My only issues were nitpicky. Bathroom light switch had sensor but did not work. Timed out while I was in the shower and I don't take long showers. It was tight with the king size bed but not uncomfortable. TV was unplugged from the TV side. When I finally got the cord in place the remote control did not control TV volume and had to get out of bed to adjust it. Very nice experience overall. Great hot breakfast for a hotel of that size.

Once again, there were issues with room service and NOTHING got done. C'mon! Why can't you be good on the basics of customer service? The same lousy service was given the last visit too! If this repeats on my third trip, I will not be generous in my review -- three strikes and you are out!
