Loved the rustic luxury style cabins. Really appreciate the Expedia vip upgrade provided and the amenity. It was so quiet and comfortable. Will surely stay here again 😀

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The lodge was cozy and warm. As an Expedia elite member, they gave us a bottle of wine which was a little nice surprise. We found at least 4 spiders in our cabin. It is in the woods so it is expected but we could see spider webs here and there.

It's a very nice and clean room and very beautiful snow view. I also like the kitchen :) The only inconvenience is there is NO mobile signal and WIFI in the room. I have to go to Cafe for WIFI.

Cozy Getaway!
This is a cute and cozy place to stay. I love the setting in the woods at the base of the mountain. Staff is extremely friendly. Great little restaurant onsite. The only thing negative I have to say is the mattress could have been more comfortable.

What a gem! Located near Kirkwood Ski Resort yet not too far from S Tahoe. The cabin was perfect for our little group of 4. The place was clean, the towels were plush, beds were comfy and warm, and the fireplace heater created the perfect ambiance while keeping us warm. Besides our cabin, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit while my daughter sled down the hill. We didnt get to enjoy the sauna but I'm sure it would've been a nice way to end the day after being on the slopes. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

This property is such a hidden gem and was the perfect place to just literally BE in the mountains. The cabin I booked had a nice layout and very spacious, kitchen was stocked with things I needed and bathroom amenities were really nice. Pet friendly was a big reason why I booked here and our dog loved the snowy trails surrounding the property so much. No reception or service whatsoever and no wifi in the rooms - only in the common areas - which was the only bummer. Will book and stay again if they get wifi in the cabins.
