Great location for Okemo ski
We really appreciated this Location close to Okemo for skiing. Quiet atmosphere. Great price. Excellent communication. Hot water didn’t run out after several showers in a row. Definitely a great place to stay.

Clean and comfortable
The property is located in a nice setting and close to town and Okemo. It has 3 bedroom's with double beds, 2 full bathrooms, ample seating and a large dining room table! It was exactly what we wanted for a 3 night stay!

Perfect getaway

Cozy Ski House
Comfortable house and great location for a weekend at Okemo with the family. It was arctic weather (4 degrees) so we were grateful for the wood burning stove and well heated house. Enjoyed our time there.

New Years Ski Trip
Fantastic way to ring in the New Year! Excellent location close to the town of Ludlow and just minutes to Okemo. Kitchen very well stocked. Mattresses were comfortable. Sergio was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend

Great get away for the fall!
Sergio had the place ready to go once we arrived. The property is well kept, heater up, and easy to navigate. If you ever are thinking of staying in solemn, this is an excellent choice!

Vermont Getaway!
We had a comfortable time at Pine Hill Road. This beautiful house provided us with all our needs. Plenty of supplies on hand. Would of liked to have used the garage but a boat was being stored inside. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Sergio was always available to contact when needed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Okemo with no kids
Great location close to town, yet on a low traffic road. Nice clean property. The deck was great as an area to relax outside. Enjoyed my stay!

Great location
Property was very convenient to the mountain and town. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were hesitant to use the wood burning stove because location of the flue was not obvious and the gasket around the top was displaced, so we erred on the side of caution and decided not to use it. We really enjoyed our stay an owner was easy to contact and was flexible with our check out time. We are happy to use this property in the future.

Cozy house and very good location
We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is 5 min from the mountain so that skier could get into boots at the house and got ski-in-ski-out experience with non-skiers dropping them off. Sergio was very quick to respond to all questions. Easy check in and checkout. It was warm in the house except for basement. We enjoyed cast iron stove with owner provided firewood (just need to get you firestarters). Kitchen, bedrooms and showers were very clean.

Perfect Cozy Getaway- With room for everyone!
We stayed here for NYE weekend and loved every minute. The space is setup perfectly for our group - there is enough room to gather and play games as well as nice sized bedrooms for privacy. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We look forward to returning!

Ludlow house with garage
Highly recommend this property. We had a great stay in the idyllic town of Ludlow for a ski getaway. It took less than 19 minutes to get to Okemo! The house had everything we needed and more! Super clean, excellent communication from the owner and well stocked with chopped wood for the wood stove, which kept us toasty warm. If we ever make it back to Ludlow we definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Great location and comfortable!
Our family stayed for the week and enjoyed skiing at Okemo mountain. It was a short drive to the mountain and lots of restaurants were nearby. It was comfortable relaxing in the main room together after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was nice and we were easily able to prepare food. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back again! Sergio was an excellent host and got back to us right away with any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Perfect Ski weekend getaway
Accommodations were a good fit for our family weekend. The house was toasty upon arrival. The garage was a bonus feature that paid dividends given the significant snowfall. Host was responsive and kind.

Best stay EVER!!!!!
I absolutly adore this home. The location is amazing. Close to shaws and dunks. Close to pool at okemo resort and butermilk gorge for a refreshing swim. Also very close to hiking. Mountains are close and they are gorgeous. Sergio is attentive and very responsive when needed. Already booking for next year and cant wait to stay again. Love it so much i dont want to leave!!!!! Only advice would be to bring a griddle. House is super spacious we had 7 staying here and kids had there own space and adults had own space. House is also kept up wonderfully..... my family goes on vacations every summer and this is one of the best would highly recommend !!!!!!!!!🤗👍A+++++++++++++

Wonderful ski getaway home
This home had it all! Easy access to the town and also the ski mountain. Perfect for our family and friends with kids. The home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed including wood for the cast iron stove! The owner was great to work with and responded to calls and emails if needed throughout the stay promptly. Photos of the property were exactly how it was in person. Comfortable beds, great showers, and a great layout made this home the perfect ski retreat for us! Home run of a rental! We look forward to renting this property again in the future!

