Reserve en hoteles . Con en este lugar y cuando llegue me dijeron no hay ninguna habitación a su nombre aparte el recepcionista mal educado poco amable y simplemente no quiso atenderme claro pero desde luego me cobraron $154.29 por un servicio que nunca me dieron Le roban el dinero a las personas demasiado mal

Our room was on the turnpike side, so was quite noisy. Pool was closed… bummer. Breakfast wasn’t much… just the basics. Room was clean and comfortable.

Television only had 4 working channels all 3 nights, manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and she asked if my primary reason for coming there was the the tv!?!? Who asks that? Coffee pot didnt work. MINIMAL food for breakfast. No fruit, only stale cereal one day. Shower had mold.

got there late and called to tell.them id be late. get there doors locked, sign says call. I call and the rude half asleep desk rep. says they arent checkin in anyone else.. whats a Joke.took 45 minutes to get expedia to fix it so at 130 am I got to drive 30 more miles and find another room.. Boycot that place its run by the worst kind of people

Pool is no longer in service. Tv gets minimal channels. Of those channels, several of them don’t have sound and several of them are barely viewable as the picture is distorted. Curtains are unable to close all the way due to design.

Our first room had dirty, BLOODY sheets. The next room was cleaner but there was wall damage, broken lamp, broken chair, & dirty coffee maker. Sink & shower have zero water pressure. We asked for more towels & they had zero clean ones til later in the night. Terrible experience.

Rooms were dirty and need of paint. Smoke alarms were beeping, locks broken. B-fast was limited. Staff not very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel is old and the facilities show it. Water pressure in the shower was not good, and it was hard to get it to turn on. Hotel was otherwise very clean and presentabl.

Right next door to Mount Hope Winery. Perfect for our visit to the Renaissance Faire. Close dining options. Hotel staff very friendly. Clean rooms, good breakfast

Good location to Rennaissance Fair, needs updating
The hotel was short-staffed, but all the employees were very pleasant and helpful. My only real issue was that the room we paid for was pretty expensive for one night and showed real signs of damage. The furniture was beaten up, and holes patched with spackle on the wall with no paint, and the furniture was beaten up.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for a Ren Faire weekend. The location is great for the Faire! The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The stay served its purpose!

Room was not ready at check-in (1 hour after check-in time), this was learned only by going up to the room after getting keys and entering to housekeeping. Went back downstairs and was reassigned another room after constant probing - new room - A/C didn't work, shower had grass inside, sheets didn't even smell like they had been washed. Talked to the front desk, again, who stated that they have problems with housekeeping staff not doing their jobs and that I, as the customer, should tell the housekeeper that they need to do their job. Not my place to do so, that would be management's. The property itself is grossly outdated, lots of gross staining on walls, carpets, bedding, no A/C in common areas, pool out of service "since forever" according to the desk. Staff didn't care about any issues raised and would not work toward resolution. $280 for this room in this shoddy, unkempt hotel is unacceptable. They get away with it because of their proximity to the Ren Faire. Someone needs to address the poor condition, personnel issues, poor management and ownership of this hotel. Not what should be acceptable for a Choice brand. Will not stay again.

Pool was not in service…..Tub clogged when showering had to wait for it to drain down for the next person to shower..mentioned to front desk and didn’t try to resolve acted as if it was not a issue…never received fresh towels the 2nd day..glad I brought my own… served it’s purpose for the reason being there but wouldn’t stay here again

We had a relaxed weekend. Was close to many different types of places to visit. We spent time at Mt Gretna and it was a short drive. Would stay here again. Thanks for a good weekend.

Basic and clean
The hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. Location was great for our needs. The continental breakfast was ok - the pictures on the website don’t match up (no hot foods; just cereal, yogurt, bagels/muffins). Fitness center was small and didn’t offer much. Disappointed the pool was out of service.
