When you first arrive to the hotel, you may think that it actually worth its value or you will have a pleasant stay. But you are very mistaken, the hotel looks outside but the quality of service and staff will disappoint you sooner then ever. Even though we have made our reservation months ago, when we arrived to the hotel they had no-room for us and actually they were very surprise to see us, it was very clear that they had some managing issues. After a ridiculous talk with several receptionists we finally got a room. Moreover, the hotel requires reservation for dinner -which is understandable since it is an extra service- and we made our reservation in the morning repeatedly confirmed it with different hotel staff and still they did not prepare a table at the dinner and yet they were surprise to see us when we asked for our table. Last, when we wanted to check out they required us to pay the hotel price and we have showed our pre-paid expedia booking but again they did not know how to deal with such reservation. It took us another half hour to explain that we already paid them through expedia.
To make the long story short: a hotel with real management issues.
