Wonderful Stay
Beautiful home with amazing coastal views. Excellent communication with the property host. Delicious meals from Shawn (Private chef recommended from NJoy team). I couldn’t recommend a place more.

Amazing, truly spectacular villa!
Well, what can I say, this villa is just utterly beautiful, amazing, so spacious (way bigger than I thought!) and just perfect for a group of family or friends! We had the best time and can’t thank the team who run this villa enough! Amanda the host is great, so helpful and the team who helped us with all the services were incredible, Brenda is wonderful and so helpful, they all made our stay magical! The private chefs we had arranged by the hosts were fantastic, Sean was lovely, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic and overall just a wonderful evening for all 16 of us, so huge thank you to Sean and the team for arranging this all for us! We are already looking to book again! Really is the most beautiful villa and the views are amazing. Thank you Amanda, Brenda, Matt and Sean for making our trip so magical! We shall see you all soon! Fabulous
Stayed for my 60th birthday celebrations and had a wonderful time. The villa is stunning in stunning surroundings. We hired a chef to cook dinner which was gorgeous a lovely treat.

Great Villa for fun days
The Villa is huge and is great located. Everything was clean. Some rooms have a bit high humidity. The terasse is stunning! Only some Chlor tabs for the Whirlpool would be great because after two days using it, the water smells disgusting. All in all we had a great stay

Perfect Stay
The stay was truly wonderful and relaxing all in one. The villa is simply fantastic and perfect for 8 people. Everyone can do as they please there, as there is plenty of space and various options for activities to enjoy your time on-site. Whether it's listening to the sound of the sea and watching the waves, playing table tennis, or using the sauna and the whirlpool, everything is possible within the comfort of your own four walls. It's truly amazing being so close to the sea. The rooms were all beautifully and warmly decorated, and the villa was really clean. The location allows easy access to various places by car with short distances. So, all in all, it was the perfect stay and perfect for a group of several people! We would love to come back again and again!

Gorgeous villa and wonderful hosts
A group of 17 friends stayed at this gorgeous villa for 4 nights and it totally exceeded our expectations! The pictures just don't even do it justice - it really has the wow factor with its palacial architecture and it's the gift that keeps on giving. There's so much space for entertaining and we never felt like were too overcrowded in any of the social areas. The kitchen is superbly kitted out with everything you need to host a group dinner party and the pièce de résistance is undoubetdly the basement which boasts an incredible games area. Amanda and Arvin were excellent hosts and were always available to support with our endless queiries, in a very timely and responsive manner. This villa stay is an absolute MUST, you will not regret it.

Entertaining Oasis
The home is beautiful with access to the beach, amazing poolside lounging, a beautiful open floor plan, comfortable bedrooms and baths and the game room / spa space that is un-matched. I would encourage everyone to stay here.

Absolutely fabulous
This beautiful dvilla by far exceeded everyone’s expectations. From the airport pick to our departure one week later everything went extremely smoothly. If you want to stay in one of THE best properties in Malta then this it. With its unprecedented access to a rocky beach and a clear blue sea just yards away then this is for you. Shops are nearby as is bus access and the property has a large garage space. Outdoor barbecue area, beautiful pool, steam room, jacuzzi, table tennis and pool all added to the fun. A brilliant, wonderful stay at an immaculately presented villa in wonderful Marsaskala. We would love to come again. Thank you Amanda for all your help and kindness. Tony

Mediterranean Oasis
Beautiful villa right on the seafront. Spacious with so much to enjoy. Hired private chef for family pre-wedding dinner -awesome. Great location to attractions. Host co-ordinated check in and check out with our son (the groom) who was already in Malta. A fabulous experience for everyone!!!

The perfect place!
An amazing house for the 12 of us. Plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchen. Wonderful outdoor space. We used Njoy to coordinate airport transfers, private chef, and excursions. Everything went as planned. Loved every minute of the week!

Spectacular Property and Location
This property is a wonderful oasis by the sea, which far exceeded all expectations. Everything about the property is amazing, starting with the ocean view, the gorgeous deck with pool and waterfall, beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, the comfortable well-appointed rooms, the endless entertainment options, hot tub, steam bath and large private garage. We loved our stay here, and were truly sad to leave. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing luxurious villa
This is a superb villa, clean, well located and has tons of enjoyment to offer. Sauna, hot tob, pool table, gym, private pool... you name it!!! All is there! I honesty didnt want to leave... Amanda host is super nice and looked after us very well too. Any question O has it was answered asap! Thank a lot! Definitely going back there one day!

