Thank you for staying! This is an older remodeled farmhouse, as advertised on our listings. The AC was just recently installed and tested by a local professional company. This is the first time I have heard about this issue, so we will certainly reach out to them to check and see why airflow is being blocked to certain areas! It could be as simple as a closed vent duct in one of those area's which is common for guests to close and open during stays. As for the hot tub, it was serviced and found to be in functional condition the day of your arrival. Our hot tub servicing company doesn't work on the weekends, so they came out the first available time they could, as I communicated to you. They discovered that the touchscreen display was changed from unlocked by default to locked, which was done by someone in your group, so all of those functions became locked. That is why the jets wouldn't turn back on. We leave the display unlocked so guests can change the temp, jet's, lights etc, and always advise our guests not to change settings which can cause things to not work properly and can result in expensive service trips, repairs and even damage, which we will bill to the responsible guest.
