The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess.

The place has Old World charm. Accessible to bus. Unfortunately, it was hot during our stay, since there is no air conditioner in the room.

Great stay, great staff, clean, convenient and extremely kind. We checked out at 4am for a train to the airport and they packed individual boxes breakfasts for our family.

Great hotel.
Hotel is really beautiful & clean. The only problem was that the receptionist could not find the reservation upon checkin even though I called the hotel to confirm a date change & having the hotels.com reservation confirmation which took a long time waiting. All staff really nice.