Fantastiskt hus o läge
Vi var 16 stycken i huset 8 barn o 8 vuxna. Allt fungerade perfekt och huset ligger ju alldeles vid havet och utanför där gick det bra att bada o simma med cyklop o snorkel o titta på fiskar i klart fint vatten. Ja allt var helt perfekt. Kanske lite sent på året eftersom det var dåligt med matställen som var öppna. Men det fanns affärer på nära håll så vi kunde handla hem mat o laga själva. Amanda har jag haft kontakt med både före o under vistelsen Arvin hjälpte oss när vi kom o när vi behövde hjälp, mycket trevliga båda två. Kan verklige rekommenderas!

What a great villa, supermarket and mini market both walking distance, however the man at the supermarket did drop us and the shopping back in his van! Which was fun! Amazing Villa with fantastic Host
Our group of 12 people had an absolute blast at the property. I do not think you can ask for a better property to say at anywhere and exceeded all of our imagination. The property was very clean and our host Amanda did so much for us. The outside area is absolutely fantastic with a very large pool and so much space inside. The games room, hot tub area and everything in the house was well used and everyone had a lovely stay. We also organised a dinner through the Njoy Malta team which was absolutely fantastic and if they get in contact do make sure you use them for some of your activities. I really hope we can return at some point to this wonderful property.

Amazing Home in Marsaskala
Our group of eight people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) loved staying at this amazing home. It is a huge home with the most beautiful views of the sea. The outdoor area is spectacular with a very large pool. The bedrooms are all very spacious. The game room was a fun area for both the adults and teenagers to hang out. There are restaurants and markets in walking distance to the house. It was also very easy to get an Uber to Valletta. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and I can say this was absolutely one of the best homes we have stayed in.

Luxurious piece of paradise!
Absolutely a beautiful place with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. The Villa was nothing short of the photos. We had a large group to celebrate a delayed milestone birthday and it was perfect. Pool area was beautiful, game rooms were fun, spa was cool where it used to be a cistern. Everyone enjoyed piece of paradise. Amenda, property manager, was very accommodating and she promptly answered all of my questions and requests. We had Njoy Malta to arrange all of our local transfers for 12 adults and Gozo activity, they were awesome! One evening, we hired a private chef to cook us a fabulous dinner. I wish I could have booked him for remaining evenings. I recommend that you book with Matthew Attard far in advance. Note that it’s a self catering villa so use Bolt food app to get your basic necessities and groceries. There is a convenient store1.5 blocks away and grocery store within a walking distance. We loved our stay and we can’t wait to return.

The property is lovely, the views are very good. If I have a comment to make. I believe the property shoud have a nicer range of bathroom towels (they are a bit basic) and certainly a nicer range of toiletries, again currently too basic. Awesome stay
This property is amazing. Better than the pictures. Beautiful pool with private access to a rocky beach. Easy public transport access (bus stop right out the front) or a nice 20min walk to the local town around the coast. Amanda was brilliant to deal with, attentive, informative and respond to emails very quickly. If you want to experience a bit of Malta rather then the large tourist areas, Marsaskala is a perfect location.

Perfect in every way
A fabulous villa that is excellently positioned immediately in front on the sea and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Marsascala. The villa is very well equipped and the height of luxury. The cave spa and games room were well used and although we didn’t use it, the gym was also well equipped. Amanda too great care of us and responded really promptly with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate, book that special holiday now ❤️

Had an amazing family holiday here with 19 of us ranging from ages 3 -80. The villa caters for everyone. Great location with access to the sea it is simply beautiful. Amanda is very helpful and was always of assistance. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Five Luxurious Days for the Family
A delightful 5days at Mahi Mahi. All 8 of us found it extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal with several family outings to the local village and to Marsaxlokk for meals etc. The pool was a great way to beat the very hot weather. The minor leak which appeared was fixed by the maintenance chap in double-quick time. Overall, a super holiday and great help from Amanda from booking to departure.

