Hi Marcina, Good day! Going back to our conversation over the phone when you informed us about you flight being cancelled, we actually told you that we will be moving your reservation 1 day later. So instead of Feb 8 check-out our system reflects that you will be checking out later on the 9th. In this case since this is a guaranteed booking we cannot issue refunds on the property because payment went through expedia and not through us. Also, there are guidelines in amendments an cancellations stated in expedia when you book. We apologize if we were not able to provide the wifi password on your stay, if only we were asked for it, we would have gladly given it as well. We apologize for the inconvenience but I think it is very unfair for you to say that the management was poor.
