Beautiful location
Nice location. Excellent parking arrangements. Entertainment was wonderful. The owner was easily accessible to assist with complicated checkin procedures. Light switches, fan and top of refrigerator need to be cleaned.

Pasadena Visit
The place worked well for us and our visit with our daughter who lives in Sierra Madre. Had some issues with the upstairs unit moving furniture in the late evening several nights. Overall it met our needs and was easy to use.

Comfortable Apartment!
Apartment is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Another reviewer commenred that the Apartment is small. To us it was just right! The pics do make it look bigger than it actually is. It has all the necessities. The morning were cool so we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy our morning tea! Highly recommend. Hugo is a great host!

Good location
The unit was very clean, air-conditioned, & well-appointed. The bldg is well-kept, & secure. It's close to old town Monrovia with lots of restaurants. The owner/manager was readily available, & helpful. I hope to return since it's conveniently close to my friends, & family when I visit LA. I would recommend to others.

I didn’t stay on the property due to lack of communication w/ the management. Keeps giving a 6-digit password/code that didn’t work! I need a refund coz i ended up staying at another hotel! 😠. What are you going to do re: my refund.

I liked the apartment very much. However, if it hadn’t been for two young ladies unloading their car, I would never have found this place. I was under the assumption that the name of the facility was Zen Retreat, not just an apartment so named. If it hadn’t been for them helping me find the apartment, I was going to go elsewhere to find a place to stay! Once they helped me locate where the “Zen Retreat “ was and they helped me move my things in, I was able to calm down and check the apartment out. It took me until the next day to stop being angry about not getting directions here. I’m from out of state and I had no idea where Colorado Blvd. was and your directions on how to get in here included nothing about how to get here from the 210 Freeway. Now that I know where the apartment is and how to get here, I hope to use it again in December when I have my next appointment at the City of Hope.

Nice little spot
Nice, clean, safe 1 bedroom apartment with safe parking. The place had blackout curtains, which i feel, are a must but are lacking in a lot of rentals. Very good climate control. Plenty of towels, close to a lot of restaurants, and very convenient freeway access.

Great Spot
The apartment is nice and cozy, just like the picture. When we arrived we noticed a farmers market down the street, not even a block away from our stay. Farmers market was nice, we really enjoyed it. There's many restaurants and bars down the street, we really enjoyed our stay here. Can't wait to come back

great location!
My sister and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway & the location is really great! The unit is very comfortable & within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and a movie theater. The host was easy to get in touch with and super helpful. Highly recommend!!

Nice Apartment in Ol Town Monrovia
Property is nice, clean and updated with everything you would need for your stay. Nice location in Old Town Monrovia. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

Easy to rove in Monrovia!
This apartment is in a great spot, just two blocks from downtown Monrovia. It has cute decor, a comfortable bed, and all the essentials. Easy walk to market, restaurants, the park. If you need or want to stay in San Gabriel Valley, I recommend this place!

Great location
Property was clean and comfortable. Just a couple minute walk to the cute downtown area—they have a small street festival there every Friday night which was fun to check out. 5 minute drive to grocery store and easy access to freeway.

Clean and Quiet Stay
Stayed here to visit friends and the the Rose Parade nearby. It was a perfect spot to rest and recharge. Hugo was a great host and responsive to a small issue, he resolved it speedily. I loved the fan in the bedroom and there is a sound machine in the living room that my kids didn’t need to sleep. Monrovia is a sweet little town. Thank you Hugo!

Outstanding
Absolutely pleasant little spot to stay if you’re in town for work or visiting for pleasure. Close proximity to quaint little downtown strip. I definitely recommend staying here! Everything that is within the owner’s control is outstanding! Just a heads up, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper like I am! Would definitely stay here for work again.