Die Villa ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Amanda ist wundervoll und sehr hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend und stets freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus hat allein durch seine Technik einen so hohen Strom Verbrauch, das das freie Kontingent allein dafür aufgebraucht wird- ohne Gäste! Das freie Kontingent ist absolut zu niedrig angesetzt und wir hatten trotz sparsamer Anwendung des Stroms unser Kontingent bereits nach 3 Tagen verbaucht. Dementsprechend war die Nachzahlung recht hoch. Bei dieser Preis Kategorie sollte der Stromverbrauch so kalkuliert sein, dass keine weiteren Kosten entstehen. Die Küche ist zwar mit schönen Geschirr ausgestattet, aber manche Teller passen nicht in die Spülmaschine. Der untere Korb der Spülmaschine rollt überhaupt nicht, da es ein spärliches billig-Modell ist. Die Ikea Messer haben ihre besten Tage schon lange hinter sich und die 6 Küchentücher, die wir zur Verfügung hatten, haben wir 3x gewaschen. Putztücher gab es gar nicht. Schade, wenn an solchen Kleinigkeiten gespart wird. Das kostet den Vermieter nicht viel, aber als Gast weiß man eine gut funktionierende Küche sehr zu schätzen. Die Villa ist sehr schön und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber auch sehr unpraktisch. Man kann nicht duschen, ohne dass das Bad zu fluten. Und da wir im Winter da waren trocknete alles etwas langsamer. Trotzdem hatten wir auf Malta eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Dear Andreja, First of all I would like to wish you a Happy New Year. To be honest I am quite surprised in reading your review. Our reasoning behind charging electricity according to consumption is mainly because we do not want to impose an additional fixed fee for heating/air conditioning like most other properties do. This is primarily because being a 7-bedroom property, the consumption of electricity varies according to the number of guests staying, which can range from groups of just 2 guests to a maximum of 16 guests. Hence a fixed rate would be unfair on small groups. Obviously, the more tenants there are, the more electricity is consumed. Thus, we have decided to charge for the extra electricity used over and above the 40kwh of electricity a night we give out to all our guests. What we have charged you is for what you have consumed. Obviously it's up to the guest's discretion on how to consume the free units given. If one leaves on the heating uniterruptedly, no wonder the free units finish up during the first 3 nights of their stay. Honestly I was quite dumbfounded when reading your comment that the villa uses up on its own (without people in it!) the free units given out. I am sure that if this was the case, other guests would have pointed that out in their many reviews. As for the extra kitchen towels, should you have pointed that out during your stay, I would have been more than happy to bring you extra. I am always a 100 per cent accommodating with all of my guests. Our kitchen is not equipped with any IKEA knives and I can assure you that all the utensils get replaced very often so to keep the high standard of the house. As for the dishwasher, if the bottom tray is heavily loaded with a lot of plates and dishes, it makes it more difficult to insert the tray back into place. Obviously, like most of the dishwashers, some large baking trays or pots not always fit and have to be hand washed. I am still glad though that you have managed to enjoy your trip in our beautiful Malta nonetheless. Take care, Amanda

Magnifique maison, pieds dans l'eau.
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances familiales avec nos enfants (5 couples) et nos petits enfants. Nous étions 19. La villa était parfaite. Très spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée au niveau des différentes possibilités de loisirs même par mauvais temps (nous avons eu deux jours de pluie). Nous avons apprécié la proximité de quelques commerces. Nous n'avons pas dû louer de voitures. Nous étions près aussi de la magnifique St Peters Pool et du très joli port de Marsaxlokk. Amanda est une personne charmante et très disponible. Elle a fait tout ce qu'elle pouvait pour nous satisfaire. Seuls points faibles : peu de matériel de nettoyage et manque d'électroménagers, mais Amanda y a remédié... En plus, l'île de Malte vaut le voyage.

Dear Arne, I am very surprised in reading your review which I find very unfair. Especially since the appliances which you are describing as worn out and old are not even 2 years old and are in a mint condition. As for the kitchen utensils we replace them constantly. Unfortunately during your stay you did not follow our house rules and consequently you have misused both the freezer and Turkish bath. As a result these failed to work temporarily. We obviously saw to these issues promptly and resolved them immediately. Hence, I am not only surprised in reading your comments but also find your review very unfair. Pity you failed to mention in your review that even though we had other guests checking in the villa on the day you were departing we still accommodated you free of charge in our extra unit till 4pm since you had a late flight. Of course this was done as a sign of goodwill since we constantly strive to please our guests during their stay with us, as can be seen from the many positive reviews we have with Homeaway. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 14 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Villa eine Woche lang genossen. Die Villa ist gut gepflegt, sauber und tatsächlich wie abgebildet. Amanda sorgt für das Wohl der Gäste und bietet dabei Extras, die eher aussergewöhnlich sind. Z. B. einige Mitglieder unserer Familie reisten spät am Abend ab und durften nach dem check-out eine Einliegerwohnung bis zu ihrer Abreise kostenlos benutzen! Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat einen spektakulären Ausblick und einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Baden im Meer ist allerdings eher für die geübten Schwimmer und beim ruhigem Wasser möglich (die Strände auf Malta sind generell sehr steinig und nur an relativ wenigen Stellen für das Schwimmen gut zugänglich).Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hauseingang und eine andere ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, was bei einem sehr gut ausgebauten Busnetz, Linksverkehr und chaotischen Fahrstil auf Malta sehr nützlich ist. Eine Strandpromenade führt praktisch direkt von der Villa zum nahe gelegenen Städtchen Marsaskala. Zusammenfassend würde ich sagen, dass wir alle sehr glücklich mit unseren Ferien in der Villa waren.

