Casa fantástica para compartir varias familias
La casa es estupenda. La zona del jardín fantástica para disfrutar con la familia y amigos y la casa con habitaciones amplias y gran salón comedor. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para garantizar unas fantásticas vacaciones.

Great family villa
Second time we have rented this villa, modern clean feel. 25 min walk to Santa ponsa beach, 10 min to marina. Bit of building work behind the villa (brand new villa being built) but didn’t disturb the stay too much. Very helpful owner. Good parking.

Bangor Uni OB Golf trip
As a group we’ve stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed the villa, it’s location and it’s layout. Perfect for us for golf, restaurants and nightlife. Luis is super easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble Another great trip in a great villa!

Lovely Villa
Had a great stay at Luis villa. It is exactly as advertised and brilliant for self catering. 7 Fuego restaurant at the marina is very good and only 10 mins walk away if you get tired cooking. Luis was a great host - very responsive at all times. Small Eroski is 15 mins walk away in Santa Ponsa and the large one about 30 mins. Local taxis came promptly so it was easy to get around. Highly recommend.

Great villa, perfect for family group of all ages
Just perfect in every way... beautiful villa, location short walk to bus stop for 103/124 going to Porto Adriano or Santa Ponsa (easy to tap in and out on bus with contactless card) spotlessly clean, everything needed, son loved the gym equipment for workout. Pleasure to deal with Luis, the host.... We had great family holiday..... recommended.

Beautiful Villa
The photos don’t do the property justice! Beautiful, light, spacious…great air con, gorgeous pool with awning. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen and we enjoyed many bbqs and pizzas! 10 min walk to the marina with 3 nice restaurants…a further 5 min walk to a small shady beach which was perfect for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Schöner Aufenthalt in gemütlichem Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool
Die Woche in diesem Haus hat uns allen (6 Erwachsene) sehr gefallen. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause bei Freunden, alles ist vorhanden im Haus und die Poolanlage etwas erhöht im Garten ist herrlich angelegt. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Lieber Luis! Wir haben die Woche in ihrer Finca sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war wie man es sich wünschen würde, alles was man in den Ferien braucht war vorhanden, Outdoor Kitchen mit Holz, schöner Pool, Waschmaschine und A/C im Haus und in allen Schlafzimmern. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und war in bester Ordnung. Wir können das Objekt unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Beste Grüsse Lukas

Lovely villa for family celebration
The villa is beautiful inside and out. It was well equipped including a lovely barbecue area and wood fired oven with wood provided. The pool is very clean and the gardens are lovely with lemon and lime trees. There is a table tennis table but you may wish to bring your own bats. There are free weights and some gym equipment in the garage which has space for 3 cars. There were seven of us staying to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we all enjoyed the property. The walk into Santa Ponsa was 20-30 minutes. The beach is pristeen and clear water. We didnt hire a car and found taxis could be picked up on the rank or ordered at restaurants to return to the villa, but there was a shortage and we had trouble ordering taxis to collect us from the villa. Our friends waited 30 minutes on the phone to order their airport cab from radio taxi Calvia as we were departing at different times (no other destinations could be pre-booked). Sometimes it was impossible to get through. We used an airport transfer service recommended by Luis which was v efficient and charged a flat fee of 45 euros, number 0034 680 94 55 99. The main supermarket is Eroski in Santa Ponsa and you need a taxi to return if you dont have a car. We found the buses really useful - you can tap in and out with a credit card and typically it cost around 1-2 euros per trip. The bus stop outside Jungle Park is a 4 minute walk from the villa where you could get a 103 into Palma or a 123 into the centre of Santa Ponsa (if you didnt fancy the walk), Port Adriano/El Toro and Palma Nova. We also went from the main interchange in Santa Ponsa to Camp de Mar and Puerto Andratx with lots of other options. Buses are clean and air conditioned and run to time and there are live running times that you can scan with a QR code. For restaurants we recommend Illeta in Camp de Mar, Tims in Puerto Andratx and la Terraza in Port Adriano. We also ate in the Marina which is a 10 minute walk at the Italian restaurant and Eolo snack bar both excellent and a lovely environment.

Waren begeistert! Tolles Ferienhaus mit Top Ausstattung

Great villa , nice residential area
Family holiday with 7 adults and 2 children, villa was plenty big enough with space for everyone. Great outdoor eating , BBQ & pizza oven. It was around 25min walk down into the centre of Santa ponsa and/or ~5 euro in a taxi each way. Taxis were easy to get on the ap. Marina only 10-15 walk with a cafe & restaurant. Would book again.

