Family Fun - April 2025

Property was fantastic! House was well equipped - kitchen had all the utensils, cookware etc that you could need! Pool area was great - definitely recommend paying the heating fee as it would have been cool in April without it. Communicated directly with the owner (Susan), she was great - prompt communication leading up to and during our stay, and accommodated some special requests! Group of 10 - 6 adults, 4 kids under 9.

The Perfect Place

Everyone came for 80th birthday for cousin. They ate dinner each night at my house and Had their own breakfast and lunch. Attended church on Sunday and enjoyed the back yard and pool immensely. Host was very helpful and kind. Great trip!!

Amazing pool and outdoor space!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. My family and my sister's family stayed in this home together, totalling 6 kids and 4 adults. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, enough comfy beds for everyone, and the master closet doubled as a nursery for the youngest baby. I was grateful for all the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, even the grand window in the master, so we were able to sleep comfortably. The pool was amazing! Early morning and mid-afternoon shade in the pool was great! The large seating areas around the pool were also very nice. The location was ideal. We found a covered playground within walking distance, and there were grocery stores nearby.

Well equipped and maintained

This is a great property and well maintained. The pool was perfect and the management team very responsive. Great location if you want to get out of the Phoenix metro area but still convenient. The house has everything you need. While we were a family of 4, there is ample room for even larger groups. Highly recommend.

Family Trip - FUN!

Good location - well stocked with towels and blankets. Outside area was nice. Lots of space. Didn't realize the pool being heating was option for extra cost per day - would not have been able to use otherwise. They sent someone right away to turn on! THE only way to go! Used the pool a ton then! Would stay again!

This home has a beautiful pool area! Three different lounge area's, built-in grill and a refrigerator for your use. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths washer & dryer. This is a very beautiful home. I highly recommend this property.

Best home and host that I’ve ever experienced.

The Home: Upon arrival, entry to home was extremely easy. Home was immaculately clean. Everything was even better than described. Outdoor space is just amazing! Tons of seating, it’s Outdoor living space really. Very nice outdoor fireplace, grill, and bar top. The pool was very clean, and perfect temperature for our whole family to enjoy. The Host: The host went out of their way to help me and my family with checkin and checkout. This helped enormously traveling with a baby and toddler. They were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Best ever!

Exceeded expectations!

You enter an amazing neighborhood with a beautiful fountain and stunning backdrop and landscaping. The property manager is prompt, checks on you and answers any questions. The master suite is HUGE and the rest of the house extremely comfortable. We cooked all of our dinners their for 5 nights and the kitchen is overstocked with dishes, pans, bowls, appliances -anything you need! To top it off, the pool with water features and fire pit outside are a great place to spend time. Would definitely recommend!
