Buena elección
Nos desplazamos en taxi y estaba bien para ir a la estación. Hay un supermercado a dos minutos por si necesitas algo. Ingles bueno en recepción. Desayuno típico de estos lugares y abundante.

PERFECTO
Después de haber estado en muchos hoteles en China, quiero decir que éste es el mejor en el que he estado sin ninguna duda. El personal es amabilísimo y habla inglés perfectamente, la habitación era grande y cómoda, el baño impecable. Si tengo que poner una pega es la falta de minibar en la habitación para poder tener agua fría. Del resto no tengo ninguna queja

Good except bed was uncomfortable
Breakfast was good, front desk was really nice, bed was uncomfortable, cleaning staff forgot to put back bath soap and don’t give you enough toilet paper. Not much food in immediate area, have to walk a long block to get to restaurants but subway is steps away

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone did an amazing job. Many foreigners here, not just english speakers. The staff assisted all, the language ability was awesome. The housekeepers on floor 16 were wonderful, high regards to them. One person that I want to recognize is Mr. Andy Cheng, he assisted us several times and was the epitome of a great employee. Great customer service to all!

There is an event on, at 7.30am breakfast all ran out nobody refill it. After Waiting for 30mins still not much been refill. They should have prepared more food if knew there is a big group.

Expensive hotel in third lines city.
Fast checked in. Bit expensive for this small city. Same price as Beijing 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was great.room was nice and modern. Comfy beds.

Good rest
A good place to rest and it is less than 15 minutes to the hi speed rail station. A good spread of food for breakfast. Local dining just a short stroll behind the hotel. No issue catching a taxi in front of the hotel.

Besonders gut fand ich den Service des Personals beim Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer. Wir hatten zur Straßenseite und durch die Baustelle war der Lärm unerträglich. Aber nach fünf Minuten nachdem ich das Problem geschildert habe, hat man uns ein anderes, ruhigeres Zimmer zugeteilt. Um 23 Uhr. Fand ich super.

Excellent stay
I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is clean, staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable and WiFi is good. The hotel provided us with some guide to on the nearest food streets, shopping centre, supermarket, and they can even assist us to arrange day tour to Shaolin Temple.

Très bien Le personnel très bien mais une seule personne parle anglais ! Elle est très gentille et d.un grand secours Wifi dans les chambres ne marche pas terrible il faut descendre dans le hall pour une connections correcte

Only stayed for a night but overall experience is great. Received a free room upgrade. Room is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities available. Hotel can arrange for car hire with driver to travel to places of attractions. Breakfast is just ok, not much variety.

The hotel was situated directly opposite a plot of land that is undergoing major metro construction. The noise of drilling and piling was evident on a Sunday morning, about 7:30am.

Good location close to high-speed rail station. Construction of subway system was rather noisy. Also, the hot water takes several minutes to get to the bathroom, so lots of water is being wasted while you wait. The front desk staff should have better training in welcoming guests and familiarizing themselves with the neighborhood to give directions.

No frills place to stay. Check in/out was simple staff and room service was fine. Breakfast was decent and they have a coffee machine. Laundry room with a washer and a dryer that worked well. My only real complaint is that the shower barely drained and would back up into the bathroom floor.