Eine wunderschöne Finca
Nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt und dem Playa entfernt befindet sich diese ruhig gelegene Finca. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser gefüllt, was sehr angenehm ist im Vergleich zu Chlor. Tolle Gastgeberfamilie mit schneller Reaktion auf Fragen und technischer Störungen! Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse !

Perfect setup for young family
As per the previous reviews which on the whole are accurate the photos of the villa do not do it justice, the space is perfect for a family with 3 young children and 2 sets of grandparents with good sized rooms and an incredibly well thought out layout with positioning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living space and kitchen. The outdoor space is also incredible with a much needed shaded patio area, a nice lawn leading up to a lovely pool area with additional deck chairs and shade. Luis met us on arrival and provided all the insight we could need for our stay, after that we were set and had no issues requiring us to contact him. The property felt extremely safe and was in a quite location but accessible to town. We got used to the walk down to Santa Ponsa but due to the age of the children, mostly got a taxi back although for the adults it was a nice distance to walk off the large dinners. The small beach was fine but the main beach was better and there are plenty of good restaurants around the town. Also, there is a good bus services allowing easy access to other resorts such as Palma and Peguera etc (recommend Peguera beach which is lovely and warm and remains shallow enough for young children to stand for a good 200m. Thank you to Luis and we would recommend and love to come back one day

Family Break
Villa was great for two families and a grand parent. The garden area was perfect for the kids to play in. There is a fantastic veranda with a BBQ for the adults to sit out in the day (well shaded) or at night. The property was even more spacious than the photos show. It's a short walk to three restaurants on the marina. The Jungle Parc is just down the road for the more adventurous. There is a children's park with a couple of bars a short walk away.

Perfect villa for families
An ideal property for families with plenty of space and the benefit of being on one level for little ones. Immaculately clean and everything we needed was to hand, even some toys for the children. The 1+ mile walk to the bigger beach at Santa Ponsa was very doable with buggies for the younger children.

Tolle Villa mit großartiger Ausstattung
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Villa, bis ins Örtchen Santa Ponsa ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten gelaufen, ansonsten ist die Autobahn-Anbindung sehr nah, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, die Nähe zu Palma ist auch super. Das Haus hat uns super gefallen, durch den Innenhof des Hauses ist alles sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Die Zimmer sind schön verteilt, aufgrund der Anzahl der Bäder hat jede Partei auch genug Privatsphäre. Wir waren begeistert vom Equipment für die Kinder, es waren viele Spielsachen vorhanden. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Einziges kleines Manko: Wir hatten nicht genug Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspüler-Tabs, die wurden beim ersten Einkauf aber einfach gekauft. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet, wir durften sogar den "privaten" Getränkevorrat des Besitzers benutzen, der in den Wintermonaten selber in dem Haus wohnt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und Glückwunsch zu diesem schönen Haus und Grundstück!

Stunning villa in a great location, walking distance to a small beach, restaurants and shops.
Having just returned from a 10 night stay I can honestly say that this villa is stunning. It has everything you could possibly need and has a really homely feel. We were a party of 9 (two families and a grandparent). The bedroom configuration suited our party perfectly. For me the best aspect was the outdoor space with its seating area, lawned garden and large patio with pool which although was not big enough for the serious swimmers amongst us was perfect for the children to mess around in and for everyone to cool down in. Louis was extremely helpful leading up to our stay with any questions I had and on our day of arrival met us at the villa to show us around. Fortunately we had no problems during our stay so we did not see Louis again but I got the impression that he would have been very obliging if we had needed to contact him. My only criticism is that when choosing a villa it would be really useful if there was a floor plan of the villa included with the details. This would have really helped us when making the initial selection as it would make it a lot clearer to know whether it suits our party configuration. The location of the villa is outside the main tourist centre of Santa Ponsa in a residential location. On the whole this meant it was a quiet location (with the exception of the occasional noisy dogs). The local beach was just a 10 minute walk with a couple of bars/restaurants and shops nearby. The large beach and main tourist centre was another 10 minute further on again and due to having small children in our party we mainly drove when going into the centre of Santa Ponsa. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly consider staying there again if we were to return to Majorca. We had a fantastic family holiday which will be remembered for many years to come.

