Hotel regular para una estadía corta
La zona donde se encuentra no es muy comercial, mucho ruido ambiente por la noche en la calle, nuestra habitación daba directamente a las ventanas del edificio de enfrente y tuvimos que mantener la cortina cerrada toda la estadía. Está bien para una estadía corta, de paso por Aguas Calientes.

La habitación es cómoda y limpia pero la ubicación no es muy buena y el desayuno que brindan es horrible

Hotel básico...
Para pasar la noche y estar cerca de donde salen los buses por la mañana para Machu Picchu. Sin grandes comodidas, lo que realmente puede molestar es la falta de aire acondicionado y calefacción. además, huele raro.

You need to ask for hot water each time before you take shower. No heat. Very very noisy. You hear kids noise 24/7. I was there for 4 nights and no sleep.

Would not recommend
Was a good price, but you get what you pay for. It was an incredibly loud place (outside, with thin windows) and very little sleep was had as a result. Breakfast said it would be at 5, but was at 6 and for those heading up to the mountain, they need that earlier breakfast. Sofa in the lobby stank really bad.

Decent ish hotel but for the price, would have expected full breakfast available at beginning of breakfast service (no coffee) and Wi-fi to be available in room. When challenged we were told that it worked as he had it on his phone... but it clearly didn’t despite him resetting the modem. There are a lot of options in Aguas Calientes but as you are only ever there for a maximum of two nights perhaps they didn’t feel the need to be on top of their game as they repeat business is not their game. Positive, We were able to check in early and the lady was very sweet!

O único problema que tive foi com a TV que desligava o tempo todo, o café era simples, os funcionários foram todos atenciosos. Nesse período o hotel estava lotado então não pude mudar de quarto.

The service was really nice. Breakfast was good. We had an early train to Machu Picchu and they accommodated us, kept our bags and let us hang out in the lobby til we left on the train.

Très bien.
J’ai adoré mon séjour. Le seul point négatif est l’emplagacement. L’hotel semble être situé à la limite du quartier résidentiel, donc c’est loin des attraits principaux. Le déjeuner est succulent.

Even the little noise you can hear ... little kids in the street running ... people talking ... I had a room on the 5 th floor .,. But I was surprised how can you listen to even people talking in the streets on the first floor .

noisy location
Our triple room was next to building construction which started at 7:30 and continued till 8:00 pm. in addition the second night a neighbor had loud music playing all night and all day. Even the police could´t stop it. Another problem were the uneven steps which could cause a serious fall.

Good place to stay before or after Machu Picchu
We stayed here before and after trip to Machu Picchu. Nice enough stay in a small town. Easy walking to the rest of the town. good breakfast.

Wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel
Our room was facing a construction, which was starting at 7 am till 11 pm. We didn’t get any sleep. The room was spacious, but our king bed was two double beds combined together. The pillows were tough, the towels were stained, no toilet paper, and tiny shower room. The breakfast was good, but the omelet was sitting cold. Very slow internet, very poor insulation system, so you would hear everything. For the price we paid, this hotel is not worth it, I wouldn’t recommend to stay there. Perhaps the hostel next to it was charging much less and it was in much better condition.

Hotel atendeu às expectativas. Fomos apenas para passar a noite para ir cedo a machupicchu. Cama muito boa, ótimo chuveiro com água quente e o café da manhã começa às 5h, com muitas variedades.

O hotel superou minhas expectativas em termos de conforto. Pensei que seria mais simples. Achei muito funcional e com a estrutura necessária para o descanso antes de Machu Picchu. A equipe disponibiliza o café da manhã a partir das 4:00. Poderiam unir a um serviço de guia para o parque, seria interessante.

Hotel com sérios problemas
O hotel está numa área muito degradada de Machu Picchu Pueblo. Há muitas construções, e o barulho é constante. O próprio hotel é inacabado. O café da manhã é muito fraco. No quarto, não há blecaute. Como acordamos às 5h da manhã para subir a Machu Picchu, não tivemos problema com isso. Porém, para quem ficar mais de uma noite, é péssimo. Precisa melhorar.

There are better places to stay
I was not impressed with the hotel. My room has a bathroom window that you could not open (it was locked with a key) and on the other side of the window were men doing construction work from 7am-7pm every day. The only window I could open was actually at the front of my room in the hallway so that anyone walking by could stick their entire hand (or body) right through the window. There was zero ventilation in my room and it smelled like mildew the entire time. All of my belongings smelled like mildew when I left. The staff was not friendly and spoke no English, which is fine, but they weren't even nice about it. There are far better places to stay for the same amount of money.

I had a great experience at the Hanaqpacha Inn. Although not very fancy or modern, I was very pleased to find out that there was running hot water in the shower! After having to shower in cold/lukewarm water the past few days this felt amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the morning before our hike was also a big plus. The Inn is located close to a futbol field and there are many locals that hung out nearby - we felt very safe walking around at night. If you are looking to stay somewhere comfortable and affordable this is your place!

Bom custo-beneficio. Boa Internet e bons funcion.
Foi boa ,o local ficava a 10 minutos de caminhada até a estação de trem e também do ponto de ônibus que leva a Machu Picchu. A única coisa ruim foi que parou de sair água do vaso sanitário de madrugada e o banheiro amanheceu nojento.Porem , às 5 horas da manhã no início do café, eu reclamei e a atendente foi ao AP, tirou a tampa de louça de cima da caixa e desengripou a bóia que parava e enroscava .Isso tudo em um minuto.Tinha uma geladeira comunitária na portaria, mas frigobar no ap. não.

Conveniente para uma estadia rápida.
Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa, quartos são bons porém no banheiro faltou uma porta de vidro, a cortina de plástico eh realmente muito ruim e da aspecto de sujeira. O aceso aos quartos por escada eh complicado se você não tiver preparo físico, e ainda mais se estiver sofrendo do soroche. Café da manhã bastantes simples poderia ser melhorado com mais opções .

It was clean enough and room ample size. However, it was way too noisy from other guests, roosters crowing and staff talking. The curtains were gauze thin and let in too much light. A positive- very close to everything and staff did seem helpful.

Impossible to sleep
Very small hotel, we were at the 5th floor without elevator. Noise from street was impossible until midnight. The door to our room had glass so the light from the corridor was on all night in my face. The staff was attentive and nice. I do not recommend this hotel if you plan to sleep at night.

Wi-fi didn't work in the room. The view was laundry hanging across the street. Staff didn't speak English - not very much, at least. Room was nothing special, but there was a bed and a bath.

O hotel é bom para uma diaria mesmo... para quem vai a Machu Picchu. Como tudo fica perto em Aguas Calientes o hotel tambem nao fica longe.O quarto nao tem aquecedor, se esfriar nao sei como seria. A iluminaçao do corredor atrapalha no quarto, fica muito claro e se tiver gente conversando no saguao da pra ouvir tb.
