After checking in and beginning to unpack, the TV stopped working. Maintenance man was already gone for the day. I've worked in Technical Support for over 40 years, and that is a 24x7 responsibility. Disappointed in their support person, but kudos to the front desk person, Elizabeth, in quickly switching me to a room across the hall, where I had no such problem.

We had to come to town due to a family emergency. The staff was beyond understanding and helped accommodate our changing needs for extending our days.

We’ve stayed here a few times while travelling and always found the hotel to be comfortable , clean and well located. The breakfast is very good.

We enjoy staying at this location. We travel to North Carolina and New York every every three months and this is where we stay in our travels. Good service, good food, sweet people.

Don’t do it
My stay was non existent due to the manager on duty. This is the greediest business I’ve ever dealt with. Unprofessional, unethical and vile.

Disappointing. The pool was closed during our stay, but no one communicated that in advance. Even during check-in, not one word about the pool being closed and I had two kids with me - obviously, they wanted to go swimming. We get to our room, change, and head downstairs to find a sign on the door to the pool stating it was closed. I asked the front desk clerk, who informed me the pump was damaged during a recent power surge and they were waiting on parts to fix it. That's fine, I get it, but no communication prior to or even during our stay?! Not acceptable. Do better, Hampton! My fault for booking a non-refundable room on Expedia. Lesson learned.

Hotel was conveniently located. It was clean. Pillows need replaced. Had to unplug mini fridge as it ran all the time and made some ungodly noises.

Hotel was clean. Staff was wonderful. Thankful for the free bottled water and the tooth brush, as I left mine at home. Only complaint is there was little sound barrier between rooms. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay

The room was very clean. Great breakfast spread options. Walkable distance across the parking lot to Panera, Bob Evans, McDonalds, and a gas station across the street. There is an outdoor patio with seating and fireplace, as well as a great maintained pool inside.

Very clean It was located near a few chain restaurants and a grocery store. We especially liked the refrigerator which had a freezer and plenty of room. Everyone was helpful. The breakfast area was very clean.
