Falta de limpieza en general
El hotel está situado cerca de la entrada del casco antiguo, en una casa con muchas posibilidades y un bonito jardín pero haría falta que reformasen los baños y el suelo y la limpieza fuese mejor. El desayuno se puede mejorar también. Para lo que ofrecen me parece caro.

Estancia muy agradable y habitación muy amplia
El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio, con habitaciones amplias, luminosas y con aire acondicionado. Muy cerca de la ciudad, muy bien situado para visitar Luca. La única pega es que a pesar de llamarse "Bed&Breakfast", en nuestro caso no estaba incluido el desayuno y costaba 5 € por persona, un poco caro para lo que ofrecían.

Toen we aankwamen, was er niemand aanwezig. Na 2x bellen kwam er iemand aan die ons mee nam naar een ander b&b iets verderop in de straat. Daar moesten we overnachten. Was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt volgende ochtend was weer bij Art Relais. Het bleek dat er wel mensen sliepen in het b&b. Ontbijt was prima. Overboeking ??

eigentlich ein hübsches Hotel in Stadtnähe
leider sind die Zimmer (zumindest unseres) ziemlich runtergekommen - es wäre nicht viel Aufwand notwendig um das Hotel auf einen akzeptablen Zustand zu bringen :-(

Perfekt beliggehed
Indtjekning lidt besværlig, da man skal ringe til ejeren. "Kommer om 5 min" blev til en times tid - tog ikke telefonen de første 5 opringninger.... Morgenmad foregår på en café i nærheden hvor vi selv fandt ud af at der var ferielukket, hvorefter der blev arrangeret en meget spartansk morgenmad på stedet. Køleskab var der ikke men fin balkon og have.

Looked good online, but not close up
The site said that it was three star. It was really a one star. You could tell that the building was once really nice place to stay. But the owners have not kept up the building. Poor paint, cracking walls, and the floors badly need refinishing. The room had dated decor, and there was a strange sliding door to the bathroom, which did not totally cover the doorway. The entire room was poorly cleaned, with gum under one of the lamp shades, hairs in the bathroom and on the plate, and the plastic (yes, plastic!) mugs had lipstick residue from the last user. The receptionist was very helpful with check in, and some advise on what to go to in the town, but was not in the building at check in. The A/C did not work, and was not fixed in the time we were there. It has so much potential, and all of the pieces are there, but there needs to be a lot more detail in the cleaning, upgrading, and decor. The room did have a small fridge, which did make it easy to keep food. I would not stay here again until I thought that the problems were rectified.

Inte en skymt av hotelledningen
Hotellet rätt OK, men hotelledningen helt osynlig under de 4 dagar jag var där. Fick betala direkt när jag kom och sedan såg jag inte till dem mer. När jag gick vilse på vägen hem ensam från stan första kvällen ( p g a fel beskrivning på deras karta om var hotellet låg) försökte jag ringa flera gånger men fick ej svar. Frukost fick man själv gå och ta på ett café en bit från hotellet.Allt detta - plus att badrummet var i behov av diverse mindre reparationer - gav en känsla av att man kanske snart tänkte sluta med hotellverksamheten.

Leider waren wir insgesamt enttäuscht. Ich habe in diesem Hotel schon mehrmals übernachtet, aber ich musste feststellen dass dieses Hotel sehr nachgelassen hat. Es wird nicht renoviert, unsaubere Stellen, kaputte, marode Gartenstühle haben wir diesmal vorgefunden. Zusammengesuchte, dünne Handtücher, die muffelig riechen und man hat das Gefühl dass sie nicht sauber sind. Die Rezeption ist nur ab und zu besetzt. Was auch zu bemängeln ist, dass die Kosten für die Zimmer schon 2 Tage nach der Buchung am 26.05.2015 abgebucht worden sind, aber die Zimmer haben wir von 15.06. bis 19.06. bewohnt. Eine stornierte Buchung hat man uns auch berechnet, also gleichzeitig zwei Abbuchungen.

Lovely hotel
I thought the hotel was very pretty and the staff were great. The air conditioning in the room was not great though. The centre of Lucca was within an easy walking distance.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte e menomale!! Bagno sporco, camera sporca... Non scendo nei dettagli che è meglio... L unico aspetto positivo la gentilezza della signora Eva della reception.

buon posto per dormire, vicino al centro, siamo andati a piedi. Camera pulita, dotata di tv, bagno splendido, pulito. Molto gentile la persona che ci ha atteso alla struttura, disponibile. L'unica nota ma lieve , forse la stanza era un po' fredda, andava acceso prima il riscaldamento. Ma un neo ad una struttura che consiglierei.

