Una atención extraordinaria para un lugar perfecto buena calidad relación precio aunque está un poco separado del centro de la ciudad merece la pena elegirlo

Überbuchung der Superior Zimmer ..
Wir haben ein Superiorzimmer gebucht und das war überbucht. Sodann wurde uns ein veraltetes, abgewohntes Doppelzimmer gegeben allerdings wurde Kreditkarte mit Superiorpreis belastet obwohl die Dame uns versichert hat, dass der günstigere Preis verrechnet wird. Ziemlich desolat alles ausgenommen Poolbereich bzw. Patio. Kein WLAN

Siamo stati accolti in modo molto cordiale e disponibile. Bello davvero il resort, lo spazio attorno la piscina, buonissima e curata la colazione: fantastico il pane con la ricotta e la marmellata al mattino. Di grande qualità anche la cena che propongono: ci aspettavamo una cena semplice ed invece erano pietanze ottime, di qualità e fantasiose. Unico neo: per noi è stato un po' difficile trovarlo. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di poter ritornare prossimamente. Grazie!!!

Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Cura dei particolari negli spazi esterni, da quattro stelle. Molta disponibilità dei proprietari. Estremamente rilassante anche con bimbi. Stanze spaziose econfotevoli. Un piccplo appunto sul box doccia del bagno della nostra stanza.... Nell'insieme soggiorno perfetto!

Siamo arrivati nella struttura alle ore 11:30 e ci hanno allontanati dicendoci di non tornare prima delle 13:30 in quanto la camera non era ancora pronta. Ci hanno negato anche di attendere presso la struttura dicendoci che il regolamento non lo prevedeva. Abbiamo dovuto quindi fare un giro nei dintorni nelle ore più calde della giornata in attesa delle pulizie. Al nostro ritorno in hotel (ore 13:30) ci hanno consegnato le chiavi della stanza dicendoci di non utilizzare la piscina perchè non era ancora terminata la pulizia!!! Abbiamo attesa quindi nel patio esterno chiedendo più volte al personale a che ora sarebbe terminata la pulizia ma anche stavolta si sono dimostrati superficiali e disinteressati. Alla fine dopo diverse nostre richieste e lamentele ci hanno concesso l'utilizzo della piscina alle 15:30. Struttura semideserta, Bar aperto ma senza personale e quindi impossibile acquistare bevande. Nel complesso Servizio deludente e per nulla professionale.

Fantastic breakfast filthy shower!
We are vey puzzled about our 3 nights stay at Villa Carlo. The staff was very helpful and proactive. The minute we were getting to the breakfast restaurant, our cappuccino was prepared without us asking! This was the best breakfast amongst the 6 hotels we stayed at. A fantastic offering, so well presented, with an unbelievable number of choices for salty or sweet and fruits. The quality was well above standard. Even the cutlery and plates were fancy! The problem is really with the bathroom. The shower was so moldy, disgusting. It is unacceptable to rent room is this state. The towels were clean, but no longer white and were rough like sandpaper! The room is narrow, too small for a family. The beds were confortable, basic. The pool was not vey clean either. The sides would have required a scrub! The villa offers a dinner option wihch we were tempted to try considering how fantastic was the breakfast but we did not because we were disgusted by the filthy bathroom!

Voyage à travers la Sicile
Après la visite de la vallée des temples sous une chaleur accablante. Un repos bien mérité autour de la piscine malgré une panne du système de filtrage. Je conseil aux futurs voyageurs de goûter à l'excellente cuisine du propriétaire des lieux. Le petit bémol le jus d'orange du petit déjeuner.

Il soggiorno presso la struttura nel complesso è andato bene. La camera era molto grande e ben arredata. Devo solo segnalare le pessime condizioni del box doccia tra l'altro anche molto stretto. Inoltre sia io che mia figlia abbiamo avuto grossissimi problemi con la rete, perennemente sconnessa. Ottime le colazioni. Reception eccellente.

Ideaal voor kort verblijf.
Goed verzorgd resort. Heerlijk zwembad. Bar tot laat open. Snel in- en uitschenken. Buurt niet zo mooi. Veel vuil op straat. Je hebt een auto nodig of moet een taxi gebruiken. Kortbij niets te zien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Echt klasse. Vriendelijk personeel.

