RiverGem por el río

RiverGem es una casa bellamente restaurada de 3 dormitorios ubicada en el corazón del río Margaret, a poca distancia de tiendas, cafés, restaurantes, una cervecería, galerías y parque infantil. El Río Margaret y los maravillosos senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta están a solo unos pasos de su puerta principal.
RiverGem es una casa totalmente equipada con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y baño adjunto, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble.
Ofrece Wi-Fi gratis, TV / DVD, Netflix, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y microondas, lavadora, sistema de calefacción / refrigeración en el salón, cómodas camas con calefacción eléctrica y ventiladores de techo en los 3 dormitorios, pequeña área de juegos para niños con segundo Playstation TV / DVD de libros y juegos, jardín cerrado con escenario al aire libre y barbacoa. Lovely sunny aspect to front rooms. Quiet location off main road. Easy walk into town. Italian restaurant just around the corner. Good sized rooms. Kichen well supplied. We had a lovely stay.

We were 3 couples and we all had good spaced rooms. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is perfect in a backstreet from the main road and we could walk everywhere to restaurants and shops. We all agreed we would stay there again when we revisit Margret River next time.

The property is well located. Close to everything in Margaret River. The house was clean and tidy. The host left lots of information on the area and responded to any questions quickly. Well worth the stay and would stay there again.

The house is very clean, well appointed, is exactly like the photos online and the location is within walking distance of the main street. However the night before our check out, I was taken aback that the Property Manager Bec requested that we take out the rubbish to the bins outside. I thought this is why a cleaning fee is charged. I’ve never had this request with other properties I’ve stayed at in recent months. I don’t know if this is a new thing or it’s just this property in particular.

We had a great time at the place, it is nice and central and exactly as described. Rebecca was great to deal with and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The home is located right at the edge of town and close to everything, the Margaret River, walks, cycling paths and all restaurants and shops. The comms with Bec was easy and timely and she was helpful in answering my questions. The home is spacious and was super clean and has everything you need but we found the outdoor area could be done a bit nicer in our opinion. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of building going around the neighbourhood so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. The main bedroom bed was also a bit squeaky but I let Bec know and hopefully this will be fixed for the text holidayers.

Great location just a short walk into town. The house was lovely and clean. It was really nice to have a warm and cosy house to come back to after a day out checking out the sights of Margaret River. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Large comfortable house. One bed and bathroom are separated from the other bath and bedrooms so there is privacy. The only real complaint was the lack of insulation in the building, as it was hard to heat properly (it was winter) without burning lots of electricity. Chairs around the tables are also really tired and uncomfortable. Not major issues, but would improve the property if fixed.

The house is even better than the photos. Very modern and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed. Walking distance from the Main Street and the river. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great house in a great location...however due to major roadworks in the Main Street traffic is diverted directly past the property and is very noisy at times

Well situated and well maintained. The seal around the rubber on the washing machine needs a thorough clean, and a note to leave open, otherwise it goes moldy!

We had a great time during our stay, place was perfect for our needs with 2 small kids. It was clean and tidy, had all amenities, close to town, close to the rover and walking trails. Will definitely stay again.

Fitted our needs well. We would have preferred individual chairs in the lounge instead of the large sofa. Apart from this everything else worked efficiently - thank you.