Dachkammer - mehr nicht
Wir sind um ca. 18,00 Uhr angereist. Vor Ort war keiner. Den Schlüssel haben wir durch Zufall auf dem Briefkasten gefunden. Unser " Zimmer " besser gesagt unsere Dachkammer war echt toll. Bin wenigstens 3 x gegen die in der Dachkammer quer verlaufenden Dachbalken gelaufen. Verlaufen teilweise so um die 1,65 m durch die Kammer. Rings herum nur Wände kein Fenster, nur im Dach eine Luke die sich so ca. 10 cm öffnen ließ. Eine tolle Sauna bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur. Das Bad extrem gut für Lilliputaner. In der Dusche ist eine Bewegung nicht möglich, also muß mann hoffen das dass Duschbad auch nach unten zu den Füssen läuft. Wenn ich daran denke was für herrliche Zimmer wir davor hatten und das für den selben Preis. Absolut nicht zu entfehlen !!!!

Hôtel bien situé, propre mais vieillot. Personnel accueillant. La salle du petit-déjeuner est petite il faut parfois faire la queue. Difficile de trouver un parking quand on ne connaît pas le quartier.

10 days in Lucca
a few problems with he room/no bathroom light &they were unable to fix it/toilet seat would not stay up/staff friendly & obliging/owner not friendly/full payment had been taken from my credit card before my arrival/I was going to pay cash/as a result 15euros were added to my card statement/poor arrangements for checking in/no reply when I telephoned/convenient for city /could be a much better b&b/ unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems/no lift/steep stairs

Останавливались на одну ночь, по дороге на остров Эльба. По приезду в отель, нас определили в номер, который находился по другому адресу. Он находился в чисто итальянском старинном доме, с террасой и внутренним двориком с бассейном. У нас был целый этаж. Помещение оборудовано под старину в стиле Art. Находится в шаговой доступности от исторического центра (10-15 мин.). Собственной парковки не было, запарковались у соседнего дома. Впечатления только положительное. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Рекомендуем.

4泊しました。 ブレックファーストはパンとヨーグルトを一人ずついただけ、さらにハムやチーズ、シリアル、パンをビュッフェで好きな分量取り寄せます。テラスでゆっくりとくつろげたのがよかった。 お部屋も広くて快適です。シャワーも小柄な日本人にはちょうど良い大きさ。 近場にはバールや小さなマーケット、バス乗り場もあり、立地条件もよし。

Een prettig verblijf in een mooie stad
Wij hadden het geluk dat we kamer #1 kregen. We kwamen iets later aan, maar de sleutel lag al klaar, kamer zag er keurig uit en was ruim en schoon. We hadden vanuit de kamer direct toegang tot de ruime tuin en terras, met zitjes. Het sanitair was in nette en schoon staat, zag er modern en verzorgd uit. De koelkast werkte goed. Van omgevingsgeluiden hebben we geen last gehad. Het ontbijt was lekker en de staff was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is prettig dicht op loopafstand bij de ommuurde binnenstad, voor het parkeren van de huurauto was voldoende plek. Wij kunnen deze B&B zeker aanbevelen.

Basic but clean
We have stayed here several times over the last 7 years and I would have to say it is not as good as it used to be. Staff are very friendly and check-in was quick. The room on the first floor was basic but had clean linen and a comfy bed. Breakfast was extremely basic and when we left we went for a decent coffee and pastry at a cafe bar round the corner. It is located on a side street outside of the city walls but quick and easy to walk into central Lucca.

Huge rooms, great value
This hotel was great, the room was huge and really nice. It didn't even feel like a hotel, more like a mini-house. It was walking distance from the city centre and was in a good neighbourhood. The breakfast in the morning was homemade and really good and in the cute courtyard. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Great Location
We arrived In Lucca using the train from Pisa. We walked from the station to the hotel along the Lucca walls which took about 15 mins which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location only taking 5 mins to walk into Lucca. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels changed daily. Breakfast was good your typical continental. We would use this hotel again as it made our stay enjoyable.

Отличный отель, очень тихо, красивый номер, чистый душ. Очень близко от исторического центра города, Вкусный завтрак, можно хорошо подкрепиться. Парковки как таковой нет, но есть бесплатные места прямо напротив отеля, так как там не много машин то всегда было свободное место.

Ontbijt was niet lekker, oud brood, weinig keuze. Weinig mogelijkheiden om gratis te parkeren, zeker niet bij het hotel zelf. Badkamer niet mooi, erg klein. Een vies badlaken gekregen en een gescheurde handdoek.

