The condition of the rooms is very tired and in need of an update, although clean and bathroom was of high standard. Daily cleaning of room could have included a mop or good sweep to take away sand. The walls are thin, kept awake by next room who were up all night having an early morning flight, with a lot of noise caused by beds which scrape along floor. This hotel finds itself between being an adult only and a family hotel and ends up not catering that well for either in terms facilties, with older adults at pool being continually annoyed by children and staff telling children they can't jump in pool or throw a ball. The pool is small and most of it too deep for none swimmers. All staff were very attentive and friendly at all times, they all worked very hard. The pancake lady was just lovely. The breakfast was varied and mostly good , although bought and used own butter as the butter provided was awful. Only tried evening meal once, it was very nice but a little expensive, especially when children from 12 have to pay for full price adult meal.

Albergo vecchiotto, da sistemare. Orari check in errati (nella prenotazione avevo le 13, mi hanno detto di tornare alle 14) descrizione camera non conforme all effettivo, pulizia pessima (abbiamo dovuto chiedere di rifare il bagno), stanza non rifatta in giornata(capisco che ci sono tante camere, che era agosto ma prr un 4stelle e per il prezzo pagato lo.trovo assurdo). L unico aspetto positivo è la vicinanza al mare e alla via principale (pur essendo molto silenzioao). Non ci tornerei.

Nette, schone kamers, heel vriendelijk personeel dat iedere dag glimlacht en groet, prima handdoekenservice bij het zwembad, goed zwembad, niet groot, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Parkeren is moeilijk en betaald (straatjes in de buurt)

Den är nära olika strand vilket är fantastiskt, området runt hotellet är super bra och man hittar allt man är efter. Städningen var wow.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel was very comfortable, the food was varied and very good, the staff were wonderful and the pool was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Благодаря наличию двух бронирований с перерывом в два дня снова вернулась в этот Отель. К моему сожалению, мне не смогли найти номер и даже не предложили помочь с поиском другого отеля, просто сказали до свидания. Хорошо, что рядом оказался очень приличный Отель 3* , причём даже гель для душа в таком же флаконе с надписью Gruphotel Nilo, так что разницы я не ощутила в классе отелей. По возвращению, сотрудник ресепшен сделал мне апгрейд номера и с улыбкой отдал мне ключ. Номер оказался в другом корпусе, апартаменты, достаточно темные, мрачные на первом этаже , терраса около дороги и окна с видом на оживлённый Перекресток. В моем корпусе рядом с моим номером окопался Спа центр и я очень обрадовалась. Но каково было моё разочарование и недоумение, когда во всех саунах и в зоне бассейна я увидела отдыхающих как на нудистском пляже немецких гостей. Зрелище не очень приятное, и Спа центр для меня в этом отеле закрылся. Если конвенцией этого отеля на территории Испании с её культурой и традициями являются либеральные европейские ценности, то на сайте бронирования должны быть указаны эти нюансы, чтобы всем гостям было комфортно. А ведь там отдыхают и пары с детьми...

Спустя два года отель разочаровал ...
Впечатления об этом отеле двойственные. Расположение в райском уголке Майорки, который называется Пагуэра, в 5 минутах от одного из самых красивых пляжей острова. Замечательные завтраки и такие же ужины, разнообразные, с большим выбором мясных и рыбных блюд. Каждый день можно попробовать все блюда испанской и майоркинской кухни. Шеф повар и его команда обеспечивают высокий рейтинг этого отеля. Однако на этом все плюсы заканчиваются ... Номера достаточно скромные, постельное белье серого цвета, такие же застиранные полотенца, даже туалетная бумага серая . Руководство отеля подходит очень серьезно к охране окружающей среды, поэтому в номерах отеля 4 * вам предложат только гель для душа в большом флаконе, остальное по запросу на ресепшн. Но самая главная проблема этого отеля - это сотрудники ресепшен и избирательное хорошее отношение только к немецким гостям. Отдохнуть спокойно не получилось - и номер рядом с лифтом, и столик на ужине почти на дороге. Можно это и случайность, но очень много неприятных совпадений. В этом отеле была два года назад - сейчас все гораздо печальнее ... очень жаль

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption, im Restaurant der Chef de Rang, die Köche, die Servicemitarbeiter/-Innen, sowie die Kellner von der Bar, alle hatten ein freundliches Lächeln und waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Damen vom Zimmerservice sind sehr aufmerksam und haben ebenfalls immer ein freundliches Lächeln. Wir waren mit fünf Mädels bereits das zweite bzw. das dritte Mal für eine Woche im Grupotel Nilo & Spa und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

We were on a half board basis and the food was exceptional. The staff were all so friendly and polite. Lovely walking distance to town for plenty of bars and restaurants and the beach. A little splash slide by the chikdrens pool would be amazing.

The hotel is lovely and relaxing area around the pool. Not much entertainment provided and none at all on the weekend in August was surprising- Bar staff very attentive and friendly and Matty on reception desk has to get a special mention always so helpful and friendly.What we didnt like was the beds were uncomfortable and as our room was on 1st floor room 105 the noise every morning from early with the maids above dragging furniture was really hard to be woken every day this way. .

average, lack of vibe
Overall was alright , but don't expect much from the staff. The description on hotels.com isn't correct ! no free car park belong to the hotel. You can park in a free council park 5 mins walk from the hotel if you find a place ! No grantee , the staff basically said NO to us to park the car and not even given us a chance for 1 day to park at there car park! They tricked us and gave us a room with a small window no balcony or patio as per description ! I paid £125 per night ! I had to complain the second day of my stay as the room did;t meet the expectations, luckily it was resolved and they gave us a balcony room ! Also, our first morning I woke up on screaming of the room service lady at 8:30 ! shouting Sorry sorry inside the room ...... ( it felt like a jock ! nothing like 4 star hotel) I am ain't picky person and always happy with basics as you get what you pay for ! if you have a choice try somewhere else ... We enjoyed it after changing the room and kind of worked out ourselves the car parking etc ..... The breakfast was alright , some variety but same every day .... overall found it good .

Allt bra utom hård säng!
Mycket trevligt och centralt hotell med lätt gångavstånd till allt. Bästa utsikten är i mot poolen. Stor frukostbuffé och engagerad personal. Mycket trevligt poolområde. Nyttjade inte middag eller Spa-avdelningen. Enda klagomålet är det hårda sängarna, som verkar föredras i hela Spanien.
