3.5 stars hotel with 5 stars services Had a great stay here for 3 days and 2 nights, as this is managed by Accor so we have been expecting this, love the semi-indoor swimming pool and the water is warm, love it! The breakfast ambiance is good, they are also eco-green so there will be an aqua water tank in every corridor level, on 2nd night I'm having an unpleasant incident on the lift, however, they immediately took follow-up action and asked how I feel, even they treat me beyond expectations. Their staff were very polite and generous, will definitely come back if I have time for a holiday in the near future.

Good stay overall
Had a great stay here. The food was goodand staff were helpful and nice. Our train was very early and we were disappointed that though the room is ready early we had to pay for early check in. We stayed a while so it wouldve been nice if they provided the customer service for early check in. Otherwise rooftop pool is nice but always crowded. The gym was nice and clean. Not many options to eat nearby so we usually ate in restaurant or took taxi for offsite eating

Sink was clogged. No cover on bolster. If not because of super helpful security/valet team, i would give them 1 star straight.

Comfortable hotel
Check in was smooth. Hotel located in easy access to every where in Malang. Food is superb.check out process was quick and prompt. Special mention to Housekeeping lady in 5th floor very friendly staff and accomodating.

1. During check-in i found that even though I booked for 4 ppl in the room, there was only 1 double bed in the room. The two options were to sleep on the couch or pay for additional extra bed. That was not a nice surprise. 2. Ibis Style does not have an adequate system to ensure basic necessity for the room is catered. An example will be the number of towels provided. Ibis provided only 2 towels when clearly there are 4 people staying in the room. When I requested for additional towels, I was advised that this will incur additional charge to which I expressed my strong objection. 3. Room cleanliness is average, it appears that vacuuming of the carpet was not done in a thorough way as I have found evidence of insufficient cleaning of the carpet.

Clean modern good facilities friendly helpful staff BUT the area is sterile. Nothing to see or do in walking distance. If you don’t mind using GRAB to get around town this hotel is a good option but if you prefer to be walking distance to town not good

Zeer comfortabel verblijf
Zeer nette en comfortabele kamers. Ook zeer snel werd een extra bed geregeld in de kamer van onze kinderen, kamer was wel aan kleine kant voor 3e bed. Leuk half overdekt en half open zwembad. Ontbijt was lekker maar wel wat beperkter voor een Westers ontbijt in vergelijking met Indonesisch ontbijt, maar dat is ginds overal zo.

Veldig greit hotel. Eneste er at det virker som det ikke holdes vedlike som ellers her. Frokost var veldig bra med masse utvalg. Bassenget var helt greit. Veldig bra med tanke på pris. Vi var bare på tur videre og hadde en natt her. Men kan trygt anbefale det for flere dager.

Prisvärt hotell
Bodde med två ungdomar i två rum under fyra nätter. Hotellet är nytt och fräscht. Rummen är rymliga med separat WC och dusch. Det ena rummet luktar dock rök trots att vi bokat non smoking room. Personalen är professionella och hjälpsamma. Frukosten är mer anpassad för lokal befolkningen, så gillar du indonesisk frukost kan du bo här.

So far semuanya Good, hanya layanan wifi ketika di dalam kamar sangat lamban, kalau mau kencang koneksi internet harus ke koridor baru ok.

Affordable comfort
I was in Malang about 3 years, and I think the hotel was under construction then. I like the green style and comfort. The breakfast was good with varieties, and the hotel is in a nice location for a tourist. The towels could be newer, and in all, I enjoyed my stay.