Meglio di quanto sperato
Un comodo B&B in buona posizione appena fuori la cinta muraria di Lucca. Eravamo in due, ma ci è stata assegnata la mansarda da cinque persone: comodissima. La camera era pulita e completa di tutto il necessario (asciugacapelli e frigo inclusi). Unica nota dolente la colazione, al limite dell'immangiabile, con pane duro, fette biscottate vecchie, latte a lunga conservazione della peggior specie. Peccato.

perfekt läge!
Vi var super nöjda med hotellet, det låg lagom långt från den centrala stan, vilket är ett stort plus för oss då vi gillar att ha det lugnt runt oss. I området kändes det som man mötte de riktiga italienarna och vi hittade en massa trevliga matställen i närheten som var prisvärda! Hotellet i sig var mysigt, lagom stort och personalen var fantastiskt trevliga. Inte super bra på engelska men de gjorde allt för att hjälpa till och se till att vi skulle ha det bra och de var alltid så glada!

Bed & Breakfast "Leone di Sant'Anna" a Lucca
Anche se sono stato solo di passaggio, devo dire che i servizi sono stati all'altezza: letto confortevole, televisione, bagno privato con doccia, personale accogliente e simpatico. Nonostante la giornata piuttosto calda, la stanza era adeguatamente arieggiata e c'era un utilissimo frigorifero. Infine la posizione è strategica: a di cinque minuti dall'autostrada e dal centro di Lucca. Che dire: consigliato!

The hotel is located very close to the old city. Nothing to complain about really, although the breakfast wasn't exciting at all.

Koselig B&B med fellesarealer mellom rommene. Fin beliggenhet ifht gamlebyen. Begrenset bemanningstid i resepsjonen. Ikke spesielt flink i engelsk, men veldig imøtekommende. Dusjen kunne trengt en oppgradering. Alt i alt ett hyggelig opphold hvor vi gjerne drar tilbake

Good rooms but the owners don't really care.
There's no reception that is open. Hard to find. Had to call for them to open the door. When I got to the hotel early they informed me the room wasn't ready to come back at 2pm. When I came back at 2 the staff lady (who was the nice one) told me that actually I was in another hotel a few blocks away. I clearly reserved the leoni hotel and had the reservation printed out. She then called the owner who told her that no I was in the other hotel. I had to explain that I booked based on location and pictures and that I didn't feel comfortable going somewhere else I didn't know and had never seen. She called him again and this time he told her to give me room no. 1. The room was nice and comfortable. It was somewhat clean. The floors needed a little mopping.. But fine. After all day walking around I came back to the hotel and there was some sort of party going on the backyard. Some people singing really loud. I didn't complain until it was about 11:30pm and someone started playing some kind saxophone.. Right under my door that opened to the small backyard. When I called the number I had for the reception (because there is no "reception") the owner picked up. Took them about an hour to stop the noise and turns out it was him and his family/friends who were in the backyard.. I'm not sure what he's thinking but it didn't feel that he took his business seriously. Oh and the breakfast is not included in this B&B..(what????) should not be called b&b at all.

Oppholdet var bra, Vi var forberedt på at hotellet ikke var av de beste, men valgte beliggenheten like ved bymuren i Lucca. Frokosen var meget dårlig.

Geweldige locatie
Ligt ideaal, vlakbij de toegangspoorten tot het oude Lucca. Mooie ruime villa, kamer zeer ruim, goede bedden, koelkast, airco, gratis wifi, wel jammer dat er geen stoelen/fauteuils waren (stoel uit de gang gepakt). Heerlijk buiten ontbijten, eenvoudig (Italiaans, koffie met broodjes). Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Dineer bij Leo, buiten op het terras, in Lucca, of binnen bij Gulio, dichtbij de muur. Ga ook even naar Pisa, is vlakbij, en op een klein uurtje rijden, naar Siena!

Przyzwoity hotel w dobrej cenie
Pokoje klimatyzowane, lodówka w pokoju. Obsługa bardzo miła, nawet prasowanie koszuli w gratisie. Śniadania trochę słabe, ale za tą cenę nie należy spodziewać się luksusu. Do centrum około 15 minut pieszo. Możliwe przybycie poza godzinami pracy recepcji.

Very nice place
Great location to Historic Center, 5 minute walk. Very clean, great breakfast, very nice staff. Good bed and bathrooms, free parking. It has it all.

Ideal Hotel for Old Lucca town
We had a nice room in "Attic" with nice old beams etc, Nicely fitted out and for what we paid V Nice, They can organise Bikes, which is by far the best way to see the town. Breakfast ok, Internet ok, All in Very nice