Belle propriété et accueil très sympa
Un peu excentré du centre de Marsala cette belle propriété propose un accueil très sympa pour un séjour super agréable. Dans la mesure du possible privilégiez les chambres donnant sur la piscine beaucoup plus lumineuse. Evitez comme nous la chambre 13 beaucoup trop sombre et au Wifi non disponible. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel par sa qualité et la diversité des produits proposés.

très bonne surprise
Nous avons réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel où nous avons été très bien reçus. Notre chambre était simple et propre. Le cadre est très agréable (loin de toute route passante, au calme). Le petit déjeuner y était très copieux : y étant hors saison, on nous a servi de tout directement à notre table, un vrai repas !

Rustige omgeving. Prima hotel met een goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Vriendelijk personeel alleen jammer dat men geen Engels spreekt. Je moet wel in het bezit zijn van een (huur)auto.

Schönes B&B im Nachbereich von Marsala, etwas entfernt vom Zentrum, eigenes Fzg empfehlenswert, angenehme Atmosphäre, schöne Anlage mit Pool und sicherer Parkplatz, gutes Restaurant, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal, etwas kleine, dunkle Zimmer und WC/Badbereich. Richtig negativ nur das störende Gebell unzähliger Nachbarshunde.

Simply the Best
This is an exceptional resort, the standards and quality of the rooms, restaurant, pool, sun beds etc are all 4* plus. The restaurant only serves fish, which is fine for a couple of nights, we were staying 6 nights, so the chef changed the menu to include some meat dishes. The area is a bit run down, but this is an Oasis in the desert!

Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis, a zona é muito calma e propícia ao descanso! O pequeno almoço era fantástico e o restaurante também. O nosso quarto dava para o terraço da piscina, e o único pormenor negativo a apontar é que a porta não era bem isolada e podia permitir a entrada de pequenos bicharocos (o que felizmente não aconteceu!). De resto.... tudo perfeito! Só não aconselhamos a quem não tenha carro, pois fica longe de tudo.

This is a lovely resort. Once you've gotten there, you won't want to leave! The breakfast was a feast and Marsala was easy to get to.

In der Nähe von Trapani - Mozia - Marsala liegt etwas abseits vom Strand außerhalb einer Stadt das Villa Carlo Resort. Einige kläffende Hunde störten. Es hat einen netten Pool, die Sauberkeit war bestens. Alle unsere Fragen wurden sehr lieb und sofort bereitwillig beantwortet. Das Frühstück war als sehr gut beschrieben, traf aber unsere Erwartungen nicht. Kalte Spiegeleier, Bruscetta und andere herzhafte Sachen mit Öl sind frisch und warm sehr lecker, aber schmecken nicht kalt. Mann sitzt sehr gut, aber trotz des schönen Ausblicks kam nicht die "warme Atmosphäre" rüber. Ohne Auto kann man zu einer nahegelegenen Pizzeria (dort besser kein Fleisch bestellen) in ca. 15 Minuten durch düstere Gegend an einer kleinen Straße gehen, preislich auch OK, das andere empfohlene Restaurant ist relativ teuer, bietet aber auch etwas.

Tolles Frühstück!!!
Ein sehr schönes Hotel in ländlicher Umgebung. Extrem freundlicher Service. Ein unglaublich gutes Frühstück. Alle waren sehr bemüht, es dem Gast angenehm zu machen- deshalb sind wir auch noch eine Nacht länger geblieben.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Wir haben am Spätvormittag eingecheckt und mussten noch kurz warten bis das Zimmer fertig war.Diese Wartezeit wurde uns erst mal mit einem servierten Brunch versüßt.Die Anlage ist gemütlich, nicht zu groß und sehr gepflegt.Es gibt einen Pool mit einer kleinen Bar.Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell und man wird, wenn man möchte auch abends vom Chef kulinarisch sehr gut bekocht.Ein Navi macht sich gut bei der Anreise.

Relaxed bed en breakfast
Relaxed Bed and Breakfast. Wel afhankelijk van een huurauto, op loopafstand niets in de buurt. Het adres wat via Expedia wordt aangegeven klopt niet, het heeft ons een uur zoeken gekost! Kok Sylvano maakt de lunch en avondeten voor je klaar, heerlijk. Je kunt alles bestellen. Je kunt er ook bbq'en. Zelf spullen meenemen is geen probleem. ontbijt uitvoerig en overheerlijk. Topaccomodatie.
