Acogedor hotel con encanto de 6 habitaciones donde cada una de ellas tiene una decoración y nombre diferentes. Ideal para parejas y escapadas románticas de fin de semana. La ubicación es ideal al encontrarse a escasos metros del centro de Alcudia. Desayuno variado con productos locales y huevos al gusto realizados al momento. Así mismo la sala principal dispone de cafetera gratuita 24 horas para los huéspedes.

Lovely, romantic, authentic place. Private terrace for sunning. Rooftop terrace for byo sunset drinks. No elevator, and check-in person as well as included breakfast are at restaurant down the street.

Top hotel in ideal location
Fabulous hotel in an excellent location. We stayed in the safo room with private terrace and absolutely loved it. Breakfast nearby in the main hotel was of an excellent standard and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Charming hotel in the heart of this old city !
Nice small charming hotel in the center of the city. Great place to start your day in this beautiful region. The breakfast is outside of the hotel in the restaurant of the hosts, few meters away on a lovely place.

Pleasant, but not what we hoped for
Boutique hotels offer style, but at the cost of amenities. First the good points: Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is in an excellent location, barely 100m from the main square of old Alcudia, which has plenty of restaurants and bars. It's a short walk from the bus stop and city walls. Despite this it's very quiet. The room was very stylish, with a comfy bed and plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Now the not so good: There is no 24hr staffing. We arrived at 11pm and the keys were left for us to find our own way to our room. There is also no lift, and 5 of the 6 rooms are upstairs, so you have to carry your bags yourself. The room description clearly says "jetted bathtub", which my wife was looking forward to, but it was an ordinary bath. Breakfast is cold cuts of meat, cheese, pastries, cereal and fruit. All very tasty, but if you want a coffee the nice lady will make it for you, one slow cup at a time. If you want orange juice the nice lady will make it fresh for you, one glass at a time. If you want eggs you can have the fried or scrambled, by the nice lady, once again slowly. If there are a few people then you can be waiting for a while, so budget your time accordingly. There is no bar in the hotel, and the mini-bar wasn't restocked after we used it on the first night. There is also no ice available. So if you want a drink you'll need to drink out, and they close around 11pm. It's almost a great hotel, but doesn't offer enough for the money charged.

Läckert litet hotell med fantastisk frukost och service. Rummet (Kavafis) stort, med bra garderobsyta och badrum. Hotellet har också en terass. Lugnt och tyst men nära alla restauranger och butiker. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ich gebe in der Regel selten Bewertungen ab und wenn dann eher kritisch. Bezüglich des Aufenthaltes im Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet habe ich überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden - es war einfach herrlich. Das Hotel, bzw. ist es eher eine Pension im Hotelstil, ist wunderschön in der autofreien Altstand von Alcudia gelegen. 20 m zu Fuß erreicht man eine kleine Straße mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Das Hotel ist optisch fantastisch. Die alte Gebäudestruktur ist unglaublich ansprechend modernisiert worden; der Standard ist ausgezeichnet. Es werden alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels mit der Ruhe einer Pension verbunden. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Innenhof und einer großen Terrasse laden zum Entspannten ein und sind für alle Gäste zugänglich. Es ist insgesamt alles sehr privat, da nur sechs Zimmer vorhanden. Im Foyer wartet eine kostenfreie Nespresso-Maschine mit Gebäck und Kuchen. Die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, jedes im eigenen Stil. Wir waren im Zimmer "Pollentia", wirklich eine tolle Wahl. Im ersten Stock, direkt am Treppenaufgang. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei WLAN-Kreise, daher in jedem Winkel Top-Empfang. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und wird im Foyer serviert. Hier kümmern sich die Inhaber noch selbst um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste. Die Stimmung ist stets super freundlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet besuchen!

The best.
Loved everything about Cas Ferrer. I stayed with extended family, and we occupied 3 of the 6 rooms. All we're really, really nice. Very spacious. Safo is the best, as long as you can handle two flights of stairs. It has its own huge private terrace with an outdoor shower, bed, umbrella, etc. But the other rooms are also just great. Breakfast is spectacular. Fresh every day, with a large assortment of fruit, pastries, cereal, bread, cheese, and even squeezed-to-order orange juice. And the staff is phenomenal. Maria and Carla, in particular, took such good care of all of us. We will 100% stay here again next time we're on the island, without hesitation. Can't recommend this highly enough.

A fabulous little boutique hotel in the centre of Alcudia Old Town!! I stayed in the Boticelli room & it was beautiful! Breakfast was great, a variety of meats, cheese, bread, fruit, eggs & fresh squeezed oj!! Lots of great restaurants right outside the door! And the bus stop which takes you to Palma or to the beaches is a short walk away! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Kan inte ha haft ett bättre boende! Härligt hus. Jag kände det som att det var mitt eget då jag gick hem på kvällen och låste upp ytterdörren. Värdinnan och personalen var underbara och så måna om sina gäster. Bra frukost med allt som man behöver (men en som är van vid hotellens ibland jättelika buffébord skulle kanske bli besviken). Det enda som jag vill varna för är: inget boende för en handikappad, de som inte kan gå i trappor eller behöver stort svängrum i en trapp... Jag kommer definitivt att återvända till min lilla pärla på höjden i gamla Alcudia.

