Great stay!
Great location, friendly staff, ample room and so clean! I was really surprised by how clean it was because of prior reviews. They have definitely taken it as constructive criticism! Only thing that I could see being an issue for others is the road noise. You hear a ton of traffic from the rooms facing the highway. I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but I could see it being a problem for some.

Good location, practical for family long stay in Marrakech, the rooms need lots of attention to details, kitchen is totally empty! not even glasses in there! no shower curtain! no shower head holder, no place to hang the towels, mirror light was out, bed room had no door nob in the inside so if the door closed you would be looked in inside! breakfast very average, packaged orange juice, no napkins….. easy fixes but need to be done!

À fuir de suite. Odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain, pas de papier de toilette bien qu'on en demande, les serviettes sont changées une fois sur 2. On vous prends les sales mais on ne vous en donne pas d'autre. Bruits dans l'hôtel, toilette qui fuit toute la nuit. Séjour horrible.

They Rented our Paid, Confirmed & ranteed Suite!
We were a family of 4, parents and 2 little ones. We paid for an apartment/suite. Hotels.com confirmed it was paid, confirmed & guaranteed . Upon check in, the receptionist told us our apartment was rented to someone elses and to either take 2 rooms and go elsewhere. Our ill child needed both parents present at all times but they could care less. Never again! Unreliable staff.

L’hôtel EZZAHIA n’est pas particulièrement fait pour un séjour touristique en dépit d’ Jolie piscine Aucune isolation phonique. Les chambres sur l’avenue sont très bruyantes Seul le prix est attractif

Het hotel was zo vies. Toen we aankwamen zaten er nog remsporen in het toilet. Wij Verbleven met 4 personen en kregen maar 2 handdoeken. Er werd niet schoongemaakt. Onze kamer stonk ontzettend!! Er was geen ontbijt beschikbaar.

Terrible service
This property doesn’t provide the guest the access to the air Cinditioning . I have to go down to the front desk to ask why the air conditioning is not working . The told me that they will send somebody to fix it for me, but the guy came with the remote controle. He turned the IC on but he kept that remote control with him .

Cheap no frils hotel
My stay at Ezzahia hotel was very good and comfortable .The hotel staff were very helpful whenever I required assistance. Overall my stay has been excellent and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Erst ein paar Pröblemchen beim Check-In, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es war ein netter Aufenthalt, für 3-Sterne-Haus in der Landeskategorie Marokko okay.

Hotel close to everything
Stayed here for 1 night and wished i had of spend more time there as it was so central to everything shops, restaurants and even a bus stop a few meters up from the hotel but everything was within walking distance the rooms are very basic but for £23 a night was fine, it even has a large lovely swimming pool which is very private. The staff were really friendly and nice and gave great customer service. i did'nt get to try the food as i was only there for one night and was leaving at 4.30 for the airport the next day and to my surprise they offered to get me a taxi to take me to the airport which not many hotels would do. i'm going back again in 8 weeks and i think i will stay here for the duration of my trip what has made this hotel is the location and the staff and the price

Good value for the money
We needed a decent place to stay for a night and this was a great deal for the money. The beds were clean and the room was spacious. Yes, the bathroom could maybe use some renovation, but again, for the money we spent it was a good deal. I would stay here again for a short-term stay. The area is also good with some really good restaurants and bars.

Zimmer sind ok, Sauberkeit "marrokanisch"
Unser Aufenthalt im Ezzahia war ok. Die Doppelzimmer sind nicht gerade gross und die Sauberkeit "marrokanisch", d.h. wir sind ohne Erwartungen an die Unterkunft hingefahren und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Bad ist dennoch renovierungsbedürftig (Duschkabine vergilbt und Türe schliessen nicht richtig, Toilettensitz wackelt und Spühlung kann man herausziehen etc.)! Wir haben im Bad kurzerhand selbst das Wichtigste geputzt, um es für uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Putztrub selbst war sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedoch konnten wir nicht erkennen, was genau sauber gemacht wurde. Das Leitungswasser riecht sehr stark nach Chlor (typisch Marroko) und die Handtücher ebenso. Es gibt keinen Föhn, auch keine Möglichkeit sich einen Tee/Kaffee zu machen. Klimaanlage war da, wir haben Sie nicht genutzt, da die Balkontüre nicht richtig geschlossen hat und es im Januar eher frisch war. Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, auch nachts laut und zur Medina ist es vergleichsweise weit (gibt auch Taxifahrer die nicht rausfahren wollen). Kurz um: Wir selbst würden uns nicht mehr in dieses Hotel einbuchen. Das war eine Notlösung auf den letzten Drücker!

Value for money
We stayed for 8 nights and switched rooms 3 times! Our first rooms was big and excacly what we wanted, however we had two single beds side by side and it wasn't really comfortable for couples. We have had a double bed in the 2nd room but the heater was not working and it was cold at nights. At last we have been offered to go back to the bigger rooms with single beds or another double room with little tiny shower, we took the double room. The staffs are very kind and helpful. The room cleaning is also done every day. The location is great with near by supermarkets and cheap restaurant. Get bus number 1 for 4 dirham "Cash payment are accepted" to Midina and back to hotel and avoid taxi drivers!

Good budget hotel in Marrakech
I enjoyed my stay here. As a couple of other reviewers have commented, the decoration is a little tired and it does not look quite as smart as the photos. But it's very comfortable and clean. I particularly appreciated having a thick duvet as Marrakech does get cold overnight in winter. Tons of hot water in the shower and good wifi speed. The Ezzahia is quite a long walk from the Medina - probably about 45 minutes from the Djema el Fna square - but it's quite a pleasant walk through the new town that takes you past lots of shops and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the station, and about 15 minutes walk from the nearest airport bus stop (at the Carre Eden shopping centre).

Hotel de passes! Il y avait des poils sur le sol!
Les photos étaient belles, nous avons été tentés malgré le prix bas. Je pense que cet établissement est un hôtel de passes! Il y avait des poils sur le plancher, des trous dans les draps. Internet ne fonctionnait pas. L'Hôtel est un peu à l'extérieur de Guéliz, très difficile de trouver un taxi pour quitter. Nous n'avons finalement pas couché là!
