Top!!
Excelente hotel, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Situado a 5 minutos a pie de Gueliz y a 15 de Djeema Lfnaa. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y con camas comodísimas. Tiene un lounge en sexta planta, con una pequeña piscina, vistas impresionantes, buena música y personal atento. El restaurante en la planta baja impresionante. Buena comida, buen servicio y una decoración exquisita.

Buen hotel
Excelente ubicación y rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Cuartos limpios y personal amable. La única observación es que el cuarto estaba un poco caliente. Noviembre es epoca de invierno en Marruecos y el cuarto no tenía a/c, únicamente calefacción. Por lo demás, todo bien.

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean and with a very nice design. The hotel staff its amazingly friendly, they are always ready to help you in any way they can, either with Hotel related stuff, the booking of excursions and activities or tips for places to visit. The restaurants and the food are amazing and the prices are great for this luxurious space, besides complete meal they also have a large amount of "Tapas" which are great when you don't want to eat to much. The breakfast are also at the restaurant and they are very diversified and complete, you can have almost everything. The pool at the bottom its great for swimming and relax and the pool at the rooftop its nice to refresh and get sunbathing's. At the afternoon the pool bar at the top also works as a club and its a very nice space to spend the evenings. If we return to Marrakesh we will surely stay in 2Ciels again.

o mejor del hotel su personal, son muy amables y siempre pendientes de que todo esté perfecto. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena a unos veinte minutos de la plaza Jemaa al Fna. Tiene una terraza con unas vistas increíbles en el piso superior. Por las noches se convierte en una terraza de copas con música en directo. La cama del hotel era comodísima, cada día, después de la siesta, te llevan a la habitación 2 botellitas de agua de regalo. En fin, volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Excelente elección si viajas a Marrakech. Buena relación calidad/precio. Bien ubicado. Cerca de zona más moderna de la ciudad. Habitación amplia. Cama comodiiisima. Restaurante excelente, con producto de calidad. Dirigido magnificamente por su Dtor, con muy buen servicio de sus empleados. Piscina y Lounge en azotea espectaculares. Muy atentos en recepción hotel. Tan solo un pequeño pero, el servicio de habitaciones un poco despistado, un dia te faltan toallas, otro te falta jabon, otro tienes champu para media planta.

Un hotel perfecto
Instalaciones muy cómodas es buen estado . Hotel céntrico. En una buena zona de la cuidad. Atención tanto en recepción como en restaurante impecable. Personal muy atento, respetuoso, responsables. Cercano a la Medina y a la zona moderna de la ciudad. Habitación grande y cómoda. Frutas y pastas de bienvenida que se agradecen. Botellines de agua diarios. Cama extra grande. Baño con amenities, albornoz y babuchas de felpa. No llevéis secador de pelo; disponéis de uno como el de casa, no de los que están acoplados a la pared que apenas tienen potencia. Buffet desayuno estupendo. Si tenéis ocasión, comed o cenad en su restaurante:” Patrón de la mer”. Precio adecuado y platos ricos, especialmente los pescados. Nosotros comimos una lubina a la sal para 5 personas que estaba deliciosa. Cambian moneda en la recepción. En resumen, para volver y recomendar.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute et professionnel. Le service est super. L’hôtel est tellement magnifique! Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse sur le roof top. La cuisine était excellente. Nous étions 3 femmes et nous nous sentions à l’aise et en sécurité. Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel!

The wifi was really bad, we used the hotspot from one of the phone's sim cards the whole time. The breakfast was included in our room so when we got a room door tag that offered breakfast in the room for an additional service charge for delivery we decided to order it. When it arrived, it turns out it was 49 euro for the two of us. When I inquired as to why the breakfast was charged if it was included they said because it was a la carte instead of coming to get it in the buffet in the dining area. I spoke with the front desk because the breakfast ordering card only said there was a fee for delivering the food to the room, it had no prices listed for "a la carte" and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the card. It definitely felt a little shady so wouldn't recommend getting breakfast brought to the room. There is much cheaper and better food at cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and all the staff were nice. We got pedicures at the spa that definitely weren't worth the 30 euros (whole pedicure was really short and quick, no massage on the foot or legs) so if you're used to spa pedicures in the USA its not at all like that. The pool view was nice, pool itself was freezing so we didn't get to swim. All in all, glad we picked the hotel for the location and we wouldn't mind staying here again (minus the spa, wifi, and breakfast).

This is a very good hotel to stay at. It's well located in a safe and nice area of Marrakech. They offer a great breakfast which was included in our plan. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to them is because our room located on the 5th floor was noisy at nights as they have a lounge/roof top club, so it was hard to have a good sleep. We asked for change for they didn't have room available. Other than that our experience was very good.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved its location but what I really appreciated was the staff… every single person from the doorman, the receptionists, the cleaning crew, the restaurant personel, everyone were very polite, friendly and helpful even after they had been hit by an earthquake the night before. I moved from my hotel located in the Medina to this hotel due to the damages from the earthquake and all of them were very nice to me, specially the doorman. I cant believe how well they handle the situation the day after the earthquake, the lobby was crowded with people going crazy, with me having a nervous breakdown and them probably have their own concerns about their families and friend… and still they were very nice and very polite.

The front desk staff have poor service no manners. I asked for info about trains (ANY INFO EVEN LOCATION) and the receptionist laughed in my face. The property is nicely situated. Rooms are clean but unfortunately very very poor amenities. There was no q-tips/shower caps/ other small Bathroom things. I recommend staying away due to poor customer service and lack of amenities in a so called boutique luxury hotel
