Kids running non-stop upstairs all night. Wasn’t a lot of areas to throw trash away. Floors were dirty, found popcorn on the floors. Convenient location close to restaurants and businesses. Cheaper rates aren’t always better.

Dirty! There was dust on several countertops/tables, trash under the bed, dog hair all over the floor, cobwebs all around, dirty air filters. With COVID still out there, you’d think they would have the decency to disinfect all surfaces between guests.

When I checked in I was moved to back side of the location since the hotel was full. Once driving around to the back you find a vehicle on blocks and it did not feel safe. Later that day I came back to sleep and the parking lot was full of people drinking and partying, the police were called at some point, I did not feel safe and worried about my truck being damaged so I had to move it to another location and walk back to the hotel. The parking lot had people eating and drinking every night until late in the week. The door slamming and stomping around was ridiculous, very hard to get any sleep. I will be searching for a different hotel on my next trip to the area.

OK stay, not as comfortable as other motels.
The tv was too complicated to use, and there is no sound-proofing between the rooms…the man next door coughed and hacked all night and kept me awake (not his fault). The floor was cold without carpeting.
I ran into car trouble and the manager at the hotel was extremely agreeable to help with what he could.

We usually travel with our small dog so we look for pet friendly motels. I was honestly disappointed in the cleanliness of this place based on the rating at the time I booked. The floors were filthy. The sheets were either stained or dirty, and our dog found an empty Gatorade bottle under the bed. The area was convenient to the interstate, and it was quiet.

Short and inexpensive stay
I really was not there very long; got in at 3:00, went to a family wedding at 4:00, returned at 9:00 and left early the next morning. So I had less than 12 hours experience. But it was fine for the time I was there.

I entered the property to check in. The front desk agent was egregiously rude towards me! The front desk agent saw 5 people standing outside which was my family who were staying off premises. He went for my jugular vein. First words that exited this man’s mouth was this stay will cost you $150 extra. My brother had to come in and tell this employee that the other people aren’t staying here. My sister and me drove from Deale, MD to Marietta, OH. That was the last thing we wanted to hear. This front desk person didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I will NEVER stay at the Red Roof Inn again!

Could be cleaner on the outside. Get rid of the birds that are nesting in the facade and their poop with go away with them. WiFi was good for the first 2 or 3 days then it was erratic and slower. That issue will prevent me from going back, since I must have good and reliable WiFi. For the price, it is very reasonable if you do not require WiFi.

Everything smelled/felt damp. No hair dryer. Front portico about to fall off building and currently has towels stuffed into it.

Incidentally bad
I arrived for two night stay and was informed I needed to pay another $100.00 for incidentals. When I asked what that incorporated I was told incidentals. I did not stay.

The front desk worker was preoccupied with papers when we came in and made us wait. He was not friendly and he put us on the back side of the building on the second floor when there were obvious vacancies.

I got there and my room was FREEZING. The heat was off. It took over an hour to warm up so i could take off my coat and boots. The deadbolt did not lock so i used a chair under the knob. The beds are so hard, the blankets are ancient with burn holes, the pillows were flat. On the positive side the front desk clerk was very nice and i had nice hot water.