Phantastische Villa
Diese Villa lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Alle Zimmer sind hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer mit ausgezeichneten Betten versehen, und noch selten haben wir eine so gut ausgerüstete Küche angetroffen! Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und der grosse gedeckte Sitzplatz entschädigt auch bei gelegentlichem Regen. Zudem sind Haus und Umgebung sehr kinderfreundlich! Luis, der Gastgeber, ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns sogar eine unentgeltliche Verlängerung des Aufenthalts angeboten, da wir wegen eines Fluglotsenstreiks erst mit drei Tagen Verspätung ankamen. Dies haben wir sehr geschätzt, auch wenn wir leider davon keinen Gebrauch machen konnten. Auch die Lage der Villa ist genial und wirklich in Fussdistanz zu den Geschäften, Restaurants ("7 Fuegos" gleich beim Hafen sehr zu empfehlen) und dem Strand. Dies wird ja manchmal etwas frei interpretiert.... Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und können diese Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Really was a beautiful villa, very spacious but our holiday was ruined by the influx of mosquito bites we got causing all 3 of us to be very ill with an allergic reaction and having to return early.The gardens of the villa were lovely, so lovely the mosquitos all lived there . We did speak to Louis who was very helpful, and whoever goes next should find them gone as he got specialists into fumigate the hedgerows where they were he also promised to refund 5 days of our rental as 2 of my party were off work for 5 days on turning home

What an amazing place!
The villa was absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do this place justice. In a very peaceful neighbourhood and just a short walk from santa Ponca beach. However, You don't need to go all the way to the main beach as there is a beautiful small bay that the locals use which is closer to the villa and is perfect for families. The villa was equipped with everything that you could possibly need and the garden was perfect for the kids to play in. The pool was the perfect size for our group of 9 and there were plenty of sun loungers to relax in around the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, there is air conditioning in every room (which was really appreciated!), the outside dining area is fantastic for evening family meals and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The owner, Luis, was brilliant as he was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was so much thought and care put into the preparation of the villa ready for our stay which really made us all feel so welcome. We have been to a few villas around the island now but this has been the best one so far and we may well make a return visit for our next annual family holiday to Majorca. What a wonderful holiday!

Traumzeit in einem Traumdomizil
Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in einer wunderbaren Location. Wir waren 7 Freund und hatten in den insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Baeder mehr als genuegend Platz. Die Weitlaeufigkeit der Finca war toll und die Moeglichkeit das Fruehstueck auf der ueberdachten Terasse einzunehmen war einmalig. Auch der etwas hoeher gelegene Pool hat sehr gefallen. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit konnen wir den Pool nicht ausgiebig genug nutzen. Wer in dieser Jahreszeit (Oktober) reist sollte auch etwas gegen die leider viel zu vielen Steckmuecken unternehmen. Ansonsten liegt das Haus ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung, weg von dem ganzentouristischen Trubel. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner is toll und erst die Kueche mit all Ihren Utensilien:-)

Lovely villa, with lots of personal touches.
Lovely spacious villa, with lots of personal touches and equipment. Nice (small'ish) pool and sunny aspect as the mature trees surrounding the villa have been cut down. The villa is located in a quite urbanisation about 1 km from Santa Ponsa, within walking distance of a small cove/beach mainly used by locals. Had slight problem with pool pump not working a water becoming cloudy, which the owner attended to immediately. Very comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. Good sized bathrooms (especially the master bedroom, which has a walk in dressing wardrobe area, and separate ) We had a family group of 5 adults, and 3 kids. The villa, fittings and location proved ideal for the 10 days stay. Lidl and Aldi stores located 5 km away, and Santa Ponsa has a brilliant supermarket for Spanish products, fresh fruit and veg and even freshly prepared Sushi. Highly recommend.

Villa was even better than photos would recommend to any family wishing to stay here.
Stayed here last week in July 2016. 6adults 3children and a baby. There was more than enough room for all of us. All bedrooms were extremely comfortable and it was great having 3 bathrooms. Pool was fantastic and because of the time of the year it was really warm all day. Plenty of sun beds for everyone and even an outside toilet and shower. We picked tomatoes from the vegetable garden every day and used them in sandwiches and for breakfast also picked limes from the tree and used them in drinks. There is also a large grassed area on which the children can play. There is no need for a car as it was only a twenty minute walk into the town or buses run regularly, taxis are very cheap also. Luis met us upon arrival and explained all that we needed to know about the villa. Had a great day out at the watermark it was only a half hour bus ride from the villa. We had the most perfect holiday here and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone especially families with young children.

Brilliant Villa
We had a great time at Villa Maria! As others have said, the photos do not do this place justice! The quality of the villa exceeded our expectations, the quality of the decor is 1st class, and it was spotless when we arrived. There were 4 couples and one child in our party, all the bedrooms are spread out around the central courtyard so everyone has there own space. The kitchen and living areas were very spacious, and the outside areas great with big dining table, and bbq. The pool was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone, and a grasses area also to play games. There is also a vegetable patch which we used and make so lovely salads with the veg. Luis and his wife were very welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. I would recommend hiring a car as the walk into town is a bit hilly and very hot in the middle of summer, however we coped fine without one. There is also a large underground garage with electric gates if you do hire a car.