Vermont getaway
We had a great time in Vermont staying at Sergio’s place. It had what we needed and was in a great location only a few minutes from Okemo resort. I’m not sure why it’s listed as kid friendly other than the fact that it had bunk beds but we had fun with our 1 year old and her grandparents. There was enough space for all 5 of us.

Winter Break
We had a fantastic time at Sergio's rental home in Ludlow, VT. The rental is located very close to town amenities and the ski mountain. There was more space than we needed and the wood stove was very welcome on the snowy nights. Our dogs loved the Ludlow dog park just down the road off of Rt. 103. The road is close to everything but feels very private and has beautiful views of Okemo mountain in the Winter. The home had everything we could possibly need and was in great condition. If the weather was warmer then we would have spent all our time on the awesome porch. Sergio was a great host and provided all the info necessary to make it a relaxing and enjoyable trip. This winter's ski trip was all we could have hoped for and would love to come back in the Summer or Fall seasons to visit again! Thanks Sergio!!

Great Location for Skiing
The property is in a great location for skiing at Okemo. We did not spend a lot of time at the property, except for dinner, sleeping, and getting ready for skiing. It was a good size for my family of 8 (2 adults, 5 children, 1 infant) plus another adult and child. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils. A few more towels would be nice, but there was one for each of us to shower. If you want to be close to the slopes, I'd recommend this as a place to stay.

Great, spacious, clean home. Good location.
The property was great, the home was beautiful, well kept, and in a great location. However the host made the booking process very difficult, to the point where I wouldn’t likely rent with him again. First, it is important to note that although the listing lists the house as sleeps 10, the host reached out several weeks after the booking was completed to inform me that it only has room for 6 adults + “2 small children” and threatened to cancel the rental just weeks before our stay when alternative options were then limited. The house has plenty of room for 10 people. This host requires a separate rental agreement (outside of Vrbo) along with a rather large deposit or mandatory insurance. He also questioned my integrity and respect when I asked clarifying questions regarding the agreement. Upon arrival the heat did not work and the host told me I was wrong and the heat was working fine. The house smelled of propane, the furnace was ice cold/silent and all the vents in the house were cold. After a long exchange and several phone calls, he finally admitted he was wrong and had propane delivered and the furnace checked at 11:30pm as we were trying to get to bed. After the propane was delivered the heat began to work as expected. It is important to note there is a lovely fireplace that produces heat, although it does not heat the downstairs. After these initial hiccups our stay was great!

Exactly What We Needed
We has an exceptionally pleasant time in Ludlow. The house was lovely and exactly as described. Even though the temperature was -15 degrees, the house stayed nice and warm. Thanks again for a great trip.

Wonderful Stay at Cozy Cabin
A group of 8 friends spent the weekend at Sergio's wonderful cabin. The house was well stocked and had plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook as well as plenty of towels and blankets. We loved sitting by the fireplace at night. The location was also great, the house is very close to Okemo Mountain for skiing and right near town to get groceries and go out for meals. Highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed!

Perfect Christmas getaway
We wanted to book a short getaway for Christmas for our kids first ski trip to Vermont. There was plenty of room for us—2 teenagers, my husband and I. The location was great…right off downtown Ludlow and exactly 1.8 miles from Okemo. We liked how private and quiet it was. Liked having the linens on site and all the cooking utensils which came in handy since there was a shortage of grocery staples and restaurants closed early due to food and Staffing issues during COVID.

Quick Autumn Trip
Location was convenient to local towns. Visited Quechee Gorge and Woodstock. Sergio was reacheable at all times. We had an minor issue with the shower on the main floor.
