Marquette apt. (Upper flat)
I loved being in this comfortable, cozy and clean apartment that has all one needs. Location is great, within walking distance to everything you'd need or want. I would love to stay here for several weeks or months actually! The stairs were a bit narrow which made it somewhat difficult taking my luggage up for me...but I would still come back!

Very musty smell
My first impression of this property was run the other way when we first pulled up but I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt hoping it was a hidden gem. The smell of Dirty feet and old musty house hits me as soon as I walked in the door. I did not feel this propert was suitable or clean and am extremely confused by the other reviews which are inaccurate. We left right away and booked s room at a very nice hotel nearby for $75 less than the cost of the VRBO itself. Very disappointed.

Studio Apartment/Good Location
This property is a small studio apartment perfect for two people who need a place to sleep in a good location. It does have a steep, narrow stairway leading up to the apartment. It is in walking distance to the main streets with restaurants/shops on them. It’s clean and the owner responds to messages. It has the basics, but nothing extra. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for the one night we were there.

Great gem in Marquette! Close to everything you need. Clean and tidy! Carrie was great in communication and made sure that she was available if need be. I would love to stay again next year when I come back.

The perfect spot
We had a quick weekend up in Marquette so this location was exactly what we needed. It had all of the essentials, it was clean and updated, and a perfect location from downtown. Even though we were right above people, it was very quiet and i didn’t feel like we had to be silent. It was great that we had our own parking spot during the night time as well! I would stay in this place again for sure, when it’s warmer, everything is walking distance! Highly recommend this stay.

Marvelous Marquette
Carrie’s apartment is CLEAN with everything one needs. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is Comfortable and Carrie is quick to answer questions. The property is centrally located so once you park you really don’t have to drive anywhere. The only note of caution is that it is an older home do the stairwell is narrow and steep, but are carpeted. A very sturdy handrail is there. If one has mobility issues you might want to reconsider staying here. Otherwise I highly recommend and if we get back to Marquette will definitely rebook here.

Nice alternative to a hotel
Upstairs apartment in an older home. Great location, close to NMU campus. Entryway and stairway had me worried, but once inside the apartment it was great. Super clean and comfortable bed.

Charming apartment in just the right location.
The perfect location for a quick walk downtown. All the basic amenities plus a fan to circulate the AC. Comfortable bed. Essential appliances and coffee was supplied!

It was quiet. The bed was comfy. AC worked and was nice since it was almost 90 out. The location was perfect! Would not have needed to move our car except for it rained some.

Great location!
We had a wonderful time exploring the area. This home is way better than a hotel and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked so we could cook our our breakfast and have coffee in the mornings! Thanks for another great stay!

Our stay at the VRBO was great! We did not have any issues checking in. The apartment is very cute, welcoming and clean. The stairway leading to the apartment could use paint and new carpet.

Great place for night
What a cute little place for the two of us in Marquette. Great location and everything in the place was clean and easy to understand. Watch out for telephone pole in parking area...we backed into it, but overall this was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Neighborhood Close to Everything
My wife and I enjoyed 3 nights here while visiting Marquette. The neighborhood is charming and a short walk to several breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property is perfect for couples or a single traveler…..very clean apartment! It’s also a short driver to Black Rocks, Surgarloaf Mountain, and Hogback Mountain. Thank you for a great experience!

Breweries and Waterfalls
The apartment was old, but clean and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the lakefront. Many of the breweries were closed Sun-Wed, so go later in the week if that is important to you. Blackrocks Brewery has an amazing outdoor space and good beers.

Wonderful Location
This was a perfect place for a quick weekend getaway! The apartment was cozy and clean, perfect for the two of us. Restaurants, craft breweries, and downtown all within walking distance, and beautiful hiking trails just a short drive away. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Honeymoon Getaway
This location was right in the heart of downtown Marquette! We were able to walk to restaurants shops and even the beach. We traveled between Marquette and Munising where we hiked, biked and kayaked. It was perfect for my new husband and I little getaway!!