Geschmackvolles, kleines Hotel in der Altstadt
Die alte Schmiede wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgebaut, mit modernem Standard und einer sehr gelungenen Verschmelzung alter und neuer Anteile. 3 der insgesamt 6 Zimmer konnten wir uns ansehen, jedes war auf seine besondere Art geschmackvoll und farblich ansprechend arrangiert. Im Atrium kann man entspannt und sehr ruhig "draußen" sitzen, ebenso auf dem großen Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Überhaupt ist das Hotel total ruhig. Für Paare und Singles ideal. Die Altstadt rundherum ist sehr schön und es gibt unzählige, wirklich leckere, Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.

Reizendes kleines Hotel in top Lage
Wir wollten landestypisch wohnen und haben uns ein kleines Hotel in der Altstadt von Alcudia gesucht. Es hat dann auch perfekt gepasst. 50m vom Hotel befindet sich der Marktplatz von dem aus kleine niedliche Gassen mit Geschäften und Restaurants / Bars zu begehen sind. Das Hotel ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort mit einem kleinen Patio und einer Dachterasse die zum chillen einlädt. Die Einrichtung ist eher modern und stylisch gehalten. Alles passt sehr gut zusammen. Das macht die Sache stimmig und schafft eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Der Service ist top. Freundlichkeit wird hier großgeschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Det var første gang vi skulle bo i den bydel og på hotel uden pool, men det var den skønneste oplevelse! Både personale og omgivelser var helt fantastiske. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang vi har boet der.

Superb, quiet old town hotel
Have stayed here four or five times. Staff always friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and bright. Excellent breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee.

Nettes, kleines Hotel in der Innenstadt mit besonders freundlicher Betreuung, geschmackvoll renoviertes historisches Gebäude. Einziges Manko, evt. nur im Winter: wenn nicht gelüftet wird, zieht ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch durch das Haus.

Super small hotel with character and charm.
This is a true gem of a hotel in the beautiful, charming old town of Alcudia. Although the hotel is situated a stone's throw from the centre of the old town with all its restaurants, the location is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are truly great, offering a wide selection of local produce, cheeses, hams, pastries and fresh fruit. The bedrooms are spacious with really good ensuite facilities and there is a lovely terrace to relax on. Maria the hotel manager couldn't be more helpful and made us feel very welcome.

der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Persönliche Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Altstadttrubel. Das Hotel selbst liegt sehr ruhig, ist allerdings nicht leicht zu finden. Am besten erst mal zu Fuß und das Auto vor der Stadtmauer abstellen.

Gemütliches Boutiquehotel mitten in der Altstadt
Zunächst wurden wir sehr freundlich und herzlich von Maria empfangen. Unser Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz um es sich gut gehen zu lassen; sie waren sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, frischen Früchten und leckerem Aufschnitt konnten wir den Tag entspannt starten. Auch wenn man dem Hotel an der ein oder anderen Stelle seine 10 Jahre anmerkt, würde ich es wegen der Atmosphäre, der Ruhe und Herzlichkeit zu jederzeit 100% für einen Aufenthalt empfehlen! Ein Wiederkommen unsererseits ist möglich.

Quiet, modern hotel in the heart of the old town
Hotel was excellent once we got in. There is not always someone on site and you have to call a number, but American cell phones don't always work there. We found a restaurant with Wifi and emailed someone in the States who called the hotel for us and then they emailed back where to go ( a restaurant owned by the same family near by ) for the keys. It would be best to put the restaurant name on the door along with the other instructions. Hotel owner apologized and gave us a bottle of wine. Rest of the stay was great.

Super Hotel in Top Lage.
Kleines gemütliches Stadt-Hotel, mitten in Alcudia. Service war ausgezeichnet. Kostenloser Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr kleines, aber feines Hotel. Liegt im Altstadtviertel von Alcudia, wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, etc. entfernt. Ein Mietauto ist dennoch zu empfehlen (kein Strand in der Nähe). Das Frühstück ist 1 a und Maria (die Hotelinhaberin) sehr zuvorkommend. Der Espresso ist hervorragend, das Frühstücksei perfekt gekocht und die Süßspeisen und Quiches varieren täglich und schmecken super. Für das leibliche Wohl ist gut und persönlich gesorgt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Amazing place
Nou hotel is the perfect place to be if you like trendy hotels. The location is amazing, the town is perfect. However, you must rent a car if you go there and to have plan to go around as this hotel is not on the beach and there are no nice beaches on walking distance. I am the type of super trendy and picky person and I love boutique hotel. I wasn't too sure about this one but now i can say that totally surpassed my expectations. we stayed t poletia room and it was more than amazing. Maria is the most helpful person and we had amazing time. I strongly recommend this place to everyone. I couldn't stop looking at it and enjoying it. It's for very trendy,classy people that enjoy ary design.
