I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response.

The entrance for the hotel is the back of the building right beside the laundromat, not as appealing as the actual lobby in the pictures. Check in area is in a very small space, can only fit 1 guest in, no area to hang around. My parents found a cockroach on the towels in the bathroom, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. However though staff are very friendly and very helpful. Will not recommend.

BSA is BS!!!! Front door is off limit for guest use. Had to use back alley door. Misleading ad showing beautiful front entrance. Try to use and guards will STOP.you from using it. I want a refund.

Hi there! Thank you for letting us know. the restriction to use the entrance facing greenbelt is imposed by the condo administration. Our reception is now at Gallardo Street as advertised by the address on Expedia Group and as updated on Google Maps address. The beautiful entrance you saw must be the facade of the mall along Legazpi Street which we have already labeled as "shopping" or things to do. we have left this photo to show the activities near the property.Thank you for your feedback.

Perfect location to stay.
Our stay is just ok overall. I commend the staff for they are extremely polite and helpful. The room is kind of outdated needs some upgrade. Security is great. The location is perfect.

不是那個地方入口,在後巷另一座大廈後門入口
只是宿一晚翌早5點去機場,入住時根本叫Grab 都是去了108 Legaspi Street, 找不到真正的入口,實際上那個地址是業主或租客的入口,用來去廣告,我們要由正門步行50米去後卷另一座大廈後門入口,所謂前台check in 只是一張3尺書枱做登記,房內連風筒都沒有,地布是灰黑色,毛巾有異味淺灰色!第二天早上call Grab 去機場,等了20分鐘那部車都找不到地址。結果要截的士去機場。 強烈要求BSA要更正地址,不要欺騙群眾!照片同真實差距甚大!

Our address has long been updated on our online websites and made sure that a guide is emailed right after a booking is made, to ensure to direct cab drivers to use Gallardo Street instead of Legazpi Street. ENJOY YOUR TIME AT BSA Tower Serviced Residences
Depending on your need: I wanted a place where I can cook and access nearby malls. In fact the area is safe and I liked the environment within and without... I had a chance of walking around during the night and never had to fear anything... I am not sure but I think this is one of places where i felt comfortable walking during the night. There are places like Ayala Garden where I spent two days just enjoying whatever was going there... no disturbance no massage girls to bother you etc. Another thing I liked the area is that there are restaurant and shops that run almost 24 hrs.

Very recommended
Bathroom sink was clogged. Balcony is locked sealed shut inaccessible. Overall I still recommend BSA . Very clean & staff was very friendly. Walking distance to Glorietta Mall & other shopping areas. Just about 30 minutes from the Airport.

Much better Wifi than BSA Suites
This one is much better than BSA Suites, Don Carlos Palanca. Water refilled every day, cleaner floors and best of all much better WiFi.

Bad faith! Unconcerned management!
The front office staff disclosed the terrible situation of an elevator technical malfunction, only after I signed the accommodation agreement. The elevator works for a short 30 minute window period every 2 hours. For the next 2 days hotel I and other hotel had to suffer and wait in a cramped crowded elevator lobby (no seats) for the short window period by which to access our hotel rooms. Terrible circumstances which the hotel management could have alleviated with a few additional amenities. It seems they just don't care. Very deficient management action for an otherwise well located hotel.

We had a problem with the building elevators. The breaker where the electricity is connected was broken that is why that building administration had to have fixed as soon possible. Please know that the situation is beyond our control. It took days before it was fixed. To assist guest, schedule of the lift was given. Again we apologize for the uncontrollable situation you had experienced. As of the moment, the elevators is working already. We do hope to see you again on your next visit. Thank you

not able to access the lobby to check-in counter
The check in counter is at the back of the property, not convenient and is bad when they make you walk around the outside like a 100 metres dragging your luggage, not able to use the lobby corridor as informed by the porter until after check-in. the unit is dated and power sockets points in awkward location. Balcony is locked for security reasons which i feel is more to prevent smoking or jumping off the building.

Bumpy start, but room was great.
The room was very large and was kept clean. All amenities were provided. Unfortunately was my first impression at the reception very bad, as due to some dispute between operator and owner front entrance was not accessible for guests and I had to enter through the back door. However, the staff was nice and accommodating and I have no complaints otherwise. I hope for the operator that they can work on matters.

For the elevators, we apologize but there was an emergency happened on the system breaker of the building which the elevators electricity is connected. It was unexpected, untimely and beyond our control. As of the moment, the breaker was already fixed and elevator is in normal operation. Terrible not to stay again. Their is no elevator as their is a fault and they don’t have any back up or alternative until the next day which is a 30min run of elevator every two hours. If their is anything good it is the hard work of Jhunell,Rey and the bellmans and housekeeping to work triple hard on this condition hopefully the higher management can see that because apart from this hardworking people the top management are useless.

Friendly staff and excellent location
What was very impressive was how friendly the staff were during our stay. They are always willing to assist and always with a smile. Location is great central location. It was recommended to me by a friend and will do the same. Word of mouth is the best review. Will definitely be back. Would like to do a shout out to Nilo the bellman and Danica the room attendant.

The equipment is antiquated. The room is also not upgraded. Bathroom is very very old. Kitchenette is antiquated.
