cheap b&b places & to make the deal even worst is that you can't cancelled your reservation (a.k.a no refund if you don't use it) !!

Awesome place..
The room was great except it was a little hotter in the room and I had a hard time sleeping. I like the temp to be around 68 at night to sleep in my room. Other then that it was a perfect 10 on everything else. The location was great, great hostess, very clean room and overall. I would definitely stay again if traveling through.

Well kept, clean, quiet, comfortable, not "on the beaten path", suburb house room in what seemed an upper middle class neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping center with grocery store, coffeehouse and a few eating places - mostly fast food.

Residential location of this b&b makes it for a cozy feel like you're staying with family. Good experience and very good value overall for Woodland Hills.

Room was clean but very old house ,no breakfast as it was advertised and no key fir the room to lock dark in the isle .a kind of once you checked in you are by ur own struggle to find out stuff