Perfect
Villa MahiMahi was as beautiful und luxury as shown in the pictures. We loved our stay there, the view, the jacuzzi, the pool, the air conditioning and everything else. When we arrived, it was clean and tidy. Amanda gave us a quick introduction how to run the villa and where we can find everything. She was fair about the free units of electricity, was friendly and helpful in general. The interior was complete, we dind't miss anything. We can just recommend the villa!

We absolutely loved our villa.
This was our best family holiday ever, the villa is out of this world. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing kitchen and living space, games room card table, darts board, pool table, jacuzzi Turkish bath. Swimming pool then a few steps down to the sea where we snorkel of the rocks fantastic. Loads of sun loungers , BBQ large table and chairs for the family to eat . There are many more things to do, our family ranged from 7 to 71. So with all of these things wi fi games and everything I can honestly say I never heard the” I'm bored “saying all week. If I had to say anything, we would have liked a safe for passports and valuables. And more sets of keys , as we were out st different times and more keys would be handy. But if you choose this villa your in for a fantastic time. Thank you There is a garage which fitted our 5 cars easily .

A elegant, spacious and beautifully designed Villa
We had a lovely holiday in this impressive villa. The outside area and view were spectacular and perfect for all 10 of us. The pool was warm with fun features for little ones and a good depth for larger ones. We enjoyed the open-plan living area – comfortable, elegant, practical and very sociable. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms plentiful. The sea is well worth a snorkel session and we did enjoy the games room. Tips: We love trying new restaurants and found a few almost OK ones by the harbour. (Do avoid Legends in St Thomas’ Bay – expensive and inedible.) Buy any floating toys before you come – we couldn’t find much here. Taxis from the airport will only carry 4 people and cost a standard 20 euros. The queue to collect our Goldcar rental was 4 hours long and involved a fight, the police and a broken down printer. Other rentals were much less busy. Convenience stores are pricey. Mind out for the occasional jellyfish. All in all a great place to holiday! Amanda always replies to emails and phone calls promptly. One of us tossed a house key onto the car dashboard and it disappeared down into the vents. Amanda responded with a replacement key immediately. Thank you, Amanda.

Superbe villa
Notre séjour en famille et entre amis s'est superbement bien passé. La villa est très agréable avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Elle correspond tout-à-fait à la description qui en est faite. Superbe maison avec une vue extraordinaire
Tout était parfait : maison magnifique dans un état irréprochable, très calme et bien insonorisée, grand garage. Accueil chaleureux. Les prestations de l'annonce sont toutes respectées. La localisation est bien placée, proche d'une superette, de La Valette, de l'aéroport (sans jamais entendre les avions). Idéal pour les 11 personnes que nous étions (dont 6 jeunes qui ont apprécié les prestations). Compter 100 € de plus pour l'électricité (pour 5 jours) avec utilisation quotidienne du SPA. Nous recommandons vivement ! JC - Lyon/Paris - France

Even better than the pictures !
What a villa... words can't explain what we felt at our arrival. The view and the villa are outstanding. Everything inside the villa is done with style and the pool is breathtaking (not saying that because it was cold in December ^^) But those 3 days would not be that perfect without the help, follow up and kindness of our host Amanda ! Thank you for this experience !

Spectacular
We had such a wonderful time in Malta and most of all this villa. The design has been very well thought through. We often travel as a big family group and this has been our best ever and we hope to make it our regular Positives: 1)Very clean 2)Lots of entertainment especially with the games room , private pool and sea front. 3)Spacious , everyone got to have some personal space. 4) Lots of crockery which was very handy. 5)Owner is absolutely friendly , communicates efficiently and effectively . Was very helpful during the planning and the stay. 6) Very close to restaurants and supermarkets - walking distance. 7) Bus stop right outside the property. I could go on and on, it was absolutely perfect. Loved it so did the whole group. Definitely going back there in future.

Eine Villa, ein Erlebnis.
Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum,direkt am Meer super ausgestattet. Und wenn mal das Wetter nicht mitspielt, bringen Billard, Kicker, Dart oder Pokern Abwechslung. Auch der Fitnessraum und der Whirlpool wurde rege genutzt. Amanda ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich und alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe einzukaufen. Wir haben trotz drei Regentagen den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fabulous
Our group of 8 friends had a fabulous time at Amanda and her husband's villa. The view was magnificent and the pool a perfect size. The whole group commented how it was the nicest place we had stayed. The kitchen dining area was lovely with beautiful views to outside. Swam in the sea with locals, my brother caught an eel on his line! Loads of space. Amanda and her husband responded within seconds to any requests and were there within minutes. The area is nice and quiet and the e-cab taxi drivers know it because several tourist villas are located there. Had fun playing pool at night downstairs and the hot tub was fun also. I do not hesitate recommending this place to anyone and will be back! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
