Had better confirm about booking status carefully
I'd like to share about good and bad, and had better take care about double cooking or something as other reviewer also mentioned. 1.Good -Room is so spacious and clean -All necessary equipments are equipped in the room -Good WIFI condition 2.Required the improvement -The location is Not clear by address, actually west bound. -Breakfast and Lunch menu is only Arabian about price -Owner told us, hot shower had issue and asked us to move the other apartment. (Hopefully, we had no issues finally -Owner asked us to leave room around 22:00 even though we already slept. It seems he had double booking and other customers waited outside. I had to solve this issue by direct conversation with other customers. Hopefully others are kind and they recognized by correct booking and we could continue to use the room. *It seems other customers also had correct booking... *Unfortunately.this is the worst memory in Egypt this time.

Before we arrived to luxor we decided to call the property manager as the place had not a clear location on google maps (weirdly, the hotel had two different locations). It was difficult to contact the manager and once we contacted him he hasn't even noticed that we were arriving that day. He picked us up from the ferry but he told us the original property wasn't available so he offered us another property instead. The other hotel was completely different from the one we booked, and even it was under repairs and they were clearly not able to host us at that moment. In compensation for the property arbitrary switch, the manager offered us what he said were 3 meals. What happened was that once we took the 2nd meal, he actually charged us because supposedly the offer was 3 meals for all the group and not per person. In comparison, we checked that this meal was definitely overpriced for what we got for luxor standards. The apartment was ok. It wasn't sparkling clean and there were problems with the toilet. Supposedly we had free access to the pool but we could do it only until the third day as the property was under maintenance. For us it was a big scam.

we try to make our best but because we dont give much meals free so we are guilty .
