Great property in Manhattan!
A comfortable home for a Spring Break getaway to Manhattan. We made a last-minute decision to take a trip, and this house was perfect for us—comfortable, plenty of amenities, and near the ballparks, so we could hit a baseball game while in town. As a special callout, my son left his treasured stuffy in the house when we checked out. When I reached out to the host, he struck into action and facilitated a reunion mailing it back to our home! He was a lifesaver. Highly recommended.

Close to all areas in Manhattan we had to go. Very homey and room for 8 adults and 2 teens. Quite area and full kitchen to prepare meals.

Girlfriend getaway
My four high school girlfriends meet up once a year, and we love when we come back to our hometown of Manhattan. Basically we stayed at the house except for dinner, chatting away. Brought in snacks and breakfast. Loved we each had our own rooms. Worked perfectly! Homeowner got back to us quickly with a few minor questions.

Spacious, Comfortable, Bright, with Wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts
I was here to work on a book project and R & R. The large kitchen table and lighting were excellent for this task. The rest of the home was great for the R & R. As previously stated, the host is excellent!

Easter Weekend in MHK
We spent the Easter weekend in Manhattan with our immediate family. Enjoyed staying here even though we weren't in the house that much. Would be a great place to hang out for a Football Weekend as it is within walking distance of Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The only thing I wish were available was a few boxes of Kleenex as I had seasonal allergies and all the joys that go with them.

Short stay, great stay!
I was actually in town for a work related event associated with the university and found hotels to be crazy expensive. As an alum of KSU it felt amazing to be able to stay near my old stomping grounds with easy access to everything we needed! This stay was a quiet reprieve with such cute character. A great stay overall!! Hosts were also very communicative before and during our stay. Would stay again!

Kstate baseball weekend
We had a fabulous time at this great property. We came to watch our son play baseball with Kstate. The place was walking distance and a perfect location and size. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to my questions.

Great place to stay
We were in town for my son's military retirement ceremony, so this was the perfect place to stay with close proximity to Ft. Riley. The place was VERY clean, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. Plenty of room, and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to find.

Walk to campus
Excellent property close to KSU. Family from all over US met here for Thanksgiving so our niece would not be alone at KSU for the holiday. More than enough room to spread out. Very comfortable property and excellent communication with owners. If you are considering a trip for a visit, holiday or Gameday, this is an excellent location.

Great location!
Great location to K-State stadium, 2 blocks away!! Had a small issue with not enough towels and the property manager was right on it! Hope to rent again next year for our annual girls trip to Manhattan for a K-State Football game.

Problems were quickly addressed making the stay very nice.
The home is very appropriate to house our three families who resided there for three nights. It is very fashionable decorated and easy to care for.

Nice House in Manhattan!
Great house with plenty of room in a nice location by the Kansas State campus. We stayed for a week. The kitchen is fully stocked with all we needed for cooking and a big kitchen table. Would definitely stay there again.
