Les photos sont reflètent parfaitement la maison. Extra. Les propriétaires sont d'une profonde gentillesse. Au petit soin. Il faut bien utilisé les coordonnées gps waze pour trouver la maison. Manque légèrement de vaiselle pour plus de confort. Recommandation +++

Mega Urlaub und was ein tolles Haus!
Wir wurden super lieb in Empfang genommen. Man hat uns alles gezeigt und Rasmia und Costa sind die Besitzer, die auch in diesem sehr schönen Wohnkomplex wohnen. Wir haben die beiden Apartment mit dem großen Pool gemietet und der erste Eindruck war echt überwältigend. Die Architektur und die Verbindung der zwei Apartments mit dem Pool, in der Mitte der Pizzaofen und der Grill, sind wirklich perfekt. Rasmia und Costa kommen beiden alle paar Tage zum reinigen der Wohnungen und des Pools. Wir haben auch neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher erhalten. Zudem wird der Müll abgeholt, man muss ihn lediglich vor die Tür stellen. Alles in allem ein toller Service und dies kennen wir so aus 2 Wochen „Haus mieten“ nicht. Warm Wasser, Klimaanlage, Bäder, Dusche usw. sind wirklich top. Es ist ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Pizzaofen, Grill und Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Der Pool ist ca. 4,5m breit, 7m lang und ca. 1,6m tief. Die Betten sind etwas hart, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache und hat uns 2 Wochen nicht wirklich belastet. Klimaanlage war mehr als ausreichend und das bei 39 Grad Nachmittags.Sehr sauber, sehr schöne Anlage und mega freundliche Besitzer. Wir sind Rasmia und Costa sehr dankbar für den tollen Urlaub. Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder hier her. Zudem sehr schöne Lage (Zentral auf Kreta und viele gute Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen). Vielen Dank liebe Rasmia und Costa für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Great outdoor experience
Pool and surroundings were excellent and the host was very nice and helpful. However the interior was very disappointing particularly the very narrow spiral staircase that 2 75 year olds had to climb up to sleep and my wife had a broken leg and still on crutches!!! We were never told about the stairs and there was nothing on the site indicating that was the situation. Also the beds were very uncomfortable and far too hard and gave us bad backs.the kitchen needs a few more accompaniments as well. However overall quite an enjoyable experience.

Sehr schönes Objekt
Sehr schönes Objekt mit eigenem Pool. Wir waren zu 6 und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Die Vermieterin wohnt in der Nähe und ist wirklich super nett und hilft bei Fragen immer weiter. Da man direkte Nachbarn hat muss man natürlich ein bisschen Rücksicht nehmen, aber es hat uns nicht eingeschränkt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, aber ein Auto ist zum einkaufen und für kleinere Ausflüge notwendig.

Beware of strict property rules, lack of privacy and remote location.
We rented the villas for 10 days, 2 adults and 4 children. The villas were lovely, however the overall experience turned out to be disappointing. During check in we were told of an accident last year by the pool, where a boy had to go to hospital as he had slipped and fell. Which meant jumping in the pool was now banned. As most families can appreciate, the point of a pool for children is to play and jump, not use it for lane swimming. The pool was at least 1.5m deep so was perfectly safe for jumping, but we were told it was strictly forbidden. Then we were told that there was a lady with a baby in a nearby house, and that it was a quiet neighbourhood where residents would complain and call the police if there was any noise after 9pm. Which meant no use of pool after 9pm, unless we were very quiet. The main feature of the property is the outside area, and to be told we're expected to be quiet after 9pm, and not use the pool for play when we're on a family holiday with 4 children, should have been clear in the listing. The first evening we told the children they could use the pool if they kept it down, and we also had a tiny speaker with some music at low volume. The property managers came over, and very angrily complained that we were too loud, and reminded us of the lady with the baby. The next 2 evenings we did not dare using the pool or play music, but sat outside playing card and board games with the children after we've had dinner. On day 3 we received an email from the agency, where they had forwarded a complaint from the property managers, claiming we made excess noise after 9pm, and they threatened to contact 'tourist police'. We could not understand how we could be any more quiet unless we were expected to go to bed at 9pm, or sit inside the house. We felt watched while we were there, where the property manager immediately appeared at the fence hissing angry noises at the children on one occasion where they jumped into the pool even though they were not supposed to, indicating that they were supervising our every move to make sure no rules were broken. It did not feel like a private holiday rental. We have rented villas every summer with the children, and can honestly say I have never had any issues or complaints, this holiday we felt very unwelcome and that our money was happily received, as long as we stayed invisible. We were also informed pre arrival that there was a local grocery store, this is not the case, so car is essential.

Amazing property in Paleokastro.
The renting of the property was seemless. Owners accommodated an early arrival and property was fully reading. It is a remote location, advisable to rent a car. It was quiet and secluded with great pool and beach an easy walk away.

Super schöne Unterkunft, Mega!!!!!
Unbeschreiblich schön!!! Sauber, gemütlich, super gepflegt von den Vermietern, die mega nett waren, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Müllbeseitigung top !!! und auch selbst gebackenen Kuchen gab es auch. Alles sehr schön und natürlich mega zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
